Abstract

一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料及其织造工艺,涉及纺织技术领域。为由抗菌纤维纺纱经过机织制成的三层一体织物,使用抗菌竹炭纤维、抗菌银离子纤维、铜抗菌纤维三种中的一种织造,杀菌作用非常显著;外层为三上一下斜纹组织,密度较大,对颗粒、液体、气体、水蒸气、细菌等可起到很好的过滤作用;中间层为二上一下斜纹组织,经纬密度比上层小,可加强上层的过滤效果;下层为一上一下平纹组织,经纬密度很小,如同网格状,与中间层一起构成了一个气体传导的架空通道,便于呼出气体散发和流畅的吸入新鲜空气,能直接接触皮肤,当有水汽润湿面料后,不会紧贴皮肤而产生不舒适的感觉。本发明可水洗并可重复使用,成本低,可降低废弃量,利于环保。

Description

一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料及其织造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,具体地说是一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料及其织造工艺。
背景技术
目前,一次性口罩布由内、中、外三层无纺布构成,其内层、外层均是纺粘无纺布,具有过滤颗粒、阻隔液体、气体和水蒸气的功能,中间层是熔喷无纺布,由聚丙烯超细纤维制做,可以捕捉粉尘、飞沫等,吸附后无法透过。一次性口罩布虽能阻止飞沫等细菌传播,但缺点是不能水洗再重复使用,导致使用成本高,废弃后易造成二次污染。而传统的棉纱口罩则由多层网眼纱布叠加起来缝制而成,其重量大,用纱量多,成本高,对飞沫等细菌传播阻止能力有限,且水洗后会出现密度不匀现象,甚至还会出现孔洞,导致过滤不均匀,失去口罩的基本功能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料及其织造工艺,采用机织方法织造口罩面料,以消除无纺布口罩不可水洗以及不可重复使用等缺陷。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料,其特征在于:该口罩面料为一种由抗菌纤维纺成的纱,经机织制成的三层一体织物。
所述三层一体织物的上层为三上一下斜纹组织,中间层为二上一下斜纹组织,下层为一上一下平纹组织,通过接结点相互连接制成三层一体织物。
所述三层一体织物中的中间层的经纬密度是上层经纬密度的三分之二,下层的经纬密度是中间层经纬密度的二分之一。
所述三层一体织物的上层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种,中间层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种,下层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种。
本发明一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料的织造工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 整经工序:采用瑞士贝宁格分批整经机,将筒纱插在筒子架的锭子上,经纱经导纱器引出,再经筘齿均匀排列后卷绕在经轴上;
(2)浆纱工序:采用日本津田驹浆纱机,双浸双压上浆;浆槽温度:90℃~95℃,蒸汽压力:0.3~0.5MPa,压浆辊压浆力:1.2~1.8×10KN,主锡林温度:85℃~95℃,浆液粘度:14.5秒,最高车速:60米/分;调浆体积(升):760,聚乙烯醇:25千克,淀粉:50千克;
(3)穿筘工序: 穿法如下:1234、5876、1239、5476、1832、5479、1632、5874、1639、5274、1834、5279、1436、5872、1439、5672、1834、5679;
(4)织造工序:采用ZAX-e多臂喷气织机,后梁高度80mm,开口时间300度,车速460rpm,经纱张力1800N,停经架No1-2-10;
(5)整理工序:对坯布进行检验和织补。
与现有技术相比,本发明口罩面料为由抗菌纤维纺纱再经过机织的方法所制成的三层一体织物,使用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种织造而成,通过自身接结点将三层组织相互连接为一体,杀菌作用非常显著;最外面一层(上层)由三上一下斜纹组织织造而成,密度较大,对颗粒、液体、气体、水蒸气、细菌等可起到很好的过滤作用;中间层由二上一下斜纹组织织造而成,经纬密度比上层小,可有效加强上层的过滤效果;下层由一上一下平纹组织织造而成,经纬密度很小如同网格状,与中间层一起构成了一个气体传导的架空通道,便于呼出气体的散发和流畅的吸入新鲜空气,这层可直接接触皮肤,当有水汽润湿面料后不会像普通面料一样紧贴皮肤,而产生不舒适的感觉。由本发明口罩面料所制成的口罩,抗菌性能优良,过滤率高,吸气阻力小,可水洗并可重复使用,使用成本低,可降低口罩废弃量,有利于环境保护,能做成普通的防护口罩。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料为一种由抗菌纤维纺成的纱,经机织制成的三层一体织物。经、纬纱支同为40支,总的经、纬密度分别为200根/英寸、168根/英寸,坯布幅宽163英寸;总经根数为12600根,边纱各96根,整经头份630根;用97号筘,每筘齿4根纱,筘幅为165厘米;机上纬密设为164.7根/吋。
所述三层一体织物的上层为三上一下斜纹组织,中间层为二上一下斜纹组织,下层为一上一下平纹组织,通过接结点相互连接制成三层一体织物。
所述三层一体织物中的中间层的经纬密度是上层经纬密度的三分之二,下层的经纬密度是中间层经纬密度的二分之一。上层经、纬密度分别为100(根/吋)、84(根/吋),中间层经、纬密度为75(根/吋)、63(根/吋),下层经、纬密度分别为25(根/吋)、21(根/吋)。
所述三层一体织物的上层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种制作;中间层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种制作;下层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种制作。
本发明可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料的织造工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 整经工序:采用瑞士贝宁格分批整经机,将筒纱插在筒子架的锭子上,经纱经导纱器引出,再经筘齿均匀排列后卷绕在经轴上;
(2) 浆纱工序:采用日本津田驹浆纱机,双浸双压上浆;浆槽温度:90℃~95℃,蒸汽压力:0.3~0.5MPa,压浆辊压浆力:1.2~1.8×10KN,主锡林温度:85℃~95℃,浆液粘度:14.5秒,最高车速:60米/分;调浆体积(升):760,聚乙烯醇:25千克,淀粉:50千克;
(3) 穿筘工序: 穿法如下:1234、5876、1239、5476、1832、5479、1632、5874、1639、5274、1834、5279、1436、5872、1439、5672、1834、5679;停经片穿法为123456;
(4) 织造工序:采用ZAX-e多臂喷气织机,后梁高度80mm,开口时间300度,车速460rpm,经纱张力1800N,停经架No1-2-10;
(5) 整理工序:对坯布进行检验和织补。

1.一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料,其特征在于:该口罩面料为一种由抗菌纤维纺成的纱,经机织制成的三层一体织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述三层一体织物的上层为三上一下斜纹组织,中间层为二上一下斜纹组织,下层为一上一下平纹组织,通过接结点相互连接制成三层一体织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述三层一体织物中的中间层的经纬密度是上层经纬密度的三分之二,下层的经纬密度是中间层经纬密度的二分之一。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述三层一体织物的上层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种,中间层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种,下层采用抗菌竹炭纤维纺纱、抗菌银离子纤维纺纱、铜抗菌纤维纺纱中的一种。
5.一种可水洗、可重复使用的口罩面料的织造工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1) 整经工序:采用瑞士贝宁格分批整经机,将筒纱插在筒子架的锭子上,经纱经导纱器引出,再经筘齿均匀排列后卷绕在经轴上;
(2) 浆纱工序:采用日本津田驹浆纱机,双浸双压上浆;浆槽温度:90℃~95℃,蒸汽压力:0.3~0.5MPa,压浆辊压浆力:1.2~1.8×10KN,主锡林温度:85℃~95℃,浆液粘度:14.5秒,最高车速:60米/分;调浆体积(升):760,聚乙烯醇:25千克,淀粉:50千克;
(3) 穿筘工序: 穿法如下:1234、5876、1239、5476、1832、5479、1632、5874、1639、5274、1834、5279、1436、5872、1439、5672、1834、5679;
(4) 织造工序:采用ZAX-e多臂喷气织机,后梁高度80mm,开口时间300度,车速460rpm,经纱张力1800N,停经架No1-2-10;
(5) 整理工序:对坯布进行检验和织补。
