Abstract
本发明涉及聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层,基材层的内侧设置防腐层,防腐层为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,基材层和防腐层之间设置有粘接层,粘接层的两侧分别与基材层和防腐层粘接,粘接层的材料包括PFA、FEP中的任意一种或全部,粘接层的厚度为0.03‑2mm。使用本发明后,能够使得内衬具有更好地防腐蚀性,保证使用化学制品场所的安全。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及防腐蚀内衬领域,尤其涉及聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层。
背景技术:
存储罐、运输罐是化学领域常用到的装置,化学制品的存储和运输都要用到它们,而化学制品大多数都是有毒、有腐蚀性的制品,长期存储于存储罐或运输罐中有可能会对罐体造成腐蚀,从而使得化学制品泄露污染环境,甚至危害人们健康。
为了解决化学制品腐蚀的问题,现在通常采用的办法是在罐体内部加装内衬,并对内衬进行防腐蚀喷涂作业,使得内衬具有良好的防腐蚀性,从而杜绝了罐体被化学制品腐蚀破坏的情况。
业内通常是采用PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)、PFA(四氟乙烯和全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物)、FEP(四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯聚物)中的一种对内衬进行防腐处理,但是这三种材料存在如下缺陷:
1、PTFE塑料一般称作“不粘涂层”、“易清洁物料”或“塑料王”。这种材料具有抗酸、抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂效果好的特点,但是它几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,流动性和粘结性也很差,不容易附着于内衬上。
2、PFA塑料的抗腐蚀性与PTFE相比差不多,但是其易分解、流动性差,其流动性只是相较PTFE塑料要好一些。
3、FEP塑料的流动性和粘结性都比较好,但是其防腐蚀性与PTFE塑料相较而言较弱,不利于使用在长期存储化学制品的罐体中。
综上所述,防腐蚀性能最好的PTFE塑料不易附着于内衬上,PFA塑料和FEP塑料的附着性虽然更好点,但是其防腐蚀性不如PTFE塑料。现有工艺也有采用将PTFE塑料直接涂刷在内衬上,但是涂刷的厚度较薄,容易产生微孔,即使喷涂多层增加厚度,但长期使用中依然会产生渗漏孔使得腐蚀性液体到达内衬产生腐蚀,长期的腐蚀内衬可能会产生穿孔损坏,化学制品泄露。
发明内容:
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层。使用本发明后,能够使得内衬具有更好地防腐蚀性,保证使用化学制品场所的安全。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层,所述基材层的内侧设置防腐层,所述防腐层为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,基材层和防腐层之间设置有粘接层,所述粘接层的两侧分别与基材层和防腐层粘接,所述粘接层的材料包括PFA、FEP中的任意一种或全部,所述粘接层的厚度为0.03-2mm。
其进一步特征在于:
所述粘接层的材料还包括PTFE;
所述粘接层和防腐层之间通过氟塑料膜层粘接,所述氟塑料膜层的材料包括PFA或FEP;
所述粘接层的厚度为0.1-0.25mm;
所述基材层的材料为金属、石墨或陶瓷材料中的一种;
所述基材层为金属材料,基材层与粘结层之间设置有金属网,金属网与基材层焊接,粘结层渗透进入金属网的网孔内;
所述粘接层通过喷涂或涂刷的方式后热熔固化的方式设置在基材层和防腐层之间;
所述固化温度在350~420摄氏度之间;
所述固化时长为0.5—5小时之间。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作方便,聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板是采用的塑料板结构,其厚度比涂刷方式形成的防腐层厚,整体性好,能够更好对内衬进行防腐蚀保护。中间的粘接层由于采用了PFA、FEP中的任意一种或全部,一方面PFA、FEP与内衬具有更好的粘接性,另一方面PFA、FEP与PTFE也具有粘结性,同时采用了热熔固化的方式将内衬与PTFE进行粘接,保证能达到很好的粘接效果。同时,采用热熔固化的工艺还能使得聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板具有更好地耐温性,实践证明采用本工艺后防腐层的耐温范围达到-196到260摄氏度。
氟塑料膜层与粘结层成分相近,两者可相溶,在热熔固化过程中,实际加厚了粘结层的厚度,提高基材层与防腐层之间的结合力。
同时,采用氟塑料膜层可有效降低粘结层的喷涂厚度,缩短工期,降低生产成本。
本发明通过增加金属网使粘接层形成铆钉状连接结构,提高连接强度,在热胀冷缩的时候,粘接层的切向连接力更强,网孔形成热胀冷缩的缓冲带。提高在极限高温和极限真空状态下的防腐层结构稳定性。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1:
聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层1,基材层1作为内衬,其材料为金属、石墨或陶瓷材料中的一种;基材层1的内侧设置防腐层4,防腐层4为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,基材层1和防腐层4之间依次设置有氟塑料膜层3、粘接层2,氟塑料膜层3的材料中包括PFA或FEP,粘接层2的材料中包含PTFE、PFA、FEP中的任意一种或任意组合,粘接层2的厚度为0.1mm;粘接层2通过喷涂或涂刷后热熔固化的方式设置在基材层和防腐层之间,固化温度在380摄氏度,固化时长为5小时之间。
实施例2:
聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层1,基材层1作为内衬,其材料为金属;基材层1的内侧设置防腐层4,防腐层4为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,基材层1和防腐层4之间依次设置有氟塑料膜层3、粘接层2,氟塑料膜层3的材料中包括PFA或FEP,粘接层2的材料中包含PTFE、PFA、FEP中的任意一种或任意组合,在本实施例中,基材层1的内侧壁上焊接有金属网5,金属网5的厚度为1mm,粘接层2的厚度为1.5~2mm;粘接层2透过金属网5的网孔与基材层1粘接,同时粘接层2与金属网5的内侧壁、金属网5的孔实现立体粘接,粘接层2通过喷涂或涂刷后热熔固化的方式设置在基材层和防腐层之间,固化温度在400摄氏度,固化时长为5小时之间。
实施例3:
聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层1,基材层1作为内衬,其材料为金属、石墨或陶瓷材料中的一种;基材层1的内侧设置防腐层4,防腐层4为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,基材层1和防腐层4之间设置有粘接层2,粘接层2的材料中包含PTFE、PFA、FEP中的任意一种或任意组合,粘接层2的厚度为0.5mm;粘接层2通过喷涂或涂刷后热熔固化的方式设置在基材层和防腐层之间,固化温度在380摄氏度,固化时长为5小时之间。
本发明工作原理是:本发明利用材质为PTFE、PFA、FEP中的任意一种或任意组合的粘接层2来连接材质为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板的防腐层4基材层1,利用粘结层2与防腐层4的可靠连接能力,以及粘结层2与基材层1的可靠连接能力,使原本结合效果极差的防腐层4和基材层1能够牢固地连接在一起,极大地提高了防腐层4的耐负压能力和工作温度范围。
本发明进一步通过在粘结层2和防腐层4之间设置氟塑料膜层3,从而有效降低粘结层2的喷涂厚度,缩短工期,降低生产成本。
本发明进一步通过在基材层1内侧壁焊接金属网5,使粘接层2穿过网孔与基材层1粘接,从而使粘结层2形成铆钉状连接结构,提高连接强度,在热胀冷缩的时候,粘接层2的切向连接力更强,金属网5的网孔形成热胀冷缩的缓冲带,提高在极限高温和极限真空状态下的防腐层结构稳定性。

1.聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,包括基材层,所述基材层的内侧设置防腐层,所述防腐层为聚四氟乙烯氟塑料板,其特征在于:基材层和防腐层之间设置有粘接层,所述粘接层的两侧分别与基材层和防腐层粘接,所述粘接层的材料包括PFA、FEP中的任意一种或全部,所述粘接层的厚度为0.03-2mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,其特征在于:所述粘接层的材料还包括PTFE。
3.如权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,其特征在于:所述粘接层和防腐层之间通过氟塑料膜层粘接,所述氟塑料膜层的材料包括PFA或FEP。
4.如权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,其特征在于:所述粘接层的厚度为0.1-0.25mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,其特征在于:所述基材层的材料为金属、石墨或陶瓷材料中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层,其特征在于:所述基材层为金属材料,基材层与粘结层之间设置有金属网,金属网与基材层焊接,粘结层渗透进入金属网的网孔内。
7.如权利要求1所述聚四氟乙烯氟塑料防腐结构层的制造方法,其特征在于:所述粘接层通过喷涂或涂刷后热熔固化的方式设置在基材层和防腐层之间。
