Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a container, in particular to an improvement of a top side beam of the container, which is used for facilitating the loading and the dismounting of equipment with larger volume.
Background
Containers have advantages of sea and land intermodal transportation due to their ISO-specified dimensions, and are now widely used for the transportation of goods.
There is a trend in use of containers: the equipment is integrated into the container in a factory, and the container integrated with the equipment is transported to a destination and then is directly assembled, so that the workload of a transportation field is reduced.
The container as a transportation tool needs to meet corresponding strength requirements, such as strength requirements of lifting, stacking, transverse rigidity, longitudinal rigidity and the like, so the container generally has main stressed main structures such as top side beams, bottom side beams, upright columns and the like, the stressed main structures occupy certain space, and for some large-size equipment, the large-size equipment is difficult to be arranged in the container, and compared with the arrangement, if the subsequent maintenance of the equipment is involved, the large-size equipment arranged in the container is more difficult to be taken out.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a container which is more convenient for loading and unloading large-size equipment.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. Referring to fig. 1, the top of a container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first side top beam 110 and a second side top beam on two sides, respectively, and the structure and size of the second side top beam are the same as those of the first side top beam 110. The structure of the first side cap 110 will be described as an example.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, preferably, the first side top beam 110 includes a first side top beam 111 and a second side top beam 112 sequentially disposed, and the second side top beam 112 is detachable from the container 100.
That is, the second top side rail 112 has two states, and in the first state shown in fig. 1, the second top side rail 112 and the first top side rail 111 are sequentially arranged to form at least a part of the first top rail 110, so that the strength requirement of the container 100 during transportation can be ensured; in the second state shown in fig. 2, the second top side rail 112 is removed from the container 100, leaving room for a larger piece of equipment 200 to be loaded into or removed from the container 100.
Therefore, the container 100 of the present embodiment is not only suitable for integrating some devices 200 into the container 100, but also can be transported as a transportation container 100 to meet some devices 200 with special sizes, and the application is very wide.
Referring to fig. 3, the device 200 shown in fig. 3 has the upper bottom edge 201 extending beyond the inside of the upper bottom side rail 130 and the three projections 205 of the lower bottom edge 203 extending beyond the inside of the lower bottom side rail 132, and the device 200 cannot be installed in the container 100 if the second top side rail 112 is not removable. In the present embodiment, however, since the second top side member 112 is detachable from the container 100, the apparatus 200 can be incorporated into the container 100.
Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings only illustrate one type of device 200, and in fact, different shapes of the devices 200 are different, and since the second top side beam 112 of the container 100 in this embodiment can be removed from the container 100, leaving some space, many devices 200 that could not be installed in the container 100 before due to the shielding of the second top side beam 112 can be installed in the container 100, which greatly increases the application range of the container 100.
In this embodiment, the second top side member 112 is detachable from the container 100, and the first top side member 111 is always fixed at a corresponding position, so that the strength and stress requirements of the container 100 can be satisfied.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, referring to the state of the container 100 shown in fig. 1, the second top side beam 112 is the right side top side beam, and those skilled in the art can appreciate that the second top side beam 112 may be the left side top side beam, that is, the "second" of the "second top side beams" does not limit the specific position thereof, and any means the same as or similar to the present embodiment is included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the container 100 preferably includes two columns 140 disposed near both ends of the second top side beam 112, and the second top side beam 112 is detachably connected to the two columns 140.
The second top side rail 112 is detachably connected to the pillar 140 so that the second top side rail 112 can be detached from the container 100. The second top side member 112 is detachably coupled to the pillar 140, and the pillar 140 is fully utilized without any influence on the first top side member 111, thereby not affecting stacking of the container 100.
In the present embodiment, the second top side member 112 and the pillar 140 are preferably detachably connected by a stud pin 142 and a receiving hole that is inserted into and fitted with the stud pin 142, and the extending direction of the stud pin 142 is parallel to the extending direction of the pillar 140.
The mode that cylindricality round pin 142 and accepting hole are pegged graft to cooperate simple structure, easy dismounting. And the extending direction of the cylindrical pin 142 is parallel to the extending direction of the upright column 140, so that the second top side beam 112 can be detached from the container 100 along the extending direction of the upright column 140, and the normal operation of other parts of the container 100 is not influenced during the detaching process of the second top side beam 112.
In the present embodiment, the cylindrical pin 142 is cylindrical, which requires less installation and is easier to install, and those skilled in the art can understand that the cylindrical pin 142 may have other shapes such as a rectangular parallelepiped, and all the embodiments that are the same as or similar to the present embodiment are covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the stud pin 142 is preferably provided on the second side roof rail 112, the receiving hole is provided in the mounting member 146, the mounting member 146 is fixed to the pillar 140 in a tubular shape, the pillar 140 is further provided with the stay 148, the bottom of the second side roof rail 112 is supported by the stay 148 by abutting against the stay 148, and the stay 148 is higher than the mounting member 146 in the extending direction of the pillar 140.
In this embodiment, the mounting member 146 and the supporting member 148 are fixed to the side surface of the vertical column 140 and positioned between the two vertical columns 140, and the space between the two vertical columns 140 is fully utilized, so that the other parts of the container 100 are not affected, and the structural design is reasonable.
Since the mounting member 146 is tubular and not suitable for supporting, the second side roof rail 112 is supported by the support member 148 disposed above the tubular mounting member 146 in this embodiment, so as to ensure that the second side roof rail 112 is more stable in the first state relative to other parts of the container 100.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that if the cross-section of the mounting member 146 is made larger, the upper surface of the mounting member 146 can also serve as a support member for supporting the second roof side rail 112, and any arrangement similar or identical to that of the present embodiment is within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the two columns 140 provided near both ends of the second side roof rail 112 have an open space therebetween, and the stud pin 142 is positioned between the two columns 140.
An open space is formed between the two columns 140, so that the cost of the container 100 can be reduced, and the loading and unloading processes of the large-size equipment 200 can be observed conveniently; the cylindrical pin 142 is positioned between the two upright posts 140, so that the open space is fully utilized, the structure of other cabins does not need to be changed, the loading and unloading of goods in other cabins are not influenced, and the design is very reasonable.
In the present embodiment, preferably, a hoisting mechanism mounting portion 150 is provided at the top end of the column 140. A lifting mechanism, such as a lifting ring, may be mounted on the lifting mechanism mounting portion 150.
This results in the second top side rail 112 being more susceptible to deformation by force, since the second top side rail 112 is removable from the container 100. In this embodiment, the lifting mechanism mounting portions 150 are provided at the top ends of the columns 140 provided near both ends of the second top side member 112, and when the container 100 is lifted by the lifting mechanisms mounted on the lifting mechanism mounting portions 150, the second top side member 112 is subjected to less stress, the possibility of deformation is less, and the entire load-bearing effect of the container 100 is better, so that the service life of the container 100 is longer.
Since the vertical columns 140 near the two ends of the second top side beam 112 are spaced from the four angular points 152 at the top of the container 100 by a certain distance, in order to meet the requirements of ISO, in this embodiment, besides the top ends of the vertical columns 140 at the two ends of the second top side beam 112 are provided with the lifting mechanism mounting portions 150, the four angular points 152 at the top of the container 100 are also provided with the lifting mechanism mounting portions. Thus, the container 100 of the present embodiment can be selected from the top end of the center pillar 140 and from the four corner points 152, and the lifting operation is easier.
Preferably, the container 100 further includes a top plate (not shown) fixedly connected to the second top side beam 112.
Since the second top side beam 112 can be removed from the container 100 and the top plate is fixed to the second top side beam 112, the top plate and the second top side beam 112 can be removed from the container 100 at the same time, and the removal work is simpler; furthermore, the roof may also protect the apparatus 200 during stacking of the containers 100.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first side top beam 110 further includes a third side top beam 113, the second side top beam 112 is located between the first side top beam 111 and the third side top beam 113, a first partition wall 161 is disposed between the first side top beam 111 and the second side top beam 112, a second partition wall 162 is disposed between the second side top beam 112 and the third side top beam 113, and the first partition wall 161 and the second partition wall 162 partition the container 100 into three compartments.
