Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic implementation environment diagram related to a method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 1, the implementation environment may include: a server 110, and a plurality of terminals 120 installed with live clients AA connected to the server 110.
The live client AA can include a main broadcast client or an audience client, and the main broadcast client can be used for live broadcast of a main broadcast user who logs in a user account of the main broadcast client; the audience client can be used for the audience user who logs in the user account of the audience client to live broadcast and watch. The live broadcast performed by the anchor client may be live broadcast that requires collecting feedback information for live introduced objects, for example, live broadcast of sales goods (i.e., live broadcast with goods), and accordingly, the anchor user may be referred to as a seller and the audience user may be referred to as a buyer. In addition, since feedback information collection is generally initiated by a main user and a spectator user publishes feedback information, the main user who actively collects feedback information may be referred to as an opinion collector, and the spectator user who publishes feedback information may be referred to as an opinion collection participant.
For example, referring to fig. 1, two terminals 120 are shown, and each of the two terminals 120 establishes a communication connection with the server 110 through a wired network or a wireless network. In addition, in the two terminals 120, the live client AA installed in one terminal 120 is an anchor client, and the live client AA installed in the other terminal 120 is an audience client.
Optionally, the server 110 may be a server, a server cluster composed of several servers, or a cloud computing service center. Also, the server 110 may be a background server of the live client AA installed in the two terminals 120. The terminal 120 may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer, and fig. 1 illustrates an example in which both terminals 120 are smart phones.
It should be noted that the anchor user can perform live broadcast through the live broadcast client described above, and of course, the anchor user can also perform live broadcast through an applet of a certain client. In order to realize live broadcasting, the terminal described in the embodiment of the present application may include a video capture device (such as a rear camera and a front camera) and an audio capture device. The process of the anchor client for live broadcasting can be as follows: when the anchor user triggers to start live broadcasting, the live broadcasting client triggers the terminal to start the video acquisition equipment and the audio acquisition equipment to acquire audio and video and initiate live broadcasting. In addition, in the live broadcasting process, the anchor user can switch the visual angle through the rear camera and the front camera, and the visual angle for live broadcasting through the front camera can be called as first visual angle live broadcasting. In addition, the anchor user can set some necessary parameters, such as a live broadcast visible range or a live broadcast push area, when preparing for live broadcast. The process of playing the live broadcast by the audience client can be as follows: and adding live broadcast by watching the live broadcast control, wherein after the live broadcast is added, the audio and video collected by the anchor client can be synchronously displayed on the audience client. In addition, some interactive controls (such as message sending controls) can be displayed in a live broadcast picture watched by the audience client, so that some interactive behaviors can be conveniently carried out by the audience user and the anchor user in the live broadcast process.
In addition, in this embodiment of the application, a live client AA (e.g., an anchor client) included in the server 110 or the terminal 120 may be configured with an identification system, where the identification system can automatically identify to determine a target object that appears in a live frame and needs to collect feedback information during a live process, and can determine a target identifier for indicating the target object, and send the target identifier to the live client AA for display. A user who logs in a user account of a live client AA (e.g., a viewer client) may issue feedback information for a target object corresponding to a target identifier based on the target identifier displayed in the live screen, that is, the live client AA or the server 110 may receive the feedback information for the target object sent by the live client.
Compared with the prior art that the feedback information is acquired after the live broadcast is finished only through the feedback information collecting column created by the user (namely, the opinion collector), the method provided by the application collects the feedback information, so that the workload of the opinion collector can be reduced, the real-time collection of the feedback information in the live broadcast process is realized, and the flexibility is higher. In addition, the feedback information collection method provided by the application can be suitable for more live broadcast scenes needing to collect feedback information, such as live broadcast purchasing or live broadcast beauty selection. In addition, the feedback information collection method provided by the application can be used in a single-shot live broadcast scene and can also be used in a multi-shot live broadcast scene. The single-shot live broadcast refers to that one anchor adopts one terminal to carry out live broadcast, namely, a single-shot live broadcast scene refers to a live broadcast scene of one anchor to a plurality of audiences; the multi-shot live broadcast means that a plurality of anchor broadcasters adopt a plurality of terminals to carry out live broadcast, and the live broadcast carried out by the anchor broadcasters is associated to the same feedback information collection, namely, the multi-shot live broadcast scene can mean the live broadcast scene of the anchor broadcasters to the same audience.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to a live client installed in the server 110 or one terminal 120 shown in fig. 1, and the live client is generally an anchor client. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
step 201, in response to a feedback information collection instruction, determining at least one target object for collecting feedback information from a plurality of objects included in a live broadcast picture.
Optionally, the multiple objects included in the live view described in the embodiment of the present application may refer to objects located within an image capture range of a camera used for recording the live view, that is, objects obtained through video analysis processing and recognition. Rather than to objects that are embedded in the live view by other means (e.g., live related controls that are displayed in the live view by invoking a control generation interface).
When a anchor user wants to know the idea or opinion of the audience user watching his live about an object that he has introduced, is introducing or is to be introduced, the live client can be triggered to generate a feedback information collection instruction by performing a specified operation in the anchor client to which he is logged in. If the method for collecting feedback information is applied to the anchor client, at this time, the anchor client may determine at least one target object for which feedback information needs to be collected from a plurality of objects included in the live view in response to the feedback information collection instruction generated by the anchor client. If the feedback information collection method is applied to the server, at this time, the anchor client may send a feedback information collection instruction to the server, so that the server may determine, in response to the feedback information collection instruction, at least one target object for which feedback information needs to be collected from a plurality of objects included in the live view.
Step 202, determining a target identification for indicating a target object.
When the target object is determined, the anchor client or server may further determine a target identification that uniquely indicates the target object. For example, a large number of candidate identifiers may be stored in advance in the anchor client or the server, and after the target object is determined, the anchor client or the server may select one candidate identifier closer to the target object from the large number of candidate identifiers as the target identifier. And, for different target objects, the target identifications determined by the anchor client or server for them are generally different.
And step 203, sending the target identification to the live broadcast client.
If the method for collecting the feedback information is applied to the server, after the server determines the target identifier, the target identifier can be sent to the live broadcast client side so that the live broadcast client side can display the target identifier in the live broadcast picture which is being broadcast or played. The live clients herein may include a main client and a spectator client. If the method for collecting the feedback information is applied to the anchor client, after the anchor client determines the target identifier, the target identifier can be sent to the audience client so that the audience client can display the target identifier in the live broadcast picture played by the audience client. In addition, the anchor client can also automatically display the target identification in the live broadcast picture of the anchor client.
And step 204, receiving feedback information aiming at the target object sent by the live broadcast client.
The feedback information may be information obtained by a live client (typically a viewer client) in response to a feedback operation for the target identifier. The feedback operation is: and the user logging in the live client with the target identification performs feedback information publishing operation on the target object corresponding to the target identification by touching the target identification. If the method for collecting the feedback information is applied to the server, the feedback information can be sent to the server after the viewer client acquires the feedback information, that is, the server can receive the feedback information which is sent by the viewer client and aims at the target object. If the method for collecting the feedback information is applied to the anchor client, after the audience client acquires the feedback information, the feedback information can be sent to the anchor client, that is, the anchor client can receive the feedback information which is sent by the audience client and aims at the target object.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast. The method can automatically determine the target object needing to collect the feedback information from the live broadcast picture, can generate the target mark for indicating the target object and send the target mark to the live broadcast client, and can receive the feedback information aiming at the target object sent by the live broadcast client. Therefore, compared with the prior art that the live broadcast client side acquires the feedback information through the feedback information collecting column established after the live broadcast is finished by the user, the method has higher flexibility in collecting the feedback information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for collecting feedback information in a live broadcast according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a live broadcast client shown in fig. 1, and the live broadcast client is generally an audience client. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
step 301, in the process of playing the live broadcast picture, receiving a target identifier for indicating a target object.
In this embodiment of the application, the target object may be an object that needs to collect feedback information among a plurality of objects included in a live view. With reference to fig. 2 and the corresponding embodiments, after the anchor client or the server determines the target object in the live broadcast frame and determines the target identifier indicating the target object, the target identifier may be sent to the viewer client in real time. Accordingly, the viewer client can receive the target identifier for indicating the target object in the process of playing the live broadcast picture.
Step 302, displaying the target identification.
After receiving the target identifier, the audience client can directly display the target identifier in a live broadcast picture, or display the target identifier in a page specially used for displaying the identifier, so that an audience user logging in the audience client can publish feedback information through the target identifier.
Step 303, in response to the feedback operation for the target identifier, obtaining feedback information for the target object.
Optionally, the feedback operation may refer to an operation of performing feedback information publication on a target object corresponding to a target identifier by a viewer user who logs in a viewer client by touching the target identifier. That is, if the viewer user wants to publish his opinion about a target object in the live broadcast screen, the viewer user can touch the target identifier indicating the target object to publish the opinion. When receiving a feedback operation for a certain target identifier, the viewer client may obtain feedback information for a target object indicated by the target identifier.
And step 304, sending feedback information.
After the audience client side obtains the feedback information, the feedback information can be sent to the server, and the server can send the received feedback information to the anchor client side to be displayed by the anchor client side. Or after the audience client side obtains the feedback information, the feedback information can be directly sent to the anchor client side so as to be displayed by the anchor client side.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast. The live client can automatically receive and display the target identification in the process of playing the live pictures, can acquire feedback information aiming at the target object, and can send the feedback information to the live client needing to collect the feedback information, so that a user who logs in the live client needing to collect the feedback information can acquire the feedback information in real time in the live process. Therefore, compared with the prior art that the live broadcast client side acquires the feedback information through the feedback information collecting column established after the live broadcast is finished by the user, the method has higher flexibility in collecting the feedback information.
As an optional implementation manner, taking that the identification system is configured in the server and taking a live broadcast delivery scene as an example, the method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast provided in the embodiment of the present application is introduced:
fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
step 401, the anchor client generates a feedback information collection instruction.
Alternatively, the feedback information collection instruction may be an instruction generated by the anchor client in response to a specified operation performed by the anchor user. For example, the specifying operation may include: the method includes a live broadcast request operation, or a touch operation (e.g., a click operation, a long press operation) of an object recognition control included in a live broadcast screen. Of course, the specifying operation is not limited to the above two operations, and for example, the specifying operation may be a voice operation.
The live broadcast request operation may refer to an operation in which a main broadcast user requests to start live broadcast. For example, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a login interface of an anchor client according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, in addition to the "AA live broadcast" identifier, the "login name" control, and the "password" control, a "start video live broadcast" control K1 is displayed at the lowest part of the login interface. The anchor user can start the live broadcast by touching the "start video live broadcast" control K1. Accordingly, for fig. 5, the live request operation may be: the anchor user performs a touch operation on the "start video live broadcast" control K1. When the anchor client receives the live request operation, a feedback information collection instruction may be generated.
For another example, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a live screen of a live broadcast performed by a anchor user according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, an "X flagship store" is on a live clothes sale and a total of 244 people are watching the live, and fig. 6 also shows some interactive messages sent by different audience users, such as "Yy: how to lead the ticket ". In addition, it can be seen that at the position of the lower left corner of the live screen, an object recognition control K2 is displayed: "direct seeding literacy". If the touch operation for the object recognition control K2 is a click operation, the anchor client may receive the touch operation for the object recognition control K2 when the anchor user clicks the "live recognition" control K2. Further, the anchor client may generate a feedback information collection instruction.
Step 402, the anchor client sends a feedback information collection instruction to the server.
After the anchor client generates the feedback information collection instruction, the anchor client may send the feedback information collection instruction to the server to instruct the server to perform the operations of steps 403 to 405 and 409 described below.
Step 403, the server determines at least one target object for collecting feedback information from a plurality of objects included in the live broadcast picture in response to the feedback information collection instruction.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the live broadcast picture, besides the object introduced, to be introduced, or to be introduced by the anchor user (i.e., the target object that needs to collect the feedback information), the live broadcast picture generally includes some other objects that do not need to collect the feedback information, for example, a microphone or an earphone that the anchor user needs to use during the live broadcast process, so that, in order to ensure the recognition reliability, when the server receives the feedback information collection instruction, the server may first recognize a plurality of objects included in the live broadcast picture through the recognition system to determine at least one target object that needs to collect the feedback information, and is not limited to the object that the anchor user is introducing.
Optionally, the identification method may include: at least one of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), image recognition, and voice recognition. That is, the server can reliably determine the target object with reference to at least one of image information determined by image recognition, text information determined by OCR recognition, and voice information determined by voice recognition. For example, for the target object "chicken", the server may determine that the target object is meat based on image recognition, and then identify the packaging bag packaging the target object based on OCR to further determine that the target object is chicken.
For example, in conjunction with FIG. 6, the live view includes, in addition to a plurality of garments to be sold, a hanger behind the anchor user for hanging garments. That is, the live view includes a plurality of objects, which are clothes and hangers, respectively. The server may determine clothes among a plurality of objects included in the live view as a target object after receiving the feedback information collection instruction.
Step 404, the server determines a target identification for indicating the target object.
In order to facilitate the audience user to publish feedback information on the target object, after determining the target object, the server may further determine a target identifier indicating the target object. And, the target identification determined by the server is different for different target objects. Optionally, the target identifier determined by the server may be composed of at least one of characters including letters, numbers and english characters, and the target identifier may include at least one of a name of the target object, a color of the target object or a pattern on the target object.
A first alternative implementation: after the target object is determined, the server can directly generate a target identifier capable of uniquely indicating the target object for the target object based on the characteristic information of the target object. Optionally, the characteristic information of the target object may include: at least one of the color of the target object, the pattern on the target object, and the shape of the target object, and certainly, is not limited to these kinds of characteristic information. In addition, a large number of candidate identifiers may be stored in the server in advance, and the target identifier generated by the server based on the feature information of the target object may be: the server selects one alternative identifier for the target object from a plurality of alternative identifiers based on the characteristic information of the target object. In addition, the server may also number each target identifier generated for it in a certain order (e.g., the order in which the target identifiers are generated).
For example, in conjunction with fig. 7, assuming that the target object determined by the server includes a plurality of pieces of clothes, wherein the color of one piece of clothes is pink and yellow duck patterns are printed on the clothes, the target identifier generated by the server for the target object may be "foundation yellow duck", and the manner of generating the target identifiers other than "foundation yellow duck" shown in fig. 7 is the same. As can also be seen from fig. 7, the 5 target identifiers generated by the server are numbered respectively, including: 1. making up the small yellow ducks; 2. a small foundation monkey; 3. light-colored foundation make-up cats; 4. foundation girls and 5, blue fawn.
The characteristic information referred to by the server for generating the target identifier may be the same as or different from the information referred to for identifying the target object. And, the characteristic information may be determined by an identification method adopted when the server identifies the target object.
A second alternative implementation: since the server automatically generated identity may not be able to accurately indicate the target object, or the anchor user may not be satisfied with the server generated identity, the server may also determine the target identity by:
step 4041, the server generates an initial identification of the target object.
With reference to fig. 7, the manner in which the server generates the initial identifier may refer to the first alternative implementation.
Step 4042, the server sends the initial identifier to the anchor client.
After the server generates the initial identifier, the initial identifier is only sent to the anchor client side for the anchor client side to display in the live broadcast picture. And, with reference to fig. 7, when the anchor client receives a plurality of initial identifiers corresponding to a plurality of target objects one to one, the anchor client may display the plurality of initial identifiers in a direct broadcast frame from top to bottom in a specified order (e.g., an order of receiving the target identifiers).
Step 4043, the anchor client modifies the initial identifier to obtain the target identifier in response to the modification operation for the initial identifier.
Optionally, the modifying operation may be an operation of editing the initial identifier after the anchor user touches the initial identifier. The anchor client can modify the received initial identifier into a more satisfactory target identifier based on the modification operation of the anchor user.
For example, assuming that a certain initial identifier sent by the server to the anchor client is "blue fawn shirt", the anchor user feels that the initial identifier cannot accurately indicate an object corresponding to the identifier, and at this time, the anchor user may modify the initial identifier by touching the initial identifier "blue fawn shirt", thereby obtaining the target identifier. For example, the original mark "blue fawn shirt" is supplemented with information "the fabric is softer", and the target mark "blue fawn shirt" is obtained, and the fabric is softer ".
Step 4044, the anchor client sends the target identification to the server.
After the anchor client generates the target identifier, the anchor client may send the target identifier to the server again, that is, the target identifier finally determined by the server is the identifier received from the anchor client.
Optionally, a target identifier sending control may be displayed in a live view of the anchor client, and the anchor client may send the target identifier to the server in response to a touch operation for the control.
Step 405, the server sends the target identifier to the live client.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target identifier is determined, the server can directly send the target identifier to the live client so that the live client can display the target identifier in a live picture, and therefore audience users can publish feedback information of the target object through the target identifier.
In addition, the server can also generate a feedback information collection list comprising the target identifier based on the target identifier in response to the received list creation instruction, and send the feedback information collection list to the live broadcast client. Accordingly, the target identifier received by the viewer client is a feedback information collection list including the target identifier.
Wherein the list creation instruction may be generated by the anchor client in response to a list creation operation performed by the anchor user and sent to the server. For example, a list creation control may be displayed in a live view of the anchor client, and when the anchor user triggers the list creation control, the anchor client may generate a list creation instruction and send the list creation instruction to the server. Optionally, if the anchor client initiates a live broadcast in a group chat, the feedback information collection list may be in a form of "group voting" or "group pickup".
At step 406, the viewer client displays the target identification.
Optionally, if the target identifier is received by the viewer client, with reference to fig. 9, the viewer client may directly and synchronously display the target identifier in the played live interface after receiving the target identifier.
Optionally, if the feedback information collection list including the target identifier is received by the viewer client, the viewer client may display the feedback information collection list on the list display interface in response to a touch operation of the viewer user on a list display control in the live broadcast interface. Of course, the viewer client may also directly and automatically display the feedback information collection list on the list display interface after receiving the feedback information collection list, that is, display the feedback information collection list without responding to any operation.
For example, in conjunction with fig. 10, 11, and 13, assuming that the anchor user wang five initiates a live broadcast in a Pp chat group, each user joining the chat group can view the live broadcast initiated by wang five as an audience user. For example, zhang san can watch the live broadcast of wang wu by triggering the "play" control displayed on the message sent by wang wu in the Pp chat group shown in fig. 10. If the feedback information collection list is in the form of group voting, referring to fig. 11, the viewer client may display the feedback information collection list in the Pp chat group in the form of group voting in response to a touch operation of the viewer user on a list display control in the live broadcast interface, that is, the list display interface may be a group chat interface. As can be seen from fig. 11, the target identifiers included in the feedback information collection list are: 1. roasting duck; 2. roast chicken and 3, white cut chicken. If the feedback information collection list is in a group-to-group connection form, referring to fig. 12, the viewer client may display the feedback information collection list in the Pp chat group in a group-to-group connection form in response to a touch operation of the viewer user on a list display control in the live broadcast interface, that is, the list display interface may be a group chat interface. As can be seen from fig. 13, the target identifiers included in the feedback information collection list are: 1. roasting duck; 2. roast chicken and 3, white cut chicken.
In addition, referring to fig. 11 and 13, a view voting control and a view pickup control are also displayed below the feedback information collection list, and accordingly, users who join the group chat can view feedback information through the view related control displayed below the feedback information collection list.
Step 407, the viewer client responds to the feedback operation for the target identifier to obtain feedback information for the target object.
In the embodiment of the application, the audience user can publish feedback information on the target object based on the displayed target identification. Optionally, the feedback operation may include: and at least one of clicking operation, text input operation and operation of moving to a shopping control displayed in the live interface.
Taking the example that the audience client displays the target identifier in the live broadcast picture as follows:
the feedback information obtained by the audience client in response to the click operation may be voting information of the audience user for the target object. For example, when the audience user clicks the target identifier once, the server automatically completes counting statistics once, and the final number of statistics can be regarded as the vote of the target object indicated by the target identifier.
The feedback information acquired by the viewer client in response to the text input operation may be suggestion information of the viewer user for the target object. For example, the viewer user may trigger the viewer client to pop up an interactive dialog box for the viewer user to input text information by touching a certain target identifier displayed in the live broadcast screen. Or, an opinion collecting floating control can be displayed in the live broadcast picture, and the audience user can drag the target identifier to the opinion collecting floating control in a dragging mode and trigger the audience client to pop up an information input box for the user to input text information.
The spectator client responds to the operation of moving the shopping control displayed in the live broadcast interface, the obtained feedback information can be the ordering quantity information of the spectator user aiming at the target object, for example, in combination with the figure 9, a control of 'adding a shopping cart' is displayed at the upper right part of the live broadcast picture, and the spectator user can realize the ordering operation of the target object by directly broadcasting the target identification displayed in the picture in a dragging mode to the control.
That is, the feedback information on the target object described in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to voting, and may be an order or an opinion. It should be noted that, for the ordering operation, the anchor user may preset a purchase link corresponding to each target object, in the live broadcast process, the server may automatically generate a corresponding relationship between the target object and the purchase link based on the identified target object, and when the target identifier displayed in the live broadcast screen of the audience user in a dragging manner is displayed to the "shopping cart adding" control, the audience client may directly jump to the corresponding purchase link for the audience user to perform the purchase operation. And after the shopping cart is added, the audience user can also edit some information, such as a receiving address, a receiving name, a contact way and the like.
In addition, the viewer client may modify the display mode of the target identifier targeted by the viewer user touch operation, for example, in conjunction with fig. 9, if the viewer user needs to perform information feedback on the "5, blue fawn", the viewer client may adjust the display mode of the "5, blue fawn" to be bold display after receiving the touch operation targeted to the "5, blue fawn". Moreover, the feedback information of +1 can be displayed on the '5, blue fawn' to publish a success mark.
Taking the example that the audience client displays the feedback information collection list including the target identifier on the display list display interface in the live broadcast picture as an example:
with reference to fig. 11, if the feedback information collection list is in a voting form in a chat group, the audience user may click the target identifier to implement a voting operation for the target object. That is, the viewer client may obtain the vote for the target object in response to the click operation of the viewer user on the target identifier. The audience users may vote for one or more target objects. In addition, referring to fig. 12, both the users participating in the voting and the users initiating the voting can trigger the viewer client to display a "list" page by touching the "view voting" control, where the "list" page includes the voting results, that is, both the users participating in the voting and the users initiating the voting can view the voting results, and the users participating in the voting can also modify the voting results. Referring to fig. 12, it can be seen that the feedback information finally obtained by the viewer client is: 3 inhabitants living in 3F3345 (such as No. 3 floor 33 layer 45) selected from Wang five roasted ducks and roasted geese 2 and 3; the 3 roasted geese and 1 white-cut chicken are selected by Zhang three residents living in 2F 1121.
If the feedback information collection list is in a connection form in a chat group, the audience user can realize voting operation aiming at the target object by touching the target identifier. For example, in conjunction with fig. 13 and 14, the viewer client may display a "pickup result" page in which target identifications, pickup results, and participation pickup "+" controls may be displayed in response to a click operation of the viewer user on a target identification. The audience user can publish feedback information by touching the join-dragon "+" control. And the user participating in the call-in and the user initiating the call-in can both check the call-in result, and the user participating in the call-in can also modify the call-in result. In addition, the page displaying the "pickup result" may further include a cancel control, a send control, and the like, which is convenient for the user to operate. As can be seen from fig. 13 and 14, the feedback information finally acquired by the viewer client is: selecting roast ducks by Wang Wu resident in 3F 3345; and the householder living in the place 2F1121 selects roasted geese by three choices.
Step 408, the viewer client sends feedback information to the server.
The viewer client may send all the feedback information to the server after acquiring all the feedback information. Or, the viewer client may send the feedback information to the server synchronously after acquiring each piece of feedback information. The embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
Step 409, the server sends the feedback information to the anchor client.
The server may further send the feedback information received from the viewer client to the anchor client for display by the anchor client.
Step 410, the anchor client displays the feedback information.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the feedback information, the anchor client can directly display the feedback information in a live broadcast picture; or, the live broadcast screen may include an information display control, and the anchor client may display the feedback information on a feedback information display interface dedicated to displaying the feedback information in response to a touch operation for the information display control. The anchor user can reliably learn the audience user's ideas and opinions about the target object based on the displayed feedback information.
It should be noted that, when the anchor user plays the live broadcast, some additional information may be set to control the behavior of the audience user. For example, the additional information may be a threshold number of orders placed, and if the number of orders placed by the viewer user for a certain target object is greater than the threshold number of orders placed, the order placement fails.
It should be noted that, for the server, in order to maintain the data, at the beginning of the live broadcast, the server establishes a data table in the database for recording the interaction information of the anchor client and the viewer client. The interaction information may be: the target identification or feedback information, i.e. the server, can convert the interaction information into data to be recorded in the data table. In addition, the server can also realize control refreshing according to the content stored in the data table. The server can update the content in the data table in real time based on the touch operation of the audience user or the anchor user for the target identifier or some control.
In addition, the sequence of the steps of the method for collecting feedback information in live broadcast provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be appropriately adjusted, and the steps may also be increased or decreased according to the circumstances, and any method that can be easily conceived by a person skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present disclosure should be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure, and therefore, details are not described again.

Step 1503, the anchor client determines a target identifier for indicating the target object.
In an alternative implementation, the anchor client may automatically generate the target identifier directly for the target object.
In another alternative implementation, since the identifier automatically generated by the anchor client may not accurately indicate the target object, or the anchor user may not be satisfied with the identifier generated by the anchor client, the server may further determine the target identifier by:
step 15031, an initial identification of the target object is generated.
The anchor client may first automatically generate an initial identification for the target object.
Step 15032 displays the initial logo in the live view.
The anchor client can display the generated initial identifier in a live interface of the anchor client, so that the anchor user can edit and modify the initial identifier.
Step 15033, in response to the modification operation for the initial identifier, the initial identifier is modified to obtain the target identifier.
Reference may be made to alternative implementations of step 4043, which are not described in detail herein.
Step 1504, the anchor client sends the target identifier to the viewer client.
After the anchor client determines the target identifier, the anchor client can directly send the target identifier to the audience client so that the audience client can display the target identifier in the live broadcast picture played by the audience client. Or, the anchor client may respond to the list creation instruction, generate a feedback information collection list including the target identifier based on the target identifier, and send the feedback information collection list to the live client, so that the viewer client displays the feedback information collection list on the list display interface.
Optionally, the implementation manner of the anchor client generating the feedback information collection list in response to the list creation instruction may refer to the implementation manner of the server generating the feedback information collection list, which is not described herein again.

Step 1507, the viewer client sends feedback information to the anchor client.
Reference may be made to alternative implementations of step 408, which are not described in detail herein.
Step 1508, the anchor client displays the feedback information.
Reference may be made to alternative implementations of step 410, which are not described in detail herein.
