By adding the defoaming agent, the phenomenon of bubbles in the gilding-imitating metal mortar is favorably reduced better, so that the phenomenon of potholes on the surface of the gilding-imitating metal mortar is favorably reduced better, and the attractive effect of the gilding-imitating metal mortar is favorably improved better.
In the invention, the humectant can be one or more of glycerin, butanediol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, xylitol, polypropylene glycol, amino acid, sodium lactate, urea and environment-friendly solvent oil; preferably, the humectant is a mixture of glycerin, propylene glycol and environmentally friendly solvent oil.
In the invention, the defoaming agent can be one or more of non-silicon defoaming agent, organic silicon defoaming agent, polyether defoaming agent and polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent; preferably, the defoamer is a silicone polyether defoamer.
The second aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal mucilage comprises the following steps:
step (1), mixing the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane resin, and stirring for 10-20min to form a premix;
and (2) adding metal mica powder into the premix, stirring for 30-50min, adding a thickening agent, stirring for 20-30min, and filtering to obtain the environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement.
By adopting the technical scheme, the components are favorably and uniformly dispersed mutually better by controlling the adding sequence of the components, so that the components are favorably and cooperatively matched with each other better, the gilding-imitating metal adhesive cement is favorably firmly adhered to the fabric, the evenness of the flash degree of the gilding-imitating metal adhesive cement is favorably and better improved, and the printing effect of the prepared gilding-imitating metal adhesive cement is less likely to be influenced.
In summary, the invention includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. by adopting the metallic mica powder, the stability of the mica powder is higher, and the mica powder is not easy to oxidize, so that the metallic luster of the prepared bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is not easy to change color or blacken, the service life of the bronzing-imitating metal is favorably prolonged, and the service life of the fabric printed with the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is favorably prolonged to a certain extent;
2. by adopting the synergistic cooperation of the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the bonding strength of the prepared bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is favorably improved, so that the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is more easily and firmly attached to a fabric, and the washing fastness and the friction fastness of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement are higher;
3. by utilizing the synergistic cooperation of the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the sparkling degree of the prepared bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is favorably improved, the covering capacity of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is more difficult to be influenced, the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is simultaneously suitable for the fabric with ground color or dark color, the application range of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is favorably expanded, the printing effect of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is better, the attractiveness of the fabric is favorably improved, and the fabric printed with the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage is more easily welcomed by consumers;
4. the thickening agent is added, so that the consistency of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement can be better adjusted, the thixotropic performance of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement can be better improved, the metal mica powder is less prone to precipitation in the long-standing bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement, the metal mica powder can be better and uniformly dispersed in the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement, the sparkling degree of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is more uniform, and the printing effect of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement can be better improved;
5. the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage does not contain formaldehyde and other substances which are not environment-friendly, is safe and environment-friendly, and is not easy to influence the environment and the human health.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, the preparation method of the environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal cement disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps:
and (1) cleaning a dispersion tank, adding the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane resin into the dispersion tank, stirring at the rotating speed of 1500r/min for 10min, and uniformly mixing and dispersing to form a premix.
And (2) adding the metal mica powder into the premix while stirring, stirring and dispersing for 30min, adding the thickening agent, stirring and dispersing for 20min, and filtering by using a 180-mesh gauze to obtain the environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement.
In this embodiment, the thickener is a polyurethane thickening and leveling agent; the metallic mica powder is golden mica powder.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is that:

Experiment 1
The pH values of the bronzing-imitating metal cements prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were measured by a PHS-2C type acidimeter using a two-point calibration method.
Experiment 2
The viscosities (mPa. s) of the bronzing-imitating mortars prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were measured by a rotary viscometer model NDJ-1.
Experiment 3
Firstly, a black cloth fabric is ironed and laid on a printing table, the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage prepared by the above embodiments and comparative examples is adopted, an 800-mesh full-size screen plate is selected, is subjected to scraping printing once, is dried by hot air, is baked for 3min at the high temperature of 150 ℃, and then the printing overprinting capability of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage prepared by the above embodiments and comparative examples is detected according to GB/T250-2008 'Grey sample card for color change test evaluation of textiles'.
In addition, after drying and forming the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage, placing the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage in an environment with the oxygen concentration of 80% for 2 days, observing the flash degree of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage printing, randomly selecting 20 volunteers to manually evaluate the grade of the flash degree, and taking the average value of all people's evaluations. Wherein, the grade is 5 grade, 1 grade is that the metallic luster is extremely uneven, and the luster effect is dark; the 2 grade is that the metal luster is relatively uniform and the luster effect is dark; the grade 3 is that the metal luster is completely uniform, and the luster effect is dark; the grade 4 is that the metal luster is relatively uniform and the luster effect is bright; the 5 grade is that the metal luster is completely uniform and the luster effect is bright.
Experiment 4
The washing fastness grade (60 ℃) of the printed patterns of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage prepared in the above examples and comparative examples is detected as follows:
the principle is as follows: the textile sample is sewed with lining fabric, placed in soap solution, mechanically stirred under the condition of specified time and temperature, washed and dried, and then the color change of the sample and the staining of the lining fabric are evaluated by using a gray card.
And (4) testing standard: ISO 105C 03;
sample preparation, four sides of 4 × 10cm are sewed;
multi-fiber lining: acetate, cotton, nylon, terylene, acrylic fiber and wool;
and (3) testing conditions are as follows: temperature: 60 ℃, sweat content: 1:50, time: and (3) 30 min.
The preparation standards of the reagents are 4 g/L synthetic detergent and 2 g/L anhydrous sodium carbonate.
The method comprises the following operation steps:
the prepared combination sample is placed in a container, and soap solution preheated to a predetermined temperature (bath ratio: 1:50) is injected and treated at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.
And taking out the combined sample, washing the combined sample twice by using cold water, then flushing the combined sample in flowing water for 10min, squeezing out water, disassembling the combined sample, connecting the linings of the samples by only one short-edge suture line, and suspending the combined sample in air at 30 ℃ for drying.
The samples were evaluated for change as received (fading) and for the tack of the lining fabric using a grey sample card.
Experiment 5
The rubbing fastness grade of the bronzing-imitating metal mucilage prepared in the above examples and comparative examples is detected by a rubbing fastness tester according to GB3920-1983 method for testing rubbing fastness of textiles.

According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 4 and the embodiments 16 to 31 in table 10, the 2- (diethanolamino) sodium ethanesulfonate, the sodium caprate and the sodium hyaluronate are adopted to cooperate with each other in a specific ratio, so that the dispersion uniformity of the metallic color master powder is favorably improved, the printing flash of the bronzing-imitated metal cement is more uniform, the printing effect of the bronzing-imitated metal cement is better, and the printing attractiveness of the bronzing-imitated metal cement is favorably improved; meanwhile, the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement can be better improved, and the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement are easily influenced due to the lack of any component or the change of any proportion.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 4 and the examples 32 to 39 in the table 10, the methyl isothiazolinone and the phenyl isothiazolinone in a specific ratio are adopted to cooperate with each other, so that the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the bronzing-like metal mucilage can be improved to a certain extent, the service life of the bronzing-like metal mucilage printing can be prolonged to a certain extent, and the service life of the fabric can be prolonged to a certain extent.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 4 and the embodiments 40 to 43 in the table 10, the 2-amino-2 methyl-1-propanol is added, so that the stability of the bronzing-like metal adhesive paste is improved better, the metallic mica powder is less prone to aggregation, the metallic mica powder is dispersed in the bronzing-like metal adhesive paste more uniformly, the printing flash of the bronzing-like metal adhesive paste is more uniform, and the printing effect of the bronzing-like metal adhesive paste is improved better.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 4 and the comparative examples 1-2 in the table 10, the glittering degree of the metallic color master powder can be better improved only when the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane emulsion are cooperatively matched with each other, so that the printing effect of the bronzing-like metal paste is better, and the bronzing-like metal paste is easy to influence due to the lack of any component.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 4 and the comparative example 3 in the table 10, the addition of the metallic mica powder is beneficial to better improving the oxidation resistance of the bronzing-like metal adhesive cement, so that the printing flash of the bronzing-like metal adhesive cement is more uniform, and the printing effect of the bronzing-like metal adhesive cement is better.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 4 and the comparative examples 4-5 in the table 10, only when the aqueous acrylic emulsion, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the metallic mica powder and the thickener are cooperatively matched in a specific ratio, the dispersion effect of the metallic mica powder can be better improved, and meanwhile, the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the bronzing-like metal adhesive cement can be better improved.

1. An environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal adhesive cement is characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by mass:
25-35 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion;
25-35 parts of a water-based polyurethane emulsion;
10-15 parts of metallic mica powder;
4-10 parts of a thickening agent.
2. The environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-resistant metal mucilage as recited in claim 1, is characterized in that: the thickening agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1-4 parts of polyurethane thickening and leveling agent;
0.5-2 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate;
2.5-4 parts of alkali swelling acrylic acid associative thickener.
3. The environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal cement as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the paint also comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1-4 parts of sodium salt dispersant.

The environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-resistant metal mucilage as recited in claim 3, is characterized in that: the sodium salt dispersing agent comprises one or more of polycarboxylic acid sodium salt dispersing agent, acrylic acid sodium salt dispersing agent, sodium tetraborate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate, 2- (diethanolamino) sodium ethanesulfonate, sodium caprate and sodium hyaluronate.
5. The environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-resistant metal mucilage as recited in claim 4, is characterized in that: the dispersing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:
0.5-1 part of 2- (diethanolamino) sodium ethanesulfonate;
0.2-0.5 part of sodium caprate;
0.3-2.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
6. The environment-friendly antioxidant bronzing-imitating metal cement as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the paint also comprises the following components in parts by mass:
0.2-0.8 part of methylisothiazolinone;
0.3-0.7 part of benzisothiazolinone.
