1) adding water into 2 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 8 parts of tree peony bark and 25 parts of dandelion in a liquid medicine ratio of 1:6, decocting and extracting for 1 hour, filtering to obtain a liquid medicine I, and reserving dregs for later use;
2) adding water into the residue at a ratio of 1:3, decocting and leaching for 1.5 h, and filtering to obtain a second liquid medicine;
3) mixing the first liquid medicine and the second liquid medicine, filtering the mixed liquid for 4 times by 200-mesh gauze, and then finely filtering by a 0.45-micron filter to obtain a mixed extracting solution;
4) concentrating the mixed extractive solution to 3 times of the medicinal materials to obtain concentrated solutions of radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, cortex moutan extractive solution, and herba Taraxaci extractive solution;
5) adding the peppermint oil-Tween 80 emulsion into the concentrated solution of the sophora flavescens extracting solution, the moutan bark extracting solution and the dandelion extracting solution, and uniformly mixing (the weight is 0.3 percent of the weight of the herbal antibacterial disinfectant) to obtain the herbal antibacterial disinfectant.
Comparative example 1
A herbal antibacterial disinfectant comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, herba Taraxaci extract, and oleum Menthae Dementholatum-Tween 80 emulsion; in the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion, the mass ratio of the peppermint oil to the tween 80 is 10: 1.
The preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) adding water into 4 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 20 parts of dandelion in a medicine liquid ratio of 1:6, decocting and extracting for 1 hour, filtering to obtain a medicine liquid I, and reserving medicine residues for later use;
2) adding water into the medicine residues, decocting and leaching for 1 h at a medicine liquid ratio of 1:4, and filtering to obtain a medicine liquid II;
3) mixing the first liquid medicine and the second liquid medicine, filtering the mixed liquid for 4 times by 200-mesh gauze, and then finely filtering by a 0.45-micron filter to obtain a mixed extracting solution;
4) concentrating the mixed extractive solution to 3 times of the medicinal materials to obtain concentrated solution of radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution and herba Taraxaci extractive solution;
5) adding the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion into the concentrated solution of the radix sophorae flavescentis extracting solution and the dandelion extracting solution, and uniformly mixing (the weight is 0.3 percent of the weight of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant) to obtain the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant.
Compared with example 1, no moutan bark extract was included.
Comparative example 2:
a herbal antibacterial disinfectant comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, cortex moutan extract, herba Taraxaci extract, and oleum Menthae Dementholatum-Tween 80 emulsion; in the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion, the mass ratio of the peppermint oil to the tween 80 is 10: 1.
The preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) adding water into 7 parts of tree peony bark and 20 parts of dandelion in a liquid medicine ratio of 1:6, decocting and leaching for 1 hour, filtering to obtain a liquid medicine I, and reserving dregs for later use;
2) adding water into the medicine residues, decocting and leaching for 1 h at a medicine liquid ratio of 1:4, and filtering to obtain a medicine liquid II;
3) mixing the first liquid medicine and the second liquid medicine, filtering the mixed liquid for 4 times by 200-mesh gauze, and then finely filtering by a 0.45-micron filter to obtain a mixed extracting solution;
4) concentrating the mixed extractive solution to 3 times of the medicinal materials to obtain concentrated solution of cortex moutan extractive solution and herba Taraxaci extractive solution;
5) adding the peppermint oil-Tween 80 emulsion into the concentrated solution of the moutan bark extract and the dandelion extract, and uniformly mixing (the weight is 0.3 percent of the weight of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant) to obtain the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant.
In contrast to example 1, the extract of Sophora flavescens Aiton was not included.
Comparative example 3:
a herbal antibacterial disinfectant comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, cortex moutan extractive solution, and herba Taraxaci extractive solution;
the preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) adding water into 4 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 7 parts of cortex moutan and 20 parts of dandelion in a liquid medicine ratio of 1:6, decocting and extracting for 1 hour, filtering to obtain a liquid medicine I, and reserving dregs for later use;
2) adding water into the medicine residues, decocting and leaching for 1 h at a medicine liquid ratio of 1:4, and filtering to obtain a medicine liquid II;
3) mixing the first liquid medicine and the second liquid medicine, filtering the mixed liquid for 4 times by 200-mesh gauze, and then finely filtering by a 0.45-micron filter to obtain a mixed extracting solution;
4) concentrating the mixed extractive solution to 3 times of the medicinal materials to obtain concentrated solutions of radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, cortex moutan extractive solution, and herba Taraxaci extractive solution; the concentrated solution is used as the bacteriostatic disinfectant of the comparative example.
In contrast to example 1, this comparative example does not include a peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion.
II, bacteriostatic experiment:
the test is carried out according to the regulations and requirements of annex B of sanitation department 'hygienic index of disposable sanitary products' (GB 15979-2002) and sanitation department 'disinfection technical Specification' 11 month edition 2002, 2.1.1.2, the 5 th to 10 th generations are taken, the culture is cultured for 18 to 24 hours at 37 ℃, the fresh culture on the inclined plane is tested, the sample of the product is tested by an accelerated test method, the test is repeated for three times (the data in the table is an average value), and the result shows that:
the antibacterial disinfectant acts for 2min, 5min, 10min and 20min respectively, and the antibacterial rate results of the antibacterial disinfectant on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans are shown in tables 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

As can be seen from tables 1, 2 and 3, the bacteriostatic effect of the bacteriostatic disinfectant of each embodiment of the invention is significantly improved compared with that of the bacteriostatic disinfectant of the comparative example. Therefore, each component of the sophora flavescens extract, the moutan bark extract and the peppermint oil-tween emulsion has a significant contribution effect on the antibacterial effect. The antibacterial disinfectant consists of the sophora flavescens extracting solution, the moutan bark extracting solution, the dandelion extracting solution and the peppermint oil-tween emulsion, has one-out of the components, is used in a compound way, and has a very good antibacterial effect.
Claims (9)
1. The herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant is characterized by comprising the following components: radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, cortex moutan extractive solution, herba Taraxaci extractive solution, and oleum Menthae Dementholatum-Tween 80 emulsion; wherein the weight of the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion is 0.2-0.5 percent of the weight of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant; the sophora flavescens extracting solution, the moutan bark extracting solution and the dandelion extracting solution are respectively 1-5 parts by weight of sophora flavescens water extracting solution, 3-9 parts by weight of moutan bark water extracting solution and 10-30 parts by weight of dandelion water extracting solution.
2. The herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant liquid as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion, the mass ratio of the peppermint oil to the tween 80 is 8-12: 1.
3. The herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant liquid as set forth in claim 2, which is characterized in that: in the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion, the mass ratio of the peppermint oil to the tween 80 is 10: 1.
4. The herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant liquid as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the weight ratio of the sophora flavescens, the moutan bark and the dandelion is 2-4: 5-8: 15-25.

The preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following steps: 1) decocting radix Sophorae Flavescentis, cortex moutan and herba Taraxaci in water, leaching, filtering to obtain first medicinal liquid, and keeping the residue; 2) adding water into the dregs, decocting, leaching and filtering to obtain a second liquid medicine; 3) mixing the first liquid medicine and the second liquid medicine, and filtering to obtain a mixed extracting solution; 4) concentrating the mixed extractive solution to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, cortex moutan extractive solution, and herba Taraxaci extractive solution; 5) adding the peppermint oil-tween 80 emulsion into the concentrated solution of the sophora flavescens extracting solution, the moutan bark extracting solution and the dandelion extracting solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the herbal antibacterial disinfectant.
6. The preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic disinfectant as claimed in claim 5, which is characterized in that: in the step 1), the ratio of the liquid medicine to the liquid medicine is 1: 5-7, and the leaching time is 0.6-1.5 h.
