The three columnar supports 6 on the inner side of the upper shell correspond to the middle positions between every two positioning components of the lower shell respectively and are used for supporting the middle positions of the detection cards and ensuring the stability of the whole shell.
The test paper positioning assembly comprises a first U-shaped positioning plate 71, a second U-shaped positioning plate 72, a first bar-shaped positioning plate 73 and an arch-shaped positioning plate 74. First U-shaped locating plate 71 and second U-shaped locating plate 72 set up respectively in the both ends of lower casing 2, and arch locating plate 74 sets up in the intermediate position of first U-shaped locating plate 71 and second U-shaped locating plate 72, and first bar locating plate 73 sets up in the one side that is close to second U-shaped locating plate 72, and arch locating plate 74 is the arch, and first bar locating plate 73 lateral wall inboard is provided with card strip 75. This series of settings is intended to better position the test strip.
Detection test paper locating component: the first U-shaped positioning plate 71 and the second U-shaped positioning plate 72 are mainly used for fixing the longitudinal position of the test paper, the first bar-shaped positioning plate 73 and the clamping strip 75 on the inner side of the side wall thereof are mainly used for fixing the transverse position of the test paper, the arch-shaped positioning plate 74 is mainly used for fixing the upper and lower positions in the middle of the test paper, and the bar-shaped indentation ridge 10 and the dot-shaped indentation ridge 11 are mainly used for fixing the upper and lower positions at the two ends of the test paper.
The sample rod positioning channel comprises a third U-shaped positioning plate 81, a fourth U-shaped positioning plate 82, a second strip-shaped positioning plate 83, a third strip-shaped positioning plate 84 and a fourth strip-shaped positioning plate 85, the sample rod positioning channel 8 corresponds to the horizontal direction of the sample adding hole 3 of the upper shell, the third U-shaped positioning plate 81 and the fourth U-shaped positioning plate 82 are respectively arranged at two ends of one side of the first U-shaped positioning plate 71, the second strip-shaped positioning plate 83 is arranged at one side close to the third U-shaped positioning plate 81, the third strip-shaped positioning plate 84 is arranged at the middle position of the third U-shaped positioning plate 81 and the fourth U-shaped positioning plate 82, the fourth strip-shaped positioning plate 85 is arranged at one side close to the fourth U-shaped positioning plate 82, the middle position of the third strip-shaped positioning plate 84 is just opposite to the sample adding hole 3 of the upper shell, and the side wall top ends. This arrangement allows liquid entering the well 3 to be transmitted to the sample pad of each test strip by diffusion through the sample rod 8, and the samples are tested item by item.
Sample rod positioning channel: the third U-shaped positioning plate 81 and the fourth U-shaped positioning plate 82 are mainly used for fixing the longitudinal position of the sample rod, the second strip-shaped positioning plate 83, the third strip-shaped positioning plate 84 and the fourth strip-shaped positioning plate 85 are mainly used for fixing the transverse position of the sample rod, and the clamping strips 86 are arranged at the top ends of the side walls of the second strip-shaped positioning plate 83 and the fourth strip-shaped positioning plate 85 and are mainly used for fixing the upper position and the lower position of the sample rod.
The two sides of the lower shell are provided with anti-skid grains 9, so that the hand holding is firmer.
Example 2
Randomly drawing 50 persons in a certain entertainment place to measure the urine, dropwise adding 500 mu L urine samples to the positions of the sample adding holes 3 of the detection card in the embodiment 1, then covering the sample adding hole cover plate 31, standing for 5min at room temperature, simultaneously carrying out comparison tests on each single index respectively, and observing the color development conditions of a quality control line and a detection line at regular time.
Simultaneously, setting a contrast test: and detecting the same urine sample by using four corresponding pairs of commercially available single-pack drug detection cards.
The detection shows that the urine sample of 3 persons shows positive result in the third test strip of the test card, and the result is consistent with the result of the contrast test, and the test card has no obvious deviation in color development condition and time in the whole test process. Meanwhile, the detection result is also verified by public security authorities. The colloidal gold detection card provided by the invention avoids busy repeated dripping, shortens time difference, and is simple to operate, time-saving and efficient.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The colloidal gold detection card for the four-item joint detection of drugs is characterized by comprising an upper shell (1) and a lower shell (2) for placing test strips, wherein the upper shell (1) is detachably connected with the lower shell (2), a sample adding hole (3), 4 observation windows (4) and 1 horizontal scale (5) are arranged above the upper shell (1), 3 columnar supports (6) are arranged on the inner side of the upper shell (1), and 4 independent detection test strip positioning components (7) which are longitudinally and uniformly distributed and sample rod positioning channels (8) which are transversely distributed are arranged in the lower shell (2);
a space for placing the detection test paper is formed in the detection test paper positioning component (7);
a detachable sample adding hole cover plate (31) is also arranged on the sample adding hole (3);
a first detection test strip, a second detection test strip, a third detection test strip and a fourth detection test strip are respectively arranged on the 4 detection test strip positioning components (7); wherein the first test strip is used for qualitatively detecting morphine; the second detection test strip is used for qualitatively detecting methamphetamine; the third test strip is used for qualitatively detecting ketamine; the fourth test strip is used for qualitatively detecting the dimethylene dioxyamphetamine.
2. The colloidal gold test card according to claim 1, wherein a strip (75) for fixing the test paper is disposed on the test paper positioning component (7), and the sample rod positioning channel (8) corresponds to the sample adding hole (3) of the upper case (1) in the horizontal direction.
3. The colloidal gold test card according to claim 1, wherein 4 observation windows (4) are respectively corresponding to 4 test paper positioning components (7).
4. The colloidal gold test card according to claim 1, wherein said horizontal scale (5) is disposed below the observation window (4) and is placed longitudinally.
5. The colloidal gold test card according to claim 1, wherein the 3 columnar supports (6) on the upper case (1) correspond to the middle position between every two adjacent test paper positioning components (7) of the lower case (2).

The colloidal gold test card according to claim 1 or 5, wherein each test paper positioning assembly (7) comprises a first U-shaped positioning plate (71), a second U-shaped positioning plate (72), a first strip-shaped positioning plate (73) and an arch-shaped positioning plate (74); the first U-shaped positioning plate (71) and the second U-shaped positioning plate (72) are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower shell (2), the arched positioning plate (74) is arranged in the middle of the first U-shaped positioning plate (71) and the second U-shaped positioning plate (72), and the first strip-shaped positioning plate (73) is arranged at one side close to the second U-shaped positioning plate (72);
the arched positioning plate (74) is arched, and the inner side of the side wall of the first strip-shaped positioning plate (73) is provided with a clamping strip (75).

The colloidal gold detection card according to claim 1, wherein the sample rod positioning channel (8) comprises a third U-shaped positioning plate (81), a fourth U-shaped positioning plate (82), a second strip-shaped positioning plate (83), a third strip-shaped positioning plate (84) and a fourth strip-shaped positioning plate (85), the sample rod positioning channel (8) corresponds to the sample adding hole (3) on the upper housing (1) in the horizontal direction, the third U-shaped positioning plate (81) and the fourth U-shaped positioning plate (82) are respectively arranged at two ends near one side of the first U-shaped positioning plate (71), the second strip-shaped positioning plate (83) is arranged at one side near the third U-shaped positioning plate (81), the third strip-shaped positioning plate (84) is arranged at the middle position between the third U-shaped positioning plate (81) and the fourth U-shaped positioning plate (82), fourth shape locating plate (85) set up in being close to one side of fourth U-shaped locating plate (82), third bar locating plate (84) intermediate position is just right go up application of sample hole (3) of casing (1), second bar locating plate (83) and fourth shape locating plate (85) lateral wall top all are provided with card strip (86).

the fourth test strip is coated with a dimethylene dioxyamphetamine antigen and labeled with a dimethylene dioxyamphetamine antibody.
9. Use of the colloidal gold test card according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for simultaneously testing four drugs.
10. A method for simultaneously detecting four drugs is characterized by comprising the following steps of dropwise adding a 500 mu L urine sample into a sample adding hole (3) of the colloidal gold detection card according to any one of claims 1 to 8, covering a sample adding hole cover plate (31), standing for 5min, and judging the types of drugs sucked by a urine sample provider according to the color development conditions of the detection test strips.
