Abstract
一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:将水性树脂、硬脂酸氨、水性色浆放入发泡釜中,在700r/min的搅拌转速条件下进行发泡操作,当混合物的体积发至原体积的1.5倍时加入增稠剂,调节粘度,当粘度调节至5000mpa.s停止调节粘度,继续搅拌5min,得到浆料;步骤二:将浆料采用滚涂的方式涂覆在二层牛皮的表面;步骤三:将涂覆好浆料的二层牛皮送入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干时间为15min,得皮革初品;步骤四:皮革初品在温度为120℃,压力为15MPa的条件下进行压花操作3秒,既得牛二层箱包革成品。本发明不产生废水,且本发明制备的二层牛皮箱包革手感好耐磨,耐老化,使用寿命长,便于生活生产使用。

技术领域
本发明属于二层牛皮箱包革制备领域,具体地说是一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法。
背景技术
二层牛皮是通过机械切割把牛皮头层取出后剩下的部分,二层皮两面都是疏松的纤维结构,传统制作箱包革的方法是:油性树脂涂覆(含大量DMF)、凝固、水洗、晾干、后处理(压花或贴面),此过程产生大量DMF及含DMF的废水,能搞高,气味重,污染环境,对人体有害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,用以解决现有技术中的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将水性树脂、硬脂酸氨、水性色浆放入发泡釜中,在700r/min的搅拌转速条件下进行发泡操作,当混合物的体积发至原体积的1.5倍时加入增稠剂,将搅拌转速降低至400r/min继续搅拌,调节粘度,当粘度调节至5000mpa.s停止调节粘度,继续搅拌5min,得到浆料;
步骤二:将浆料采用滚涂的方式涂覆在二层牛皮的表面;
步骤三:将涂覆好浆料的二层牛皮送入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干机的道控温度依次为:40℃,60℃,80℃,120℃,烘干时间为15min,得皮革初品;
步骤四:皮革初品在温度为120℃,压力为15MPa的条件下进行压花操作3秒,既得牛二层箱包革成品。

步骤二:降温至80℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷、二羟甲基丁酸新戊二醇、丙酮,在300r/min的搅拌转速下,反应3h;
步骤三:降温至50℃,加入二甲基乙醇胺,提升搅拌转速至1400r/min,加入水乳化,待乳液转相后,加入哌嗪并降低搅拌转速至300r/min,反应0.5h;
步骤四:升温至60℃进行脱丙酮操作2h,降至室温,放料,得水性树脂。
如上所述的一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,所述的硬脂酸铵为十八烷基羧酸硬脂酸铵。
如上所述的一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,所述的水性色浆为一般民用水性色浆其主要成分是水和色粉,优选的为世名的水性色浆。
如上所述的一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,所述的增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
如上所述的一种纯水性环保型二层牛皮箱包革的制备方法,所述的步骤二中浆料的涂覆量为15g/dm2。
本发明的优点是:本发明用一种高物性水性聚氨酯树脂,通过发泡做成浆料,涂敷,烘干,压花,后整理来代替传统油性湿法水凝固工艺制造箱包革的方法,本发明从根本生解决了传统湿法生产过程使用DMF的问题,同时彻底废除凝固、水洗工艺,本发明涂覆后直接烘干不产生废水,传统工艺是用水凝固,水洗,使得产生大量的含DMF溶剂其他有害物质的废水,对环境及人污染有害,而且废水处理浪费大量资源,新制作方法没有水凝固水洗过程,不产生废水,直接烘干,节约用水,节约能耗,大大降低生产成本;同时本发明的制备方法不产生有害气体,传统工艺在制作过程中由于DMF的挥发以及烘干过程中都贵产生刺激气味的气体,对环境及人污染有害。新制作方法生产过程产物是水蒸气,对环境及人无污染无害;同时本发明制备的二层牛皮箱包革手感好,耐磨,耐老化,使用寿命长,便于生活生产使用。

实施例
步骤一:准确称量聚四氢呋喃100g,异氰酸酯33g,有机铋0.05g,三羟甲基丙烷0.47g,新戊二醇2.3g,二羟甲基丁酸4g,二甲基乙醇胺1.1g,哌嗪1.4g,丙酮30g,水190g;
步骤二:将四氢呋喃、异氰酸酯、有机铋加入反应釜中,在300r/min的搅拌转速下,升温至90℃,反应2h;
步骤三:降温至80℃,加入三羟甲基丙烷、二羟甲基丁酸新戊二醇、丙酮,在300r/min的搅拌转速下,反应3h;
步骤四:降温至50℃,加入二甲基乙醇胺,提升搅拌转速至1400r/min,加入水乳化,待乳液转相后,加入哌嗪并降低搅拌转速至200r/min,反应0.5h;
步骤五:升温至60℃进行脱丙酮操作2h,降至室温,放料,得水性树脂;
步骤六:水性树脂100g,十八烷基羧酸硬脂酸铵5g,水性色浆2g,聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂3g;
步骤七:将水性树脂、十八烷基羧酸硬脂酸铵、水性色浆放入发泡釜中,在700r/min的搅拌转速条件下进行发泡操作,当混合物的体积发至原体积的1.5倍时加入聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂,将搅拌转速降低至400r/min继续搅拌,调节粘度,当粘度调节至5000mpa.s停止调节粘度,继续搅拌5min,得到浆料;
步骤八:将浆料采用滚涂的方式涂覆在二层牛皮的表面,涂覆量为15g/dm2;
步骤九:将涂覆好浆料的二层牛皮送入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干机的道控温度依次为:40℃,60℃,80℃,120℃,烘干时间为15min,得皮革初品;
步骤十:皮革初品在温度为120℃,压力为15MPa的条件下进行压花操作3秒,既得牛二层箱包革成品。
选用现有技术即通过油性树脂涂覆(含大量DMF)、凝固、水洗、晾干、后处理(压花或贴面)操作制备的牛二层箱包革成品作为对照例进行性能对比其结果如表一所示。

注:检测标准:
1、耐磨牢度:按QB/T2726-2005标准检测,其中荷重为500g,选用H-18磨头,旋转次数设定为200转,结果以3块皮样的最差结果评定。
2、耐黄变性:按标准QB/T2888-2007附录B的规定进行检测及评定,其中实验箱温度为(23±2)℃,照射时间为3h。
3、耐折性:按标准QB/T2714-2005进行检测。
4、剥离负荷:检验及检验结果按GB/T8949-2008中5.9的规定进行。
综上所述,通过表一中性能对比实验数据可见,本发明实施例在耐黄变性能,耐折性以及剥离负荷性能上均优于现有溶剂型箱包革,所以,本发明在环保性、工艺条件操作性以及产品理化性能等方面均优于现有技术条件。

步骤一:将水性树脂、硬脂酸氨、水性色浆放入发泡釜中,在700r/min的搅拌转速条件下进行发泡操作,当混合物的体积发至原体积的1.5倍时加入增稠剂,将搅拌转速降低至400r/min继续搅拌,调节粘度,当粘度调节至5000mpa.s停止调节粘度,继续搅拌5min,得到浆料;
步骤二:将浆料采用滚涂的方式涂覆在二层牛皮的表面;
步骤三:将涂覆好浆料的二层牛皮送入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干机的道控温度依次为:40℃,60℃,80℃,120℃,烘干时间为15min,得皮革初品;
步骤四:皮革初品在温度为120℃,压力为15MPa的条件下进行压花操作3秒,既得牛二层箱包革成品。
