本发明公开了一种含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂及其配制方法,按质量比,该多用途清洗剂的配比如下:茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯10~20份、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚10~15份、硅酸钠0.5~1.5份、柠檬酸钠3~5份、聚醚61 0.5~1.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.5~1份、聚乙二醇0.1~0.3份,再加水到100份。该多用途清洗剂具有去污力强,普遍高达90%以上,稳定性高,使用安全、可生物降解、绿色环保,无VOC排放,并且使用天然茶皂素改性后的表面活性剂,扩大了茶皂素的使用,有效的利用了天然可再生资源,符合可持续发展的理念。

本发明涉及表面活性剂以及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及茶皂素改性表面活性剂以及多用途清洗剂,具体来说,涉及一种含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂及其配制方法。
背景技术
茶皂素又名茶皂甙,是由茶树种子(茶籽、茶叶籽)中提取出来的一类糖甙化合物,是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,它可广泛应用于轻工、化工、农药、饲料、养殖、纺织、采油、采矿、建材与高速公路建设等领域。
经研究证明:茶皂素的HLB值为16左右,能够显著的降低表面张力,具有良好的去污能力和润湿能力,并且具有很强的起泡能力和稳泡性能。易于生物降解,是一类绿色天然表面活性剂。中国的油茶和茶树产量最高,每年产出大量的茶籽和茶籽饼,而茶籽饼中含10~12%的茶皂素。
另一方面,环境清洁越来越注重绿色环保和对人体健康的影响,因此,对于清洗剂的要求也越来越高。对于家庭及商务场所,需要清洁的物品多种多样,如瓷砖、木质家具、塑料制品、玻璃窗及玻璃制品、不锈钢器皿等等。鉴于单一针对某种材质或者某种物品的清洗剂的用处不大,因此,需要一种具有多用途的清洗剂。市场上销售的多用途清洗剂仍然以合成类表面活性剂为主表面活性剂;这一类表面活性剂通常生物降解性较差,并且由于原料多来自石油,因此,对人体的健康也存在一定的不良影响。
茶皂素虽然为天然表面活性剂,但其在清洗剂中的实际应用却并不广泛,很大一部分因素是由于茶皂素作为表面活性剂的性质的影响,如其起去污能力也只是处于中等偏上,起泡性能较强,不利于漂洗等,因此,改性茶皂素的结构,改善其性能,提高茶皂素的利用价值很有必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提出一种含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂。
其所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实施。
一种含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特点为,按质量比,该多用途清洗剂的配比如下:
茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯10~20份、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚10~15份、硅酸钠0.5~1.5份、柠檬酸钠3~5份、聚醚61 0.5~1.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.5~1份、聚乙二醇0.1~0.3份,再加水到100份。
作为本发明的优选实施例,按质量比,该多用途清洗剂的配比如下:
茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯15份、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、硅酸钠1份、柠檬酸钠4份、聚醚61 1份、羧甲基纤维素0.7份、聚乙二醇0.2份,再加水到100份。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于提供一种前述茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的合成方法,其特点为,包括如下步骤:
a、按摩尔比,将1当量的茶皂素、第一溶剂以及催化剂加入反应釜中,用惰性气体置换反应釜内的空气,升温后加入5~20当量的环氧乙烷,待釜压降至常压后冷却到室温,经后处理后得到茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚;其中,所述第一溶剂选自DMSO或DMF;所述催化剂为MgO/Al2O3双核金属氧化物催化剂或双金属氰化物络合催化剂;
b、按摩尔比,将步骤a得到的茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚1当量溶解在第二溶剂中,加入1~1.5当量的月桂酰氯和1.1~2.5当量的无水柠檬酸钠,常温下搅拌反应10~12小时,反应结束后,加水稀释;所述第二溶剂选自DMSO或DMF;
按体积比,用3:1~1:1的石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取除去月桂酸,反应液流经装有大孔树脂的吸附柱进行吸附,TLC检测吸附完全后,取出大孔树脂;
向大孔树脂中加入解析液,解析液浓缩干燥后得到固体,固体干燥后得到茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
作为本合成方法的进一步改进,步骤a中的后处理包括:
抽真空,反应液过滤除去催化剂,反应液浓缩后加入到石油醚中,析出固体,过滤后得到的固体烘干,所得固体即是茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚。
也作为本技术方案的进一步改进,步骤a中的反应温度为140~160℃。
还作为本技术方案的进一步改进,步骤b中的解析液为乙醇。
作为该合成方法的优选实施例,所述石油醚和乙酸乙酯的体积比为2:1。
本发明所要解决的又一技术问题在于提供一种前述含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂的配制方法,包括如下步骤:
a、按设定的配比,将异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到40~60份的水中,升温到50~60摄氏度,搅拌,加入聚乙二醇,溶解完全,保持该温度,慢慢加入茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯,继续搅拌至溶解完全,再加入聚醚61和羧甲基纤维素,搅拌溶解;
b、用最少量的水溶解硅酸钠和柠檬酸钠,在搅拌下加入步骤a得到的溶液中,补足剩余的水,继续搅拌半小时至一小时,冷却后得到多用途清洗剂。
采用上述技术方案的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂及其制备方法,具有如下有益效果:
1)本技术方案提供的多用途清洗剂具有去污力强,以硬质地板为例,去污力普遍达到90%以上,最高的可达到96%。
2)清洗剂稳定性高,稀释后工作液为较弱的碱性,对于绝大多数物品不会产生腐蚀。
3)绿色环保,可生物降解,基本无VOC排放,使用安全。
4)使用天然茶皂素改性后的表面活性剂,扩大了茶皂素的使用,有效的利用了天然可再生资源,符合可持续发展。
具体实施方式
下面将通过实施例对本发明的具体技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,以下所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的合成
步骤1:将茶皂素、DMF以及MCT-09加入反应釜中,用惰性气体置换反应釜内的空气,升温到140℃后,加入环氧乙烷,待釜压降至常压后冷却到室温,抽真空,反应液过滤除去催化剂,反应液浓缩后加入到石油醚中,析出固体,过滤后得到的固体烘干,所得固体即是茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚。
各反应物投料量和产物质量如下表1。

步骤2:将茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚溶解在DMF中,加入月桂酰氯和无水柠檬酸钠,常温下搅拌反应12小时,反应结束后,加水稀释,用石油醚和乙酸乙酯体积比2:1的混合溶剂萃取除去月桂酸,反应液流经装有大孔树脂的吸附柱进行吸附,TLC检测吸附完全后,取出大孔树脂,向大孔树脂中加入乙醇,将乙醇浓缩干燥后得到固体,固体干燥后得到茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
具体的投料质量和产物质量见下表2。

表2中,实验6-10中的茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚与实验1-5中茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚一一对应,从而得到不同聚合度的茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯。
实施例2:配制多用途清洗剂
将异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到50克的水中,升温到60摄氏度,搅拌下加入聚乙二醇,溶解完全,保持该温度,慢慢加入茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯(由实验8制备),继续搅拌至溶解完全,再加入聚醚61和羧甲基纤维素,搅拌溶解,用最少量的水溶解硅酸钠和柠檬酸钠,再加入上述溶液中,补足剩余的水至100克,继续搅拌半小时,冷却后得到多用途清洗剂。
具体的多用途清洗剂的配比如下表3。

实施例3:
参照QB/T 4532-2013硬质地板清洗剂3.2.3对稳定性进行实验;附录A去污力的测定的方法对去污力进行实验,每个配方的清洗剂用水稀释到1%,平行进行三组实验,取平均值作为去污力;pH的测定按照GB6368的规定采用电位法进行测定;得到的结果如下表4。

由以上试验结果可以看出,本发明的多用途清洗剂去污力均能达到90%以上,配方4相对其它配方去污力更高,高达96%。
实验6、实验7、实验9、实验10得到的茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯由于具有不同的HLB值,因此,最优的配比与实验8对应的茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的最优配比可能存在些许差异。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量比,该多用途清洗剂的配比如下:
茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯10~20份、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚10~15份、硅酸钠0.5~1.5份、柠檬酸钠3~5份、聚醚61 0.5~1.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.5~1份、聚乙二醇0.1~0.3份,再加水到100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量比,该多用途清洗剂的配比如下:
茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯15份、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、硅酸钠1份、柠檬酸钠4份、聚醚61 1份、羧甲基纤维素0.7份、聚乙二醇0.2份,再加水到100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,所述茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的合成方法包括如下步骤:
a、按摩尔比,将1当量的茶皂素、第一溶剂以及催化剂加入反应釜中,用惰性气体置换反应釜内的空气,升温后加入5~20当量的环氧乙烷,待釜压降至常压后冷却到室温,经后处理后得到茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚;其中,所述第一溶剂选自DMSO或DMF;所述催化剂为MgO/Al2O3双核金属氧化物催化剂或双金属氰化物络合催化剂;
b、按摩尔比,将步骤a得到的茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚1当量溶解在第二溶剂中,加入1~1.5当量的月桂酰氯和1.1~2.5当量的无水柠檬酸钠,常温下搅拌反应10~12小时,反应结束后,加水稀释;所述第二溶剂选自DMSO或DMF;
按体积比,用3:1~1:1的石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂萃取除去月桂酸,反应液流经装有大孔树脂的吸附柱进行吸附,TLC检测吸附完全后,取出大孔树脂;
向大孔树脂中加入解析液,解析液浓缩干燥后得到固体,固体干燥后得到茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤a中的后处理包括:
抽真空,反应液过滤除去催化剂,反应液浓缩后加入到石油醚中,析出固体,过滤后得到的固体烘干,所得固体即是茶皂素聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤a中的反应温度为140~160℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤b中的解析液为乙醇。
7.根据权利要求3所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂,其特征在于,所述石油醚和乙酸乙酯的体积比为2:1。
8.一种如权利要求1或2所述的含茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯的多用途清洗剂的配制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、按设定的配比,将异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到40~60份的水中,升温到50~60摄氏度,搅拌,加入聚乙二醇,溶解完全,保持该温度,慢慢加入茶皂素聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯,继续搅拌至溶解完全,再加入聚醚61和羧甲基纤维素,搅拌溶解;
b、用最少量的水溶解硅酸钠和柠檬酸钠,在搅拌下加入步骤a得到的溶液中,补足剩余的水,继续搅拌半小时至一小时冷却后得到多用途清洗剂。
