Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-metallic coatings, in particular to a high-hardness long-afterglow luminescent coating for an enamel ceramic product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ceramic is a very popular product and is widely applied to daily life of people. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements of people on the quality and the performance of ceramic products are higher and higher, and various functional ceramics appear, namely long-afterglow luminescent ceramics. The long afterglow luminescent ceramics are mainly prepared by the following method: the long afterglow material is first produced into luminous ceramic glaze, the glaze is applied to the surface of ceramic body and the ceramic product with luminous surface is then fired at certain temperature. In patent document CN1473796A, the luminescent body adopts an aluminate luminescent system, which has high brightness, but the aluminate firing temperature is not more than 900 ℃, which is difficult to resist high temperature, and the problems of glaze cracking, poor bonding between glaze and blank, etc. are likely to occur during firing. In patent document CN106277791B, the luminescent body adopts a silicate luminescent system, and since the silicate long afterglow material has good compatibility with the glaze, the glaze surface is smooth, but the firing temperature of the ceramic is above 1200 ℃, and the luminescent performance of the silicate luminescent glaze is obviously reduced above this temperature. Therefore, the sintering temperature is reduced, the adhesive force and the surface hardness of the coating are improved, the accurate regulation and control of the hue and the brightness of the luminescent coating are realized, and the method is an important development direction of luminescent ceramics.
CN105778577A discloses an energy-storing luminescent ceramic coating prepared from resin, energy-storing luminescent powder, solvent, nano oxide sol, etc., which is sprayed on a workpiece treated by sand blasting, and then baked to obtain a luminescent ceramic coating. CN104341911A discloses a luminous paint prepared from acrylic resin, energy-storage luminescent powder, an auxiliary agent and the like. These solutions do not require the surface hardness of the luminescent coating, the surface is easily scratched, limiting its industrial application.
