Abstract
一种压裂用的可伸缩万向管线,包括凹头、球面密封圈、球面螺母、球头套、活塞密封圈及球头轴,球面螺母的内球面分别卡住球头套和球头轴的球头,并与凹头的外螺纹旋合固定在一起,与凹头的内球面形成球铰接结构。球头套与球头轴通过螺纹连接在一起,调节螺纹旋合长度,可调节两者之间的轴向长度。使用一组或多组本管线串联两组大通径高压管汇时,只需粗略调整高压管汇的中心和距离,通过伸缩和扭、转本管线的各关节,使各法兰轻松对接,完成安装,大大降低安装难度,缩短安装周期,提高效率,降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石油天然气行业,特别是井下压裂作业中大通径高压管汇的联接技术,确切说是一种可伸缩万向管线。
背景技术
油气井压裂作业时,需要多台压裂设备同时泵出高压液体,经一组或几组高压管汇汇集到一起,再打入井下,扩大地层裂隙。现在的水平井压裂作业,尤其是页岩气压裂作业时,对压裂机组的泵送功率要求越来越大,一般会有几十台压裂设备同时并排作业,需要用法兰硬管线将数组通径大于130mm的高压管汇串联到一起使用。使用法兰硬管线串联时,对相邻两组高压管汇的中心同轴度要求非常高,同轴度要求在2mm之内,否则无法穿过法兰螺栓,但现场地面多为砂土地面铺盖一层厚钢板或钢管排,平整度极差,而且大通径高压管汇一般长约7米,重约6吨,很是笨重,只能使用大型吊车和人力撬杠一点一点反复调整,有时甚至一两天才能安装好两组大通径高压管汇,效率非常低,拖延整个压裂进度。因此迫切需要一种全新的联接方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单可靠、安装便捷的可伸缩万向管线。
本发明的结构包括凹头、球面密封圈、球面螺母、球头套、活塞密封圈及球头轴,球面螺母的内球面分别卡住球头套和球头轴的球头,并与凹头的外螺纹旋合固定在一起,与凹头的内球面形成球铰接结构。
凹头的内球面内有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从球面处泄漏的球面密封圈。
球头套一端有一段圆孔,与球头轴一端的圆轴形成间隙配合。
球头轴的圆轴上有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从圆轴处泄漏的活塞密封圈。
球头套与球头轴通过螺纹联接在一起,调节螺纹旋合长度,可调节两者之间的轴向长度。
本发明的优点是:
1.调节球头套、球头轴的螺纹旋合长度,可调节两者之间的轴向长度,实现轴向伸缩。
2.单个球铰接可以摆动-5°~5°,转动两个球铰接,可在一定范围内实现万向连接。
3.使用一组或多组本发明串联两组大通径高压管汇时,只需粗略调整高压管汇的中心和距离,通过伸缩和扭、转本发明的各关节,使各法兰轻松对接,完成安装,大大降低安装难度,缩短安装周期,提高效率,降低成本。
4.也可以将多组本发明直接串联,形成一种新的柔性管线,代替目前的压裂管线。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图所示,一种可伸缩万向管线,包括凹头(1)、球面密封圈(2)、球面螺母(3)、球头套(4)、活塞密封圈(5)及球头轴(6),球面螺母(3)的内球面分别卡住球头套(4)和球头轴(6)的球头,并与凹头(1)的外螺纹旋合固定在一起,与凹头(1)的内球面形成球铰接结构。
凹头(1)的内球面内有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从球面处泄漏的球面密封圈(2)。
球头套(4)一端有一段圆孔,与球头轴(6)一端的圆轴形成间隙配合。
球头轴(6)的圆轴上有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从圆轴处泄漏的活塞密封圈(5)。
球头套(4)与球头轴(6)通过螺纹联接在一起,调节螺纹旋合长度,可调节两者之间的轴向长度,实现轴向伸缩。

1.一种可伸缩万向管线,其特征在于:包括凹头(1)、球面密封圈(2)、球面螺母(3)、球头套(4)、活塞密封圈(5)及球头轴(6),球面螺母(3)的内球面分别卡住球头套(4)和球头轴(6)的球头,并与凹头(1)的外螺纹旋合固定在一起,与凹头(1)的内球面形成球铰接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩万向管线,其特征在于:所述的凹头(1)的内球面内有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从球面处泄漏的球面密封圈(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩万向管线,其特征在于:所述的球头套(4)一端有一段圆孔,与球头轴(6)一端的圆轴形成间隙配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩万向管线,其特征在于:所述的球头轴(6)的圆轴上有1~3道密封槽,用以放置防止从圆轴处泄漏的活塞密封圈(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩万向管线,其特征在于:所述的球头套(4)与球头轴(6)通过螺纹联接在一起。
