Description

Herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals. More particularly, relates to a herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In activities such as daily life, work and the like, both hands are most often in contact with the outside, and the skin of the hands often has a large amount of microorganisms or dirt such as bacteria and fungi, and if the hands are not cleaned, the hands are in contact with nasal cavities and eyes or directly take food for eating, the hands are very easy to infect the microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, and various diseases are caused. Therefore, the daily chemical hand sanitizer commonly used for cleaning hands is required to have the functions of bacteriostasis, sterilization and the like in addition to the daily required cleaning function so as to achieve the purpose of thorough cleaning. The main antibacterial and bacteriostatic substances of the currently marketed antibacterial hand sanitizer are parachlorometaxylenol, o-phenylphenol, triclocarban and the like, and although the antibacterial and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer has a good antibacterial effect, certain irritation and potential safety hazards also exist.
In order to develop bacteriostatic hand sanitizer with high safety and small irritation, the skilled person turns the research direction to plant bacteriostasis. For example, chinese patent application CN108295005A discloses a botanical antibacterial hand sanitizer, which comprises tea seed cake extract, ginger extract, sophora flower bud extract, gardenia extract, seaweed extract, and plant extract of mint extract, has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties, and has the functions of decontamination, moistening and protecting hands; chinese patent application CN104997684A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial hand sanitizer, which comprises traditional Chinese medicine extracts of akebia stem ethanol extract, red paeony root ethanol extract, hibiscus flower water extract and acorus calamus ethyl acetate extract, and has good inhibition effects on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli. However, the two or the prior hand washing solutions with plant/traditional Chinese medicine extracts as main bacteriostatic components have the problems of small bacteriostatic effect on fungi (such as candida albicans) and poor stability.
Therefore, the herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer which is safe, free of stimulation, remarkable in bacterium and fungus inhibition effect, good in stability and rich in bubbles and has good foamability is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of large irritation, potential safety hazard, small fungus inhibition effect and poor stability of the conventional chemical antibacterial hand sanitizer, and provides the herbal antibacterial hand sanitizer which is safe, free of stimulation, remarkable in inhibition effect on bacteria and fungi and good in stability.
The invention aims to provide a special bacteriostatic composition for a herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer.
The invention also aims to provide the herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer which takes the bacteriostatic composition as a main bacteriostatic component.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a bacteriostatic composition special for a herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer comprises piroctone olamine, grapefruit oil and disodium cocoyl glutamate.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt to the grapefruit oil to the disodium cocoyl glutamate is (0.01-0.2) to (0.02-0.5) to (5-10).
The grapefruit oil has unique aromatic odor, contains oxygen-containing compounds such as monoterpene, sesquiterpene, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, etc., and also has antioxidant and antibacterial effects. However, in application practice, the grapefruit oil has a good bacteriostatic effect on bacteria such as escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, but has a poor bacteriostatic effect on fungi such as candida albicans. The piroctone olamine salt is an anti-dandruff agent commonly used in the field of daily chemicals, can obviously reduce the generation of dandruff, has obvious inhibiting effect on fungal infection, is non-toxic and non-irritant, has high safety, and is widely applied to shampoo products. The inventor uses the piroctone olamine salt and the grapefruit in a combined manner, finds that the inhibition effect of the composition on bacteria is not obviously different from that of the composition when the composition is used separately, even the inhibition effect on fungi is reduced to a certain extent, but when the disodium cocoyl glutamate which has no inhibition effect completely is added, the inhibition effect of the composition on the bacteria and the fungi is obviously improved, and the inhibition effect is better under a certain proportioning condition.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt to the grapefruit oil to the disodium cocoyl glutamate is (0.01-0.1): (0.02-0.2): 5-8).
More preferably, the mass ratio of piroctone olamine salt, grapefruit oil and disodium cocoyl glutamate is 0.06:0.1: 7. In practice, the composition has a good antibacterial effect under the condition of the proportioning.
Furthermore, the bacteriostatic composition also comprises a skin conditioner, wherein the skin conditioner is the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the geranium oil, the cherokee rose fruit extract and the philippine flemingia root alcohol extract.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the geranium oil, the cherokee rose fruit extract and the philippine flemingia root alcohol extract is (0.01-0.2): (0.01-0.1): (0.05-0.5): 0.05-0.5).
Researches find that the skin conditioner is added on the basis of the composition of piroctone olamine, grapefruit oil and disodium cocoyl glutamate to further improve the bacteriostatic activity of the bacteriostatic composition, blend fragrance and moisten the skin.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the geranium oil, the cherokee rose fruit extract and the philippine flemingia root alcohol extract is (0.01-0.1): (0.01-0.05): (0.05-0.2).
More preferably, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt to the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil to the geranium oil to the cherokee rose fruit extract to the philippine flemingia root alcohol extract is 0.06:0.05:0.01:0.18: 0.16. In practice, the composition has good antibacterial effect and fragrance under the condition of the proportioning.
Still further, the bacteriostatic composition further comprises surfactants, the surfactants being cocamidopropyl betaine, lauryl glucoside and sodium coco sulfate. In practice, the addition of sodium cocoyl sulfate can improve the foamability of the product and make the foam rich and fine.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt, the cocamidopropyl betaine, the lauryl glucoside and the sodium cocoyl sulfate is (0.01-0.2): (5-15): (1-5).
Preferably, the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt, the cocamidopropyl betaine, the lauryl glucoside and the sodium cocoyl sulfate is (0.01-0.1): 8-12): 2-5): 1-3.
More preferably, the mass ratio of piroctone olamine, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauryl glucoside and sodium cocoyl sulfate is 0.06:10:3: 2.
Further, the bacteriostasis refers to inhibition of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans.
In addition, the invention also provides a herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer which takes the bacteriostatic composition as a main bacteriostatic component.
Further, the formulation is as follows:
phase A: 1-5% of sodium cocoanut oil alcohol sulfate and water, wherein the total amount of the sodium cocoanut oil alcohol sulfate is 100%;
phase B: 5-15% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-5% of lauryl glucoside and 5-10% of disodium cocoyl glutamate;
and C phase: 0.1-0.5% of lactic acid, 0.1-0.5% of lauroyl arginine ethyl ester HCl, 0.16-1.3% of skin conditioner, 0.01-0.2% of piroctone olamine salt, 0.02-0.5% of grapefruit oil, 0.1-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.5% of sodium benzoate, 0.1-0.5% of caramel color and 0.02-0.2% of benzophenone-4.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the hand sanitizer, which comprises the following steps:
s1, accurately weighing the phase A water, then adding the other phase A raw materials, starting stirring, heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 10-20 min, and cooling;
s2, cooling to 50-65 ℃, sequentially adding the raw materials of the phase B, continuously stirring at the stirring speed of 25-35 rpm until the mixture is completely uniform and has no particles, preserving the heat for 10-20 min, and beginning to cool;
s3, cooling to below 48 ℃, putting the weighed C-phase raw material into an emulsifying pot, vacuumizing and stirring until the C-phase raw material is completely and uniformly dissolved, continuing to stir for 8-20 min at a constant temperature, and then cooling;
s4, cooling to below 40 ℃, adjusting the pH to be within a range of 5-6, adjusting the viscosity to be 1000-2000, and enabling the light yellow to be transparent, uniform and consistent; discharging after the characteristic smell is qualified.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer takes the composition of piroctone olamine, grapefruit oil and cocoyl disodium glutamate as main bacteriostatic components, has obvious inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, particularly candida albicans, is safe and non-irritant by being matched with a highly natural skin care agent from plants, can further improve bacteriostatic activity and blend fragrance, so that the herbal bacteriostatic hand sanitizer has lasting special plant fragrance and achieves the effect of moistening skin; and the antibacterial effect has no obvious change after the antibacterial agent is placed for 90 days under the stability test investigation condition, and the stability is good.

As can be seen from table 1, grapefruit oil, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, geranium oil, cherokee rose fruit extract and mogrol extract all have certain inhibitory effects on bacteria (escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus), but have weak inhibitory effects on fungi (candida albicans); the piroctone olamine salt has a strong inhibition effect on fungi, but has a small inhibition effect on bacteria; the combination of the piroctone olamine salt and the plant extracts such as the grapefruit oil and the like has no obvious change compared with the bacteriostatic effect when the piroctone olamine salt is used alone, and the bacteriostatic effect of bacteria and fungi can reach a more ideal level only when the piroctone olamine salt, the grapefruit oil and the cocoyl disodium glutamate are combined.
2. Proportioning optimization of antibacterial composition
After the antibacterial combination is obtained, the proportion of the antibacterial combination is optimized. The result shows that the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt to the grapefruit oil to the disodium cocoyl glutamate is (0.01-0.2) to (0.02-0.5) to (5-10), and the optimal mass ratio is 0.06 to 0.1 to 7; the mass ratio of the piroctone olamine salt, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the geranium oil, the cherokee rose fruit extract and the moghania philippinensis alcohol extract is (0.01-0.2): (0.05-0.2): 0.01-0.1): 0.05-0.5), and the best data is 0.06:0.05:0.1:0.18:0.16, which is shown in the table 2.
