Moreover, as can be seen from table 1, the addition of chitosan is crucial to the yield and quality increase of rice and the improvement of selenium-rich calcium of foliar fertilizer, especially the effect difference of the regulation and control effect of the chitosan with specific molecular weight on crops is significant, and the polyaspartic acid and potassium silicate are very critical to the yield increase of rice and the further enrichment of selenium and calcium; the leaf fertilizer provided by the invention has the advantages that various substances have compatibility and synergy effects, and the application of chitosan with different molecular weights can not only improve the contents of selenium and calcium in rice, but also greatly improve the yield of rice.
The invention provides a foliar fertilizer for promoting selenium-rich high-calcium nutrition enrichment of rice, and a preparation method and an application technology thereof. Rice is used as a carrier, and rice products rich in selenium and calcium elements are planted by improving and increasing the content of selenium and calcium in rice, so that the rice products are convenient for people to eat and absorb, the toxicity and safety risk caused by direct intake of common inorganic selenium and calcium in the selenium and calcium supplementing process are avoided, and the rice products have obvious significance for fundamentally improving the per capita selenium and calcium intake of people in China.

Claims (8)

1. The selenium-rich high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer is characterized in that each liter of foliar fertilizer contains the following raw materials by weight: 5 to 10g of chitosan, 5 to 10g of sodium selenite, 10 to 20g of calcium gluconate, 0.5 to 2g of melatonin, 5 to 10g of polyaspartic acid, 15 to 30g of potassium silicate and 5 to 10g of citric acid.
2. The foliar fertilizer for selenium-enriched high-calcium rice, as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the chitosan is one or a mixture of different molecular weights in the molecular weight range of 100KDa to 200 KDa.
3. The preparation method of the selenium-rich high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer of claim 1 or 2, comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing chitosan, sodium selenite, citric acid and water to obtain a chitosan selenium complex solution;
(2) and mixing the chitosan selenium complex solution with calcium gluconate, melatonin, polyaspartic acid and potassium silicate to obtain the selenium-rich high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer.
4. The selenium-enriched high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2 or the application of the selenium-enriched high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer obtained by the preparation method as claimed in claim 3 in rice planting.

The application of the foliar fertilizer for the selenium-enriched high-calcium rice as claimed in claim 4, wherein the application time of the foliar fertilizer for the selenium-enriched high-calcium rice is the heading stage or the filling stage of the rice; the frequency of use was 1 application throughout the growth cycle of rice.
6. The application of the foliar fertilizer for the selenium-enriched high-calcium rice as claimed in claim 4 is applied after dilution; the dilution mode is water dilution; the weight ratio of the selenium-rich high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer to water is 1: (10-30).
7. The application of the foliar fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the usage amount of the diluted selenium-rich and high-calcium rice foliar fertilizer is 5L-15L: 667m2
8. The application of the foliar fertilizer for the selenium-enriched high-calcium rice as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7 is characterized in that any one of an artificial sprayer, a mechanical sprayer or an unmanned aerial vehicle is used for foliar spraying on the rice.
