Abstract

本发明公开了一种压裂输送地面管汇系统,包括压裂树,高低压管汇装置,高压法兰输送管线,地面压裂控制管汇装置,偏移法兰机构和转角管线,所述高低压管汇装置通过高压法兰输送管线与地面压裂控制管汇装置直线型连接,地面压裂控制管汇装置通过偏移法兰机构和转角管线实现与压裂树的连接,偏移法兰机构和转角管线可实现地面压裂控制管汇装置与压裂树之间不同高度和方向的调整。有益效果:整个管汇系统排量大,结构简单,布局简单,管线少,接头少,直线型输送,动能损耗较低,脱离地面,有效延长管汇的使用寿命,可实现多井口的拉链式作业,提升压裂井工厂的作业效率。

一种压裂输送地面管汇系统
技术领域
本发明涉及压裂输送技术领域,具体涉及一种压裂输送地面管汇系统。
背景技术
常规压裂现场从压裂车到压裂井口之间的流体输送他通道,采用由壬形式的高压管线进行连接,即通过由壬的可旋转密封连接实现高压管线的组装,现有的由壬管径有2〞,3〞和4〞的规格,目前最大的现有规格也就是4〞,所以由上述结构和工艺的限制,使得目前的高压管线孔径较小,即单根高压管线所允许的最大排量较低,难以满足当下压裂大排量的输送要求。
为了满足现场“大排量”的施工要求,现有的解决方案是,在压裂车到压裂树之间使用了大量的高压由壬管线,通过大量高压由壬管线的串并联方式,实现单位时间内排量的增大。大量的高压由壬管线要实现大排量输送,需要很多的接头才能实现串并联方式,并通过活动弯头进行方向变换,由此在压裂作业现场的压裂车到压裂树之间就会是多管线、多接头、多弯头的输送系统,而这样的输送系统存在泄露点多,布局复杂,安装不便利,弯头抖动厉害使用寿命短等问题。
为此亟待一种布局简单,安装方便,接头少,使用寿命长的压裂输送地面管汇系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种压裂输送地面管汇系统,由高低压管汇装置,高压法兰输送管线,地面压裂控制管汇装置,偏移法兰机构和转角管线等组成高压流体通道,在油气田相关施工作业中,为压裂井工厂作业提供了全新的解决方案。本申请旨在简化压裂作业井场布局、使压裂过程更高效,更安全,更环保。通过直线型的地面管汇,可以有效地减少高压管线数量,降低动能损耗,减弱震动,并可以降低固液混合介质对流体通道设备造成冲蚀影响,保护环境。通过将地面管汇装配在地面压裂控制橇上,在各个系统间采用法兰直管线连接,使现场拆装更高效,作业过程安全性更有保障。通过地面压裂控制橇启闭,可以实现多个井口间的连续性压裂、泵注、投球等作业,实现了多井口的拉链式作业,提升压裂井工厂的作业效率。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种压裂输送地面管汇系统,包括压裂树,高低压管汇装置,高压法兰输送管线,地面压裂控制管汇装置,偏移法兰机构和转角管线,所述高低压管汇装置通过高压法兰输送管线与地面压裂控制管汇装置直线型连接,地面压裂控制管汇装置通过偏移法兰机构和转角管线实现与压裂树的连接,偏移法兰机构和转角管线可实现地面压裂控制管汇装置与压裂树之间不同高度和方向的调整。
进一步地,所述高压法兰输送管线通过第一升降机构实现高低压管汇装置与地面压裂控制管汇装置的直线型连接。
进一步地,所述第一升降机构为1个以上。
进一步地,所述高压法兰输送管线采用6BX型法兰直管连接组成。
进一步地,所述高低压管汇装置采用6BX型法兰直管作为高压流体的输送管线。
进一步地,根据压裂作业现场的压裂车数量配置不同接口数量的所述高低压管汇装置。
进一步地,所述地面压裂控制管汇装置与压裂树的数量相同。
进一步地,所述地面压裂控制管汇装置包括压裂阀,第一四通和第二升降机构,所述压裂阀和第一四通连接形成流体管线,所述第二升降机构用于升降流体管线的水平高度,在压裂输送地面管汇系统的输送状态,流体管线与高压法兰输送管线保持直线型输送。
进一步地,在所述流体管线入口端和出口端分别设置第一四通,所述压裂阀用于流体管线的通断控制。
进一步地,所述地面压裂控制管汇装置之间采用6BX型法兰直管连接。
进一步地,在所述地面压裂控制管汇装置之间6BX型法兰直管上可接入压裂作业的泵送通道。
进一步地,所述压裂阀和第一四通集成在橇体上,第二升降机构用于橇体整体的升降。
进一步地,在所述压裂树上设有六通,地面压裂控制管汇装置的出口端依次连接偏移法兰机构和转角管线,转角管线的出口通过六通与压裂树连接。
进一步地,所述偏移法兰机构包括第一旋转法兰管,第一三通,第一直管,第二三通和第二旋转法兰管,第一旋转法兰管通过第一三通与第一直管的一端连接,第一直管的另一端通过第二三通与第二旋转法兰管连接,所述偏移法兰机构可沿着第一旋转法兰管和第二旋转法兰管轴线旋转。
进一步地,所述偏移法兰机构整体通过第三升降机构实现水平高度的升降。
进一步地,所述转角管线包括第三旋转法兰管,第四三通,第四旋转法兰管和第五三通,所述第四旋转法兰管的一端通过第四三通与第三旋转法兰管连接,所述第四旋转法兰管的另一端与第五三通连接。
进一步地,所述转角管线整体通过第四升降机构实现水平高度的升降。

具体实施方式
如图1至5所示,一种压裂输送地面管汇系统,包括压裂树6,高低压管汇装置1,高压法兰输送管线3,地面压裂控制管汇装置2,偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5,所述高低压管汇装置1通过高压法兰输送管线3与地面压裂控制管汇装置2直线型连接,地面压裂控制管汇装置2通过偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5实现与压裂树6的连接,偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5可实现地面压裂控制管汇装置2与压裂树6之间不同高度和方向的调整。由高低压管汇装置1,高压法兰输送管线3,地面压裂控制管汇装置2,偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5等组成高压流体通道,在油气田相关施工作业中,为压裂井作业提供了全新的大排量,相对直线型,少管线,少接头的输送管汇系统。由原来多条高压由壬管线串并联实现的大排量,改为由高低压管汇装置11条高压直线输送----1条高压法兰输送管线3直线输送-----地面压裂控制管汇装置2直线输送(经第一升降机构11调解其流体管线至高压法兰输送管线3相同高度)并经相邻地面压裂控制管汇装置2之间的法兰直管形成分流进而与压裂树6的个数匹配-----偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5连接并调整高度和角度,进而实现与压裂树6的连接。大大简化了压裂作业井场的大量高压由壬管线的布局方式。
所述高压法兰输送管线3通过第一升降机构11实现高低压管汇装置1与地面压裂控制管汇装置2的直线型连接。通过第一升降机构11将高压法兰输送管线3升至高低压管汇装置1的高压输送管线相同高度。
所述第一升降机构11为1个以上。根据高压法兰输送管线3的实际长度设置合适的第一升降机构11数量。第一升降机构11在升降高压法兰输送管线3的同时也可以对高压法兰输送管线3提供支撑,通过设置单个的第一升降机构11也可以更好的适应压裂作业现场的实际地面情况。单个第一升降机构11相对于高压法兰输送管线3整体的升降方式,更容易对压裂现场的地面调平,无需对地面做整体的平整处理。通过第一升降机构11对高压法兰输送管线3的脱离地面的抬升,还能有效避免现有技术中管汇在地面的磨损,延长管汇的使用寿命。
所述高压法兰输送管线3采用6BX型法兰直管连接组成。6BX型法兰直管管径相对于现有的由壬形式的高压管线管径更大,单根高压管线的排量更大。
高低压管汇装置1采用6BX型法兰直管作为高压流体的输送管线。所述高低压管汇装置1采用橇装形式,包括旋塞阀7、由壬管线、活动弯头、高压直管8,蝶阀9和低压管线10等,旋塞阀7采用法兰式或由壬式的端部接口。压裂液通过低压管汇部分吸入到压裂车的柱塞泵中,经过柱塞泵增压后,高压流体通过由壬管线、活动弯头,旋塞阀7等进入到高低压管汇装置1的高压部分----高压直管8。高压直管8为6BX型法兰直管。
根据压裂作业现场的压裂车数量配置不同接口数量的所述高低压管汇装置1。通过高低压管汇装置1将所有的压裂车输出的高压流体汇流后,在法兰直管中形成直线型的流体输送方式。该种输送方式相对于现有技术中多分支的高压输送流体方式,结构更简单,输送效率更高。高低压管汇装置1的法兰直管加上高压法兰输送管线3再加上地面压裂控制管汇装置2中的流体管线形成直线型高压流体输送的主管线。
所述地面压裂控制管汇装置2与压裂树6的数量相同。实际压裂作业现场有几口井,就有几个压裂树6,有几个压裂树6就有对应数量的地面压裂控制管汇装置2。图2所示是以3口井为例的结构图。所述地面压裂控制管汇装置2包括压裂阀12,第一四通13和第二升降机构14,所述压裂阀12和第一四通13连接形成流体管线,所述第二升降机构14用于升降流体管线的水平高度,在压裂输送地面管汇系统的输送状态,流体管线与高压法兰输送管线3保持直线型输送。压裂阀12为平板阀结构,可以采用双液压驱动,或双手轮驱动,也可以是1个液压驱动和1个手轮驱动等驱动方式。
在所述流体管线入口端和出口端分别设置第一四通13,所述压裂阀12用于流体管线的通断控制。通过不同地面压裂控制管汇装置2上的压裂阀12的启闭控制,实现压裂作业的拉链式作业。
所述地面压裂控制管汇装置2之间采用不同长度的6BX型法兰直管连接。
在所述地面压裂控制管汇装置2之间6BX型法兰直管上可接入压裂作业的泵送通道。泵送通道的另一端与泵送装置连接,实现泵注、投球等作业过程。
所述压裂阀12和第一四通13集成在橇体上,第二升降机构14用于橇体整体的升降。
在所述压裂树6上设有六通26,压裂树6包括手动阀门和液动阀门等,地面压裂控制管汇装置2的出口端依次连接偏移法兰机构4和转角管线5,转角管线5的出口通过六通26与压裂树6连接。六通26作为高压流体注入到压裂树6中的入口。
所述偏移法兰机构4包括第一旋转法兰管15,第一三通16,第一直管17,第二三通18和第二旋转法兰管19,第一旋转法兰管15通过第一三通16与第一直管17的一端连接,第一直管17的另一端通过第二三通18与第二旋转法兰管19连接,所述偏移法兰机构4可沿着第一旋转法兰管15和第二旋转法兰管19轴线旋转。该偏移法兰机构4通过其组成部分的旋转可形成多种型式,以满足压裂现场不同高度尺寸和方向的地面管汇之间的连接。
所述偏移法兰机构4整体通过第三升降机构20实现水平高度的升降。
所述转角管线5包括第三旋转法兰管21,第四三通22,第四旋转法兰管23和第五三通24,所述第四旋转法兰管23的一端通过第四三通22与第三旋转法兰管21连接,所述第四旋转法兰管23的另一端与第五三通24连接。
所述转角管线5整体通过第四升降机构25实现水平高度的升降。
第一升降机构11、第二升降机构14、第三升降机构20和第四升降机构25采用机械升降或者液压升降。
工作原理:由压裂作业现场的泵送装置将压裂液从高低压管汇装置1的低压管线10输送到压裂车后,经过压裂车车载的柱塞泵,将低压压裂液转化为高压流体输出后打入高低压管汇装置1的高压直管8,再经过高压法兰输送管线3,到达地面压裂控制管汇装置2,多个地面压裂控制管汇装置2分别连接不同的压裂树6井口,通过直线型的法兰输送管线与压裂树6井口相连接,通过不同通道地面压裂控制管汇装置2上的压裂阀12的启闭控制,实现压裂作业的拉链式作业。

1.一种压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:包括压裂树,高低压管汇装置,高压法兰输送管线,地面压裂控制管汇装置,偏移法兰机构和转角管线,所述高低压管汇装置通过高压法兰输送管线与地面压裂控制管汇装置直线型连接,地面压裂控制管汇装置通过偏移法兰机构和转角管线实现与压裂树的连接,偏移法兰机构和转角管线可实现地面压裂控制管汇装置与压裂树之间不同高度和方向的调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:所述高压法兰输送管线通过第一升降机构实现高低压管汇装置与地面压裂控制管汇装置的直线型连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:所述第一升降机构为1个以上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:所述高压法兰输送管线采用6BX型法兰直管连接组成。

13.根据权利要求1所述的压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:在所述压裂树上设有六通,地面压裂控制管汇装置的出口端依次连接偏移法兰机构和转角管线,转角管线的出口通过六通与压裂树连接。
14.根据权利要求1所述的压裂输送地面管汇系统,其特征在于:所述偏移法兰机构包括第一旋转法兰管,第一三通,第一直管,第二三通和第二旋转法兰管,第一旋转法兰管通过第一三通与第一直管的一端连接,第一直管的另一端通过第二三通与第二旋转法兰管连接,所述偏移法兰机构可沿着第一旋转法兰管和第二旋转法兰管轴线旋转。
