Abstract

一种防冰挂防紫外线涂层的制备方法,其具体操作是:取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.01 g‑0.1g,硝酸锌0.01 g‑0.1g,1‑5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层,该涂层接触角153°~157°,以及收波长340 nm~351 nm。本发明一方面可以提供物理疏水,有效防路面凝冰,另一方面可吸收紫外线,且稳定性好、不会影响混凝土的性能,具有制作简单、成本低,施工性能好,适用大规模工业化生产。

Description

一种防冰挂防紫外线涂层的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土路面抗冰凝涂层,特别是混凝土路面的防冰挂防紫外线涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
高寒地区结冰对道路危害极大,而且紫外线强度高更容易造成道路的开裂。一般地区,冬季下雪过后,道路表面的积雪容易在低温环境下结冰,致使道路抗滑性能急剧下降。在结冰道路上行车极易打滑,且紧急制动距离大大增长,对行人及车辆的生命财产安全构成严重威胁,易造成严重交通拥堵并诱发一系列交通事故。高寒地区结冰更是一种常态,对道路危害极大,同时紫外线强度高长时间暴露更容易造成道路的开裂。因此,对高寒道路防冰雪、防紫外线技术的研究与应用就极为重要。
中国专利文献公开了“一种长效路面抗凝冰涂层材料及制备方法”(202010062065.4):30~35份橡胶粉、50~60份工业盐、3~4份碳酸钙、4~8份硬酸脂和1~2份环烷油。在零下15℃以上时,能快速消融凝冰。
中国专利文献还公开“一种超疏水沥青路面抗凝冰涂层及其制备方法”(201811496637.9):涂层由粘结层、功能层以及分散于功能层中的抗磨填料组成;功能层由MHX-1107含氢硅油、γ—氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、二月桂酸二丁基锡、无水乙醇、氨水与去离子水配制而成;具有超疏水、抗凝冰、耐磨耗及摩擦系数高等特点。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种疏水性好、且能吸收紫外线的防冰挂防紫外线涂层的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防冰挂防紫外线涂层的制备方法,其具体操作是:取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.01 g -0.1g,硝酸锌0.01 g -0.1g,1-5微米Al2O3 1g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层,该涂层接触角153°~157°,以及收波长340 nm~351 nm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
Al2O3的反应产物一方面可以提供物理疏水,有效防止路面凝冰,另一方面可以吸收紫外线,且稳定性良好,不会影响混凝土的各方面性能。
该方法制备物的来源广泛,价格便宜,并可方便地控制制得物的尺寸,且其制备方法简单、节能,操作容易,对设备无特殊要求,整个过程无需特殊设备,成本低,施工性好适用于大规模工业化生产。

实施例一
本例的具体操作是:
取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.01g,硝酸锌0.01g,1-5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层。喷涂面积1平方米,平均接触角157°,吸收波长350 nm。
附图1即为效果图,经涂层处理的混凝土表面具备超疏水能力,防止水在表面聚集结冰。涂层且呈浅白色,可有效的屏蔽紫外线。

本例的具体操作是:
取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.03g,硝酸锌0.03g,1-5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层。喷涂面积1平方米,平均接触角154°,吸收波长351 nm。
实施例三
本例的具体操作是:
取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.05g,硝酸锌0.05g,1-5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层。喷涂面积1平方米,平均接触角154°,吸收波长346 nm。
实施例四
本例的具体操作是:
取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.07g,硝酸锌0.07g,1-5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层。喷涂面积1平方米,平均接触角154°,吸收波长345 nm。
实施例五
本例的具体操作是:
取250 ml烧杯,加入水150 ml,加入六次甲基四胺0.1g,硝酸锌0.1g,1-5微米Al2O31g,搅拌反应24h;然后依次加入氟硅烷0.5ml,漂珠5g,2000转搅拌24h,即获得可喷涂的防冰挂防紫外线涂层。喷涂面积1平方米,平均接触角153°,吸收波长340 nm。
