The device comprises a rubber shell, a filling bag, a non-Newtonian fluid and a grouting hole; the upper part of the pillow bag is provided with a rubber shell, the pillow bag is provided with a grouting hole, and the pillow bag is internally provided with non-Newtonian fluid. After the temporary project is finished, the non-Newtonian fluid can be repeatedly used only by pumping out the non-Newtonian fluid and removing the rivets and the anchor bolts, and the method is environment-friendly.
