背景技术
发动机是一种能够把其它形式的能转化为机械能的机器,包括如内燃机(往复活塞式发动机)、外燃机(斯特林发动机、蒸汽机等)、喷气发动机、电动机等,发动机需要配合润滑油使用,但现有的润滑油蒸发损失量过大,在使用周期内需要补加的量过多,不仅给用户增加了使用成本,同时也容易造成补加不及时给发动机带来磨损,同时,其碱值消耗快,酸值增加带来氧化物增加油泥积炭严重,为此,我们提出长效超级发动机润滑油。

在进行步骤E之前,溶液要经过冷却处理,使溶液的温度为25℃。
实施例三:
长效超级发动机润滑油,润滑油由Ⅲ类加氢油、降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙组成,其重量份数的组分为:Ⅲ类加氢油73.4份;降凝剂0.3份;复合剂20份;黏度指数改进剂10份;高碱值硫化烷基酚钙0.3份。
通过增加Ⅲ类类加氢基础油重组分比例,并调整合适比例使低温动力黏度(CCS)靠上限值,同时,补加高碱值硫化烷基酚钙,可有效提高产品碱值,增加碱保持性,提高酸值控制性能,且其与同类产品相比可以降低蒸发损失20%减少补油量,换油周期可达10万公里,降低用户维护成本。
降凝剂由聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚富马酸酯、聚α-烯烃、醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、甲苯和高级醇组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚甲基丙烯酸酯40份;聚富马酸酯50份;聚α-烯烃15份;醋酸乙烯酯20份;苯乙烯8份;甲苯10份;高级醇5份。
复合剂由抗氧剂、金属减活剂、破乳化剂、泡沫抑制剂、氧化钨、粘度指数改进剂、硼酸盐、基础油、有机膦磺酸、丙烯酸共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、甲苯甲酰三唑衍生物和硫化二聚丁烯组成,其重量份数的组分为:抗氧剂13份;金属减活剂9份;破乳化剂7份;泡沫抑制剂6份;氧化钨5份;粘度指数改进剂16份;硼酸盐8份;基础油100份;有机膦磺酸15份;丙烯酸共聚物10份;聚甲基丙烯酸酯6份;甲苯甲酰三唑衍生物5份;硫化二聚丁烯5份。
其还包括制备方法,且其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、加热:将Ⅲ类加氢油加热到70℃,并持续15min;
B、搅拌:将降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙按重量份数添加到搅拌机内,并加入重量份数的Ⅲ类加氢油,按300r/min的速度搅拌20min;
C、沉淀:将搅拌后的溶液倒入沉淀箱内进行沉淀处理;
D、过滤:将沉淀后的溶液倒入过滤器内,且过滤网的目数为200目;
E、灌装:将过滤后的溶液倒入灌装机内进行灌装处理。
高碱值硫化烷基酚钙在进行步骤B前还需要对其进行粉碎处理,且粉碎的目数为300目。
步骤D中还配套设有加热装置,且加热装置为电极加热器,同时,加热温度为50℃,加热时间为6min。
在进行步骤E之前,溶液要经过冷却处理,使溶液的温度为30℃。

Claims (9)

1.长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:润滑油由Ⅲ类加氢油、降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙组成,其重量份数的组分为:Ⅲ类加氢油60-85份;降凝剂0.1-0.5份;复合剂18-23份;黏度指数改进剂8-12份;高碱值硫化烷基酚钙0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:润滑油由Ⅲ类加氢油、降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙组成,其重量份数的组分为:Ⅲ类加氢油70-79份;降凝剂0.2-0.4份;复合剂19-21份;黏度指数改进剂9-11份;高碱值硫化烷基酚钙0.2-0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:润滑油由Ⅲ类加氢油、降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙组成,其重量份数的组分为:Ⅲ类加氢油73.4份;降凝剂0.3份;复合剂20份;黏度指数改进剂10份;高碱值硫化烷基酚钙0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂由聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚富马酸酯、聚α-烯烃、醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、甲苯和高级醇组成,其重量份数的组分为:聚甲基丙烯酸酯25-40份;聚富马酸酯35-50份;聚α-烯烃8-15份;醋酸乙烯酯15-20份;苯乙烯3-8份;甲苯4-10份;高级醇1-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述复合剂由抗氧剂、金属减活剂、破乳化剂、泡沫抑制剂、氧化钨、粘度指数改进剂、硼酸盐、基础油、有机膦磺酸、丙烯酸共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、甲苯甲酰三唑衍生物和硫化二聚丁烯组成,其重量份数的组分为:抗氧剂6-13份;金属减活剂3-9份;破乳化剂2-7份;泡沫抑制剂2-6份;氧化钨1-5份;粘度指数改进剂5-16份;硼酸盐3-8份;基础油60-100份;有机膦磺酸10-15份;丙烯酸共聚物4-10份;聚甲基丙烯酸酯2-6份;甲苯甲酰三唑衍生物1-5份;硫化二聚丁烯2-5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:其还包括制备方法,且其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、加热:将Ⅲ类加氢油加热到50-70℃,并持续15-25min;
B、搅拌:将降凝剂、复合剂、黏度指数改进剂和高碱值硫化烷基酚钙按重量份数添加到搅拌机内,并加入重量份数的Ⅲ类加氢油,按200-300r/min的速度搅拌20-30min;
C、沉淀:将搅拌后的溶液倒入沉淀箱内进行沉淀处理;
D、过滤:将沉淀后的溶液倒入过滤器内,且过滤网的目数为100-200目;
E、灌装:将过滤后的溶液倒入灌装机内进行灌装处理。
7.根据权利要求6所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述高碱值硫化烷基酚钙在进行步骤B前还需要对其进行粉碎处理,且粉碎的目数为200-300目。
8.根据权利要求6所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述步骤D中还配套设有加热装置,且加热装置为喷火枪、微波加热器或电极加热器中的一种,同时,加热温度为30-50℃,加热时间为6-10min。
9.根据权利要求6所述的长效超级发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述在进行步骤E之前,溶液要经过冷却处理,使溶液的温度为20-30℃。
