Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without inventive effort, based on the embodiments in this disclosure are intended to be within the scope of this disclosure.
For ease of understanding, an application scenario to which the embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable will be described first with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, a live client 101, an audience client 102, and a server 103 are included. Live broadcast application programs are arranged in the live broadcast client 101 and the audience client 102, a user (anchor) can live broadcast through the live broadcast application programs in the live broadcast client 101, and the user (audience) can watch live broadcast contents of the anchor through the live broadcast application programs in the audience client 102. The server 103 may be a live server that may provide live services, e.g., the live server may forward live content of the live client 101 to the viewer client 102.
During the process that the audience watches live broadcast through the audience client 102, if the audience considers that the live broadcast content or the live broadcast behavior is improper, the audience can feed back (e.g., report) information to the live broadcast through live broadcast software in the audience client 102. For example, the user may click on a preset control in the live page to cause the live application to display the information feedback page. For ease of understanding, the information feedback page in the related art will be described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an information feedback page in the related art. Referring to FIG. 2, pages 201 through 204 are included.
Referring to page 201, a live window of anchor 1 and a live window of anchor 2 are included. The live broadcast window of the anchor 1 is used for displaying live broadcast pictures of the anchor 1, and the live broadcast window of the anchor 2 is used for displaying live broadcast pictures of the anchor 2. Also included in page 201 is a "more" control (… controls). If the user considers that the live action of the anchor 1 or the anchor 2 is improper, the user can perform information feedback (report). When the user needs to report, clicking operation can be performed on the "more" control, so that the terminal device displays the page 202.
Referring to page 202, a number of controls are included, such as a "share" control, a "clear" control, a "hot" control, and a "report" control. If the user needs to report live broadcast, the user may click on the "report" control, so that the terminal device displays the page 203.
Please refer to the page 203, which includes a preset information feedback page M. The information feedback page M comprises a plurality of information options (illegal regulations, smoking and drinking, dangerous behaviors and the like), an input box, a photo uploading control and a submitting control. The user can input a selection operation among a plurality of information options, input detailed report information in an input box, and upload a photograph.
Referring to page 204, after the user has completed entering information, the "submit" control may be clicked to submit the reporting cause.
In the above process, the content displayed in the information feedback page M is preset, so that the user can only perform information feedback based on the content in the information feedback page M, and the audience can only perform information feedback for the live broadcast, and cannot perform information feedback for a certain anchor, resulting in poor flexibility of information feedback. The information feedback page M comprises more contents, so that the information feedback page M needs to occupy a larger area, most of live broadcast windows are shielded by the information feedback page M, and in the process of information feedback, the user is influenced to watch live broadcast videos in the live broadcast windows.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to solve the above technical problems, a feedback page may be generated according to a live broadcast type of a current live broadcast, so that a correlation degree between content in the feedback page and the current live broadcast is higher, and flexibility of display of the feedback page is improved; the page information for feeding back the current live broadcast can be displayed on a plurality of feedback pages, so that the occupied area of each feedback page is smaller, more shielding of the feedback page on a live broadcast window is avoided, and after the user inputs feedback information in one feedback page, the terminal equipment can automatically display the next feedback page, so that automatic page guidance is performed for the user, and the flexibility of displaying the feedback pages is further improved.
The technical scheme shown in the application is described in detail by specific examples. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist independently or may be combined with each other, and the description will not be repeated in different embodiments for the same or displayed content.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a page according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, the method may include:
s301, responding to operation of a live broadcast feedback control in a live broadcast page, and acquiring a live broadcast type of the current live broadcast.
The operation on the live feedback control in the live page may be a click operation, for example, when the user needs to perform information feedback on the current live, the user may perform a click operation on the live feedback control.
The live type of the current live may include: single live house type, multiple live house type, cargo live type, game live type, etc. A single live room type refers to a live with only one live room, which type of live may also be referred to as a non-PK live. A multi-live room type refers to a live broadcast with multiple live rooms, which may also be referred to as PK live broadcast, e.g., PK live broadcast may typically be a double PK, i.e., two hosts conduct PK live broadcast through two live rooms. The live goods type refers to live goods sales promotion by live broadcasting, in which a host performs sales promotion. The game live type refers to live related to a game, for example, live of game skills, live of a game course, and the like can be performed when the game is live.
The live broadcast type can be acquired in the live broadcast information of the current live broadcast, or the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast can be requested to be acquired from a live broadcast server.
S302, generating a first feedback page according to the live broadcast type, and displaying the first feedback page.
The first feedback page refers to a first page in the feedback pages, the first feedback page can include at least one feedback object (reporting object), and a user can select a target feedback object from the at least one feedback object and perform information feedback on the target feedback object.
When the live type is different, at least one feedback object included in the first feedback page is different. For example, the relationship between the live type and the at least one feedback object included in the first feedback page may be as shown in table 1:
the first feedback page comprises part 1 page information for feeding back the current live broadcast, and the part 1 page information comprises the following components: the identification of at least one feedback object and the partial page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
For ease of understanding, the first feedback page is described below in connection with fig. 4A-4B.
Fig. 4A is a schematic diagram of a first feedback page according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 4A, the current live broadcast type is a multi-person live broadcast (PK live broadcast) page including a first feedback page N, where the first feedback page N includes three feedback objects: my anchor (anchor 1), opposite anchor (anchor 2), live. The first feedback page also comprises partial page information corresponding to the target feedback object: reporting reasons and a submit control.
Fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of a first feedback page according to an embodiment of the disclosure. In contrast to fig. 4A, a "submit" control may not be included in the first feedback page, which may reduce occlusion of the live window.
S303, displaying the (i+1) th feedback page when the user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page is obtained.
The ith feedback page comprises ith part of page information for feeding back the current live broadcast, i is an integer between 1 and M, M is an integer greater than 1, and M is the number of feedback pages. That is, the page information fed back to the current live broadcast may be divided into M parts of page information, and the M parts of page information may be sequentially displayed through M feedback pages.
Optionally, the M feedback pages are different pages in the feedback panel, so that the M feedback pages are smoother in the switching process. The feedback panel is a panel type control.
The (i+1) th feedback page can be generated first, and then the (i+1) th feedback page can be displayed. And generating the (i+1) th feedback page according to the user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page. Specifically, basic page information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page can be obtained, the (i+1) th part of page information is generated according to the basic page information and user feedback information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page, and the (i+1) th feedback page is generated according to the (i+1) th part of page information.
The user feedback information corresponding to the ith feedback page refers to the user feedback information input by the user in the ith feedback page. The user feedback information entered by the user may include at least one of: information selected by the user in the information options in the ith feedback page, information input by the user in the input box of the ith feedback page, and the like.
The basic page information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page refers to inherent page information in the (i+1) th feedback page, that is, the basic page information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page is irrelevant to the user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page, in other words, the basic page information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page is the same no matter what user feedback information is input in the (i) th feedback page by the user.
The (i+1) th part page information comprises part or all of basic page information corresponding to the (i+1) th feedback page and user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page. Optionally, the i+1st part of page information may further include user feedback information corresponding to the previous i-1 feedback pages.
In the process, after the user inputs the completion information in one feedback page, the terminal equipment automatically displays the next feedback page, so that the user is guided to automatically and smoothly fill in the feedback information, and the smoothness of the user operation is ensured.
For example, assuming that M is 3, after the terminal device displays the 1 st feedback page, the user may input user feedback information 1 in the 1 st feedback page; after the user inputs the user feedback information 1 in the 1 st feedback page, the terminal device can acquire the user feedback information 1, generate a2 nd user feedback page according to the user feedback information 1, and display the 2 nd user feedback page, wherein the 2 nd user feedback page can comprise part or all of the information in the user feedback information 1, and the user can input the user feedback information 2 in the 2 nd user feedback page; after the user inputs the user feedback information 2 in the 2 nd feedback page, the terminal device may acquire the user feedback information 2, generate a3 rd user feedback page according to the user feedback information 2, where the 3 rd user feedback page may include the user feedback information 1 and/or part or all of the user feedback information 2, and after the terminal device displays the 3 rd user feedback page, the user may input the user feedback information 3 in the 3 rd user feedback page.
Next, with reference to fig. 5, two adjacent feedback pages (i-th feedback page and i+1-th feedback page) will be described by way of specific example.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a feedback page provided in an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 5, page 501 and page 502 are included.
Referring to page 501, the first feedback page N1 includes a report object, a report reason option, and a "submit" control. The user may select the user feedback information in the first feedback page, e.g. the user selects the reporting object as the opposite party (anchor 2), the reporting source being selected as "intentional battle". After the user has selected to complete (fill out the necessary content in the first feedback page N1), the terminal device automatically displays the second feedback page N2.
Referring to page 502, the second feedback page N2 includes basic page information (including PK control, live broadcast control, description input box control, photo uploading control, and submission control) corresponding to the second feedback page and user feedback information (including object and reason: opponent (anchor 2)) in the first feedback page.
In the process, the page information for feeding back the current live broadcast is displayed through at least two feedback pages, so that the content of the page included in one feedback page is less, and the feedback page is prevented from shielding the live broadcast window more. After the user inputs the user feedback information in the previous feedback page, the terminal equipment automatically displays the next feedback page, namely, automatically guides the page for the user, so that the page display is smoother.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the terminal device obtains the operation of the user on the live broadcast feedback control in the live broadcast page, the terminal device may obtain the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast, generate a first feedback page according to the live broadcast type, and display the first feedback page; after the user inputs feedback information in the first feedback page, the terminal device can automatically display the next feedback page, and so on; the content in the feedback page is related to the current live broadcast type, so that the degree of correlation between the content in the feedback page and the current live broadcast is higher, the content in the feedback page can meet the actual feedback requirement of a user, and the flexibility of the display of the feedback page is improved; the method comprises the steps that page information fed back by the current live broadcast is split into a plurality of partial page information, a part of page information is displayed in each feedback page, so that the occupied area of each feedback page is smaller, further, the situation that the feedback page performs more shielding on a live broadcast window is avoided, after the user inputs feedback information in one feedback page, the terminal equipment can automatically display the next feedback page, automatic page guidance is performed for the user, and the flexibility of feedback page display is further improved.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, the method for displaying the page will be described in further detail by using the embodiment shown in fig. 6, taking the example that the page information fed back to the current live broadcast is displayed by two feedback pages.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating another method for displaying a page according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 6, the method may include:
s601, responding to operation of a live broadcast feedback control in a live broadcast page, and acquiring a live broadcast type of the current live broadcast.
It should be noted that, the execution process of S601 may refer to the execution process of S301, and will not be described herein.
S602, determining at least one feedback object according to the live broadcast type.
When the live type is different, at least one feedback object is also different. For example, the relationship between the live type and the at least one feedback object may be as shown in table 1, and will not be described herein.
S603, determining a target feedback object in at least one feedback object.
A preset object of the at least one feedback object may be determined as a target feedback object. For example, referring to fig. 4A, assume that at least one feedback object includes: live, my (anchor 1), opponent (anchor 2), then my (anchor 1) of the three feedback objects can be set as the preset object.
In the actual application process, the preset object may be set according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
S604, acquiring feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
The feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object may include a feedback reason (report reason), and when the target feedback object is different, the feedback reason may be different.
S605, generating a first feedback page according to at least one feedback object, a target feedback object and feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
The first feedback page is a feedback head page, and the first feedback page can comprise at least one identification of a feedback object, a control for indicating a target feedback object and feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
For example, referring to fig. 4A, the first feedback page N includes 3 identifications of feedback objects (live broadcast, my (anchor 1), opposite party (anchor 2)), a control (selected icon) indicating a target feedback object (my (anchor 1)), and feedback page information (reporting reason) corresponding to the target feedback object.
S606, displaying the first feedback page.
After the first feedback page is displayed, the user can reselect the target feedback object, so that the first feedback page is updated, and the method can be realized as follows: responding to the operation of a user on a control of a first feedback object, and if the first feedback object is different from a target feedback object, updating the target feedback object into the first feedback object; acquiring feedback page information corresponding to a first feedback object; and updating the first feedback page according to the feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object. The user operation of the control of the first feedback object may be a click operation.
The first feedback page displayed by the terminal device displays a target feedback object, and if the user does not need to feed back the target feedback object, but needs to feed back other feedback objects (for example, the first feedback object), the user can click on a control of the first feedback object. After clicking the control of the first feedback object by the user, the terminal device can firstly judge whether the first feedback object is the same as the current target feedback object, if so, the terminal device does not update the first feedback page, if not, the feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object is obtained, and the first feedback page is updated according to the feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object.
Next, the updating of the first feedback page will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 8.
Fig. 7 is an update schematic diagram of a first feedback page according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 7, a page 701 and a page 702 are included.
Referring to page 701, a first feedback page N1 is included, in which the target feedback object is my (anchor 1) in the first feedback page N1. Assuming that the user does not need to report to my (anchor 1) but needs to report to the other party (anchor 2), the user may click on the selected control of the other party (anchor 2) to cause the terminal device to display page 702.
Referring to page 702, assuming that the reporting reasons corresponding to my (anchor 1) and the opposite party (anchor 2) are the same, the reporting reasons included in the first feedback page N1 and the updated first feedback page N2 are the same, and in the updated first feedback page N2, the target feedback object is the opposite party (anchor 2).
Fig. 8 is an update schematic diagram of another first feedback page provided in an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 8, a page 801 and a page 802 are included.
Referring to page 801, a first feedback page N1 is included, and in the first feedback page N1, the target feedback object is my (anchor 1). Assuming that the user does not need to report to my (anchor 1) but needs to report to live, the user may click on the live control to cause the terminal device to display page 802.
Referring to page 802, assuming that the report reasons corresponding to the live broadcast and the my (anchor 1) are different, the report reason corresponding to the live broadcast is displayed in the updated first feedback page N2, and in the updated first feedback page N2, the target feedback object is the live broadcast.
S607, obtaining user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page.
The user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page refers to feedback information input by the user in the first feedback page.
For example, referring to fig. 5, assuming that the page 501 is the first feedback page, the feedback information input by the user in the first feedback page includes: the identity of the target feedback object selected by the user (counterparty (anchor 2)), the reason for reporting selected by the user (intentional combat).
S608, basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page is obtained.
The basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page refers to inherent page information in the second feedback page, that is, the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page is irrelevant to the user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page, in other words, the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page is the same no matter what user feedback information is input in the first feedback page by the user.
For example, referring to fig. 5, assuming that the page 502 is a second feedback page, the corresponding basic page information in the second feedback page includes: reporting the described input box and clicking the upload photo control.
S609, determining second part page information corresponding to the second feedback page according to the user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page and the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page.
The second part of page information at least comprises user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page and basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page.
The second part of page information may further include history input information, for example, if the second feedback page includes an input box control, whether there is history input information corresponding to the input box control is determined, and if yes, the second part of page information further includes history input information.
Optionally, the history input information corresponding to the input box control includes: and in the process of feeding back the current operation of the panel, the user inputs information in the input box control last time. For example, the period of one operation of the feedback panel refers to the period from the start of the feedback panel to the closing of the feedback panel, and multiple switching can be performed between multiple feedback pages during one operation of the feedback panel.
For example, if in one operation of the feedback panel, when the terminal device displays the second feedback page at a certain time, the user inputs the text information 1 in the input box control of the second feedback page, and if the user jumps from the second feedback page to at least one other feedback page and from the other feedback page to the second feedback page, the text information 1 may be determined as the history input information corresponding to the second feedback page.
Optionally, in order to improve accuracy of determining the historical input information corresponding to the input box control, determining the historical input information corresponding to the input box control may include: in the process of the current operation of the feedback panel, the user displays text information which is input in a second feedback page with the same reason as the current feedback.
For example, if in one operation of the feedback panel, when the terminal device displays the second feedback page at a time (assuming that the feedback reason is the reason 1), the user inputs the text information 1 in the input box control of the second feedback page, and if the user jumps from the second feedback page to at least one other feedback page and from the other feedback page to the second feedback page, and the feedback reason corresponding to the second feedback page is the reason 1, in this case, the text information 1 may be determined as the history input information corresponding to the second feedback page.
