本发明涉及冰箱压缩机内仓板技术领域,具体属于一种冰箱压缩机内仓板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
PVC板具有结构强度高、耐热和阻燃的性能,被广泛应用于建筑和包装材料。现有的冰箱的外壳组件主要为钣金件,钣金件存在重量大,生产成本高的缺点,因此,需要一种们能够替代冰箱外壳钣金件的材料。PVC板由于具有较好的结构强度和阻燃能力,且耐老化,因此可用于替代冰箱外壳组件的冰箱压缩机内仓板,但是现有的PVC板存在低温易碎的问题,因此,需要PVC板进行低温性能的改进,其中使用增强材料与PVC基板进行复合,是一种简单而有效的方法。但是由于PVC基本在加工的过程中加入了大量的助剂,特别是润滑剂,使PVC基板表面光滑,且有外润滑剂存在,导致增强材料与PVC基板复合时的结合强度差,不能满足冰箱压缩机内仓板的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱压缩机内仓板及其加工工艺,克服了现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,其特征在于,所述的内仓板包括增强层和PVC基板,所述的增强层贴附在PVC基板的其中一表面上。
进一步,所述的增强层为PVC夹网布。
一种冰箱压缩机内仓板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,将PVC基板原料加入混料机中搅拌混合均匀,然后转入冷去锅中冷却,得到混合原料;
S2,将混合原料送入双螺杆挤出机的料仓中,使用双螺杆挤出机进行塑化挤出,并对挤出的PVC基板坯料进行压延,得到PVC基板片材;
S3,在PVC基板片材表面涂覆粘合剂,将增强层与PVC基板片材送入复合辊中进行复合,然后进行冷却、切片,得到内仓板。
进一步,所述的PVC基板原料包括以下重量份的:PVC片料80-90份、ACR3-5份、mbs树脂4-6份、外润滑剂2-4份和大理石粉10-15份。
进一步,所述的外润滑剂为改性PE蜡,所述的改性PE蜡的制备方法为:将天然木棉纤维在氮气氛围下,200℃炭化6小时,然后将PE蜡100份、TPU树脂10-15份与炭化木棉纤维53份在120℃下搅拌混合均匀,冷却后,得到改性PE蜡。
进一步,所述的粘合剂的原料包括E-PVC 30-40份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯10-15份、过氧化苯甲酰3-5份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷18-25份和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪5-7份,所述的粘合剂的制备方法为:将E-PVC、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、过氧化苯甲酰、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪按重量比加入反应釜中,然后加热至105℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入过氧化苯甲酰在60℃下反应4小时,得到粘合剂。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:本发明通过使用改性PE蜡作为润滑剂,炭化木棉纤维具有吸收和吸附PE蜡和TPU树脂的作用,其中TPU树脂与PE蜡互溶,使PE蜡分子链的润滑作用减弱,但是TPU树脂为弹性橡胶,可增强PVC基板的低温韧性,且炭化木棉纤维为中空结构,内部可存储PE蜡,使PVC基板基体内的PE蜡能的被存储在炭化木棉纤维的中空结构内,减少了PVC基板表面PE蜡的含量;本发明使用PVC夹网布作为增强材料,并使用以E-PVC为基材的粘合剂,粘合剂在制备的过程中过氧化苯甲酰引发甲基丙烯酸十二酯自聚合,同时氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的氨基与E-PVC发生偶联反应,使制备的粘合剂能与E-PVC进行结合,2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪作为第二交联剂,在PVC基板与夹网布复合的过程中,分别与PVC基板和夹网布发生交联反应,使制备的粘合剂与PVC基板和PVC夹网布的结合能力得到提高,本发明的PVC基板在-30℃下的低温韧性好,不易碎,夹网布与PVC基板的结合强度高。

本发明使用的原料中PVC片料采用新乡市特种塑料厂的原料,丙烯酸脂共聚物ACR采用广东炜林纳新材料科技股份有限公司的产品,mbs树脂采用青岛海瑞特化工材料有限公司的产品,PE蜡使用宜兴市首诚塑料制品厂的产品,其他原料均为工业纯原料。
实施例1
一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,内仓板包括增强层和PVC基板,增强层为PVC夹网布,增强层贴附在PVC基板的其中一表面上。内仓板采用以下步骤加工而成:首先,将PVC片料80份、ACR 5份、mbs树脂4份、外润滑剂4份和大理石粉10份加入混料机中搅拌混合均匀,然后转入冷去锅中冷却,然后,将冷却后的原料送入双螺杆挤出机的料仓中,使用双螺杆挤出机进行塑化挤出,并对挤出的PVC基板坯料进行压延,得到PVC基板片材;然后,在PVC基板片材表面涂覆粘合剂,将增强层与PVC基板片材送入复合辊中进行复合,然后进行冷却、切片,得到内仓板。
制备内仓板使用的外润滑剂为改性PE蜡,改性PE蜡的制备方法为:将天然木棉纤维在氮气氛围下,200℃炭化6小时,然后将PE蜡100份、TPU树脂15份与炭化木棉纤维53份在120℃下搅拌混合均匀,冷却后,得到改性PE蜡;制备内仓板使用的粘合剂的原料包括E-PVC30份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯10份、过氧化苯甲酰5份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷18份和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪7份,粘合剂的制备方法为:将E-PVC、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、过氧化苯甲酰、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪按重量比加入反应釜中,然后加热至105℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入过氧化苯甲酰在60℃下反应4小时,得到粘合剂。
实施例2
一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,内仓板包括增强层和PVC基板,增强层为PVC夹网布,增强层贴附在PVC基板的其中一表面上。内仓板采用以下步骤加工而成:首先,将PVC片料90份、ACR 4份、mbs树脂5份、外润滑剂4份和大理石粉15份加入混料机中搅拌混合均匀,然后转入冷去锅中冷却,然后,将冷却后的原料送入双螺杆挤出机的料仓中,使用双螺杆挤出机进行塑化挤出,并对挤出的PVC基板坯料进行压延,得到PVC基板片材;然后,在PVC基板片材表面涂覆粘合剂,将增强层与PVC基板片材送入复合辊中进行复合,然后进行冷却、切片,得到内仓板。

实施例3
一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,内仓板包括增强层和PVC基板,增强层为PVC夹网布,增强层贴附在PVC基板的其中一表面上。内仓板采用以下步骤加工而成:首先,将PVC片料85份、ACR 3份、mbs树脂4份、外润滑剂2份和大理石粉13份加入混料机中搅拌混合均匀,然后转入冷去锅中冷却,然后,将冷却后的原料送入双螺杆挤出机的料仓中,使用双螺杆挤出机进行塑化挤出,并对挤出的PVC基板坯料进行压延,得到PVC基板片材;然后,在PVC基板片材表面涂覆粘合剂,将增强层与PVC基板片材送入复合辊中进行复合,然后进行冷却、切片,得到内仓板。

对照例1
与实施例3的区别在于,外润滑剂为PE蜡。
对照例2
与实施例3的区别在于,改性PE蜡的制备过程中,炭化木棉纤维的加入量为0。
对照例3
与实施例3的区别在于,改性PE蜡的制备过程中,TPU树脂的加入量为0。
对照例4
与实施例3的区别在于,内仓板使用的粘合剂的原料中的2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪的加入量为0。
将实施例1-3和对照例1-4中的内仓板采用GB/T 8815-2008中的测试方法进行测试,并采用GB/T 2791-1995胶粘剂T剥离强度试验方法测试夹网布的剥离力,测试结果如下表所示:

由上表可知,使用改性后的PE蜡与夹网布的亲和力得到增强,使夹网布与PVC基板的剥离力显著增加,同时使用改性后的PE蜡还显著增强了PVC基板的拉伸强度和-30℃的韧性,另外,本发明的粘合剂有效的对夹网布和PVC基板进行了粘合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,其特征在于,所述的内仓板包括增强层和PVC基板,所述的增强层贴附在PVC基板的其中一表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱压缩机内仓板,其特征在于,所述的增强层为PVC夹网布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冰箱压缩机内仓板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将PVC基板原料加入混料机中搅拌混合均匀,然后转入冷去锅中冷却,得到混合原料;
S2,将混合原料送入双螺杆挤出机的料仓中,使用双螺杆挤出机进行塑化挤出,并对挤出的PVC基板坯料进行压延,得到PVC基板片材;
S3,在PVC基板片材表面涂覆粘合剂,将增强层与PVC基板片材送入复合辊中进行复合,然后进行冷却、切片,得到内仓板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种冰箱压缩机内仓板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的PVC基板原料包括以下重量份的:PVC片料80-90份、ACR 3-5份、mbs树脂4-6份、外润滑剂和大理石粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有阻燃功能的PVC铝箔板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的外润滑剂为改性PE蜡,所述的改性PE蜡的制备方法为:将天然木棉纤维在氮气氛围下,200℃炭化6小时,然后将PE蜡100份、TPU树脂10-15份与炭化木棉纤维53份在120℃下搅拌混合均匀,冷却后,得到改性PE蜡。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种冰箱压缩机内仓板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的粘合剂的原料包括E-PVC 30-40份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯10-15份、过氧化苯甲酰3-5份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷18-25份和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪5-7份,所述的粘合剂的制备方法为:将E-PVC、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、过氧化苯甲酰、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和2-正丁胺基-4,6-二琉基均三嗪按重量比加入反应釜中,然后加热至105℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入过氧化苯甲酰在60℃下反应4小时,得到粘合剂。
