Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environment-friendly cleaning agent products, and particularly relates to a cleaning agent capable of cleaning electrical equipment with electric power and with the withstand voltage of over 25KV and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of industrial manufacturing, some large-scale enterprises, especially the national enterprises in the market pay special attention to the safety of the electrical equipment, and various industries also put forward more requirements on the cleaning of the electrical equipment, the electrical equipment of the enterprise controls the production life of the enterprise, and the cleaning of the electrical equipment is related to the safety production of the whole enterprise, so that the regular cleaning and maintenance of the electrical equipment are important prerequisites for guaranteeing the safety production of the enterprise, and the cleaning of the electrical equipment is a huge challenge for manufacturing enterprises, especially the mechanical manufacturing industry and the power industry.
At present, most manufacturing industries adopt alcohol or carbon tetrachloride for cleaning operation, but with the improvement of safety consciousness of enterprises, the alcohol belongs to flammable and explosive products, and a plurality of potential safety hazard problems exist in actual use and operation; carbon tetrachloride is not combusted, but the toxicity is not low, syncope can occur due to long-time contact of people, and the toxicity is high, so that the preparation of the environment-friendly safe electrical equipment cleaning agent is the technical problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning agent capable of cleaning electrical equipment with electric power and with the withstand voltage of over 25KV and a preparation method thereof. Compared with alcohol and carbon tetrachloride, the cleaning agent is very safe to the environment or human body, not only solves the difficult problem that alcohol is flammable and explosive, but also overcomes the defect that carbon tetrachloride is toxic, can clean electrical equipment and can be cleaned in an electrified way, and the highest voltage resistance is more than 25KV, so that the working efficiency of production enterprises can be greatly improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a cleaning agent for electrical equipment capable of being cleaned in an electrified way and having a withstand voltage of more than 25KV comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
as a further improvement of the above scheme:
preferably, the boiling range of the isomeric decaalkanes is in the following range: 160 ℃ and 180 ℃; only in the process is the isododecane distilled out, which has the highest purity and the best performance.
Preferably, the purity requirements of the components are as follows:
the content of mechanical impurities in the perfluoropolyether oil is less than or equal to 0.001 percent;
the content of mechanical impurities in limonene is less than or equal to 0.001 percent;
the content of mechanical impurities in the diethylene glycol butyl ether is less than or equal to 0.001 percent.
Preferably, the cleaning agent is used for cleaning the electrical equipment which cannot be shut down.
Preferably, the maximum withstand voltage of the cleaning agent can reach over 25 KV.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the cleaning agent for the electrical equipment, which comprises the following steps:
(1) opening the special reaction kettle for the solvent at normal temperature, starting the reaction kettle, slowly stirring at a constant speed, and preheating for 5-10 minutes;
(2) at normal temperature, the isomeric decadecane, the perfluoropolyether oil, the limonene and the diethylene glycol butyl ether are sequentially placed into a special reaction kettle for the solvent according to the proportion, and the reaction kettle is started to slowly stir at a constant speed until the solution is colorless and transparent.
Preferably, the special reaction kettle for the solvent is a stainless steel reaction kettle. The special stainless steel reaction kettle resistant to solvent corrosion is adopted as far as possible for production, and if the special stainless steel reaction kettle is replaced by other plastic closed containers, plastic produced for a long time is aged, so that liquid leakage and other losses are caused.
Preferably, in the step (2), the reaction kettle dedicated for the solvent is in a closed stirring state during stirring. The reaction kettle cover is required to be covered to keep airtight stirring, and because the product has volatility, product proportioning is inaccurate and the product is wasted due to the cover opening.
Preferably, in the step (2), the time for constant speed slow stirring is 20-30 minutes.
When the product is used, the product can be directly used for soaking, spraying or scrubbing and cleaning an electric appliance, and the product can be completely volatilized without residue.
The invention principle is as follows:
carbon tetrachloride belongs to national contraband, is toxic and harmful, has extremely large smell and is pungent, and people feel unconscious after long-time inhalation. However, the isomeric hydrocarbon main agent can not be used for replacing tetrachloroethylene in the cleaning requirement, and the hydrocarbon main agent can meet the cleaning requirement of the market or customers by being reasonably compounded with other auxiliary raw materials to be used as the electrical equipment cleaning agent produced by the main agent. The addition of the limonene greatly improves the cleaning performance of the product, and the limonene washing agent is still effective for heavy oil stains; the perfluoropolyether oil is mainly used for lubrication and corrosion resistance; the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether has the washing-assistant function.
Advantageous effects
1. The cleaning agent for the electrical equipment does not contain benzene and ozone layer damaging ODS (ozone depleting substance), is safe to use and environment-friendly, increases the insulation voltage resistance of the cleaning agent on the premise of meeting the requirement of cleaning the electrical equipment, ensures the cleaning effect and the safety of a constructor and the electrical equipment, particularly aims at cleaning the electrical equipment which cannot be shut down, has the highest voltage resistance of over 25KV, meets the requirement of cleaning most of the electrical equipment, does not need to shut down, and improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
2. The invention adopts the ultrapure hydrocarbon solvent as the main agent, plays the roles of cleaning oil stains, removing water and the like, and really realizes no toxicity and no harm.
3. According to the invention, the addition of the limonene not only can rapidly improve the cleaning efficiency, but also has a wide application range, can be used under normal-temperature or low-temperature working conditions, has outstanding cleaning force even under low-temperature environment, is basically odorless in the use process, and is easily accepted by people.
4. The cleaning agent has the advantages of quick cleaning performance, environmental protection, safety, excellent voltage resistance and no corrosion to materials such as metal, plastic, rubber and the like.
