Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of functional food, in particular to natto and cattail pollen solid beverage and a preparation method thereof. The beverage raw materials comprise, by weight, 500 parts of natto surface layer fermented product freeze-dried powder, 10-50 parts of soybean polysaccharide, 10-50 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide and 10-200 parts of cattail pollen extract. The natto and cattail pollen solid beverage has the functions of assisting in dissolving thrombus, regulating blood fat and conditioning gastrointestinal flora by the synergy of the nattokinase, the soluble polysaccharide, the quercetin, the sitosterol and the palmitate contained in the natto and cattail pollen solid beverage. The natto and cattail pollen solid beverage prepared by the invention has good taste, unique flavor, clear effect, high nutrition and health care value, is obviously superior to the commercially available natto beverage with single component, and has good application prospect.

Background
In modern society, thrombotic diseases are common diseases, and are often manifested as myocardial infarction, ischemic cerebral infarction and venous thromboembolism. Preferably: 200 parts of natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, 20 parts of soybean polysaccharide, 20 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide and 100 parts of cattail pollen extract.

(B) taking 500 weight parts of natto surface layer fermentation freeze-dried powder 100, 10-50 weight parts of soybean polysaccharide, 10-50 weight parts of fructo-oligosaccharide and 10-200 weight parts of cattail pollen extract powder according to the weight ratio, putting the components into a medicine mixing machine, and uniformly mixing to obtain a natto and cattail pollen solid beverage raw material;

Cattail pollen is Typha family Typhaceae Typha genus Typha L, dried pollen of plants, cattail pollen is sweet in taste and neutral in nature, enters liver and pericardium channels, has the effects of stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis and treating stranguria, is mainly used for treating hematemesis, hemoptysis, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, traumatic swelling and pain and stranguria with astringency, cattail pollen mainly comprises steroids, flavonoids, long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds, acidic components, amino acids and some inorganic components, and cattail pollen total flavonoids have the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood fat, increasing coronary blood flow, dilating blood vessels and the like, and is a commonly used medicine for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

The natto and cattail pollen solid beverage is prepared from natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, soybean polysaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide and cattail pollen extract raw materials:

500 g of natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder;
50 g of soybean polysaccharide;

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(A) selecting high-quality natto surface layer fermentation substance freeze-dried powder which passes through 200-400 meshes, wherein the natto kinase activity value is more than or equal to 30000IU/mg, soybean polysaccharide which passes through 200-400 meshes, fructo-oligosaccharide which passes through 200-400 meshes, pollen typhae extract powder which passes through 200-400 meshes for later use;
(B) taking 500 g of natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, 50 g of soybean polysaccharide, 50 g of fructo-oligosaccharide and 250 g of cattail pollen extract according to the weight ratio, putting the natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, the soybean polysaccharide, the fructo-oligosaccharide and the cattail pollen extract into a mixing machine, and uniformly mixing to obtain a natto and cattail pollen solid beverage raw material;
(C) according to the conventional production technology of solid beverage, the mixed natto and cattail pollen solid beverage raw materials are packaged into a packaging material, the net weight of each bag is 3.0-5.0 g, and the finished product is obtained after the inspection is qualified.

(B) taking 300 g of natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, 30 g of soybean polysaccharide, 30 g of fructo-oligosaccharide and 150 g of cattail pollen extract according to the weight ratio, putting the natto surface layer fermentation product freeze-dried powder, the soybean polysaccharide, the fructo-oligosaccharide and the cattail pollen extract into a mixing machine, and uniformly mixing to obtain a natto and cattail pollen solid beverage raw material;

The influence of the natto pollen typhae solid beverage on the hyperlipemia population is measured:
20 patients with dyslipidemia were selected, and the natto pollen typhae solid beverage prepared in example 1 was drunk at 9.0-15.0g daily for 1 month, and the influence on blood lipid was determined by double-sided T test, wherein each index is the mean value of 20 ± standard deviation (see table 1).

preparing an artificial thrombus plate, selecting the natto pollen typhae solid beverage prepared in the example 1, stirring the natto pollen typhae solid beverage with warm water, taking supernatant, and measuring the activity of the natto kinase enzyme. Each 5g of natto pollen Typhae solid beverage contains 2000IU of natto kinase.
The natto and cattail pollen solid beverage obtained by the embodiments can not only keep the thrombolytic activity of natto, but also be supplemented with the lipid-lowering function of cattail pollen, the fructo-oligosaccharide and the soybean polysaccharide improve the uncomfortable feeling of orally taken natto, and reduce the accumulation of cholesterol in the digestive tract of a human body, and the package of the solid beverage is more convenient for a consumer to carry and store.
