技术领域
本发明涉及具备EGR装置的发动机。
背景技术
公知有具备使排气的一部分回流到进气中的EGR装置的发动机。EGR装置通过使燃烧后的氧浓度低的排气(EGR气体)回流到进气中来降低燃烧温度,通过该燃烧温度的降低来抑制氮氧化物的产生。一般而言,EGR气体在被EGR冷却器冷却后回流到进气中。
在下述专利文献1中,公开了下述构造:在气缸体的侧面具备EGR冷却器,EGR冷却器的EGR气体入口侧的凸缘被排气岐管支承,EGR冷却器的EGR气体出口侧的凸缘被与排气岐管不同的部件的排气连通管支承。另外,在下述专利文献2中,公开了用两条带将EGR冷却器固定在排气岐管的外侧面的构造。

在专利文献1中,由于支承EGR气体入口侧和EGR气体出口侧的构件不同,所以因各构件的热伸长的差异而在EGR冷却器的凸缘施加有应力。另外,在专利文献2中,需要准备多个用于支承EGR冷却器的带,存在构件件数增加而成本增加的担忧。
发明内容
因此,本发明是鉴于上述课题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能够抑制因热伸长而施加到EGR冷却器的凸缘的应力,并且削减构件件数的发动机。
本发明的发动机具备排气岐管、进气岐管以及将来自上述排气岐管的EGR气体供给到上述进气岐管的EGR装置,
在设置于上述排气岐管的向下突出的安装部,安装有朝向下方延伸的EGR冷却器的上端。
在本发明中,也可以构成为从上述EGR冷却器向上述进气岐管延伸的EGR配管的一部分形成于上述排气岐管的内部。
在本发明中,也可以构成为上述EGR冷却器具备冷却EGR气体的冷却部、和对EGR气体向上述冷却部的流入进行控制的切换阀,
在来自上述排气岐管的EGR气体的温度为规定温度以下的情况下,上述切换阀阻止EGR气体向上述冷却部的流入,在来自上述排气岐管的EGR气体的温度比规定温度高的情况下,上述切换阀允许EGR气体向上述冷却部的流入。
在本发明中,也可以构成为上述安装部具备:第一开口,其用于向上述EGR冷却器供给来自上述排气岐管的EGR气体;和第二开口,其用于向上述EGR配管供给来自上述EGR冷却器的EGR气体。
在本发明中,也可以构成为在上述EGR冷却器的上端形成有供给EGR气体的供给口和排出EGR气体的排出口,上述EGR冷却器在内部具备与上述供给口和上述排出口连接的U字状的路径。
根据本发明,由于EGR冷却器仅在一处被排气岐管支承,因此能够抑制因热伸长而施加到EGR冷却器的凸缘的应力。另外,由于不需要另外使用多个带等来支承EGR冷却器,因此能够削减构件件数。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
首先,参照图1和图2对发动机1的概略构造进行说明。此外,在以下的说明中,将与曲轴2平行的两侧部称为左右,将冷却风扇8的配置侧称为前侧,将飞轮壳9的配置侧称为后侧,将排气岐管6的配置侧称为左侧,将进气岐管5的配置侧称为右侧,将气缸盖罩7的配置侧称为上侧,将油盘11的配置侧称为下侧,方便起见,将这些作为发动机1的四方和上下位置关系的基准。
搭载于农业机械、建设、土木机械之类的作业机械的作为原动机的发动机1具备内置有作为发动机输出轴的曲轴2和活塞(未图示)的气缸体3。在气缸体3上搭载有气缸盖4。在气缸盖4的右侧面配置有进气岐管5,在气缸盖4的左侧面配置有排气岐管6。气缸盖4的上面侧被气缸盖罩7覆盖。使曲轴2的前后两端侧从气缸体3的前后两侧面突出。在发动机1的前面侧设置有冷却风扇8。旋转动力从曲轴2的前端侧经由冷却风扇用V型带向冷却风扇8传递。
在发动机1的后面侧设置有飞轮壳9。飞轮10以被支承于曲轴2的后端侧的状态收纳在飞轮壳9内。发动机1的旋转动力从曲轴2经由飞轮10向作业机械的工作部传递。在气缸体3的下表面配置有存积发动机油的油盘11。油盘11内的发动机油经由气缸体3内的油泵(未图示)向发动机1的各润滑部供给,其后,返回到油盘11。
在气缸体3的右侧面的进气岐管5的下方配置有燃料供给泵13。另外,发动机1具备四缸的喷射器14,该喷射器14具有电磁开闭控制型的燃料喷射阀。通过对各喷射器14的燃料喷射阀进行开闭控制,将共轨内的高压燃料从各喷射器14向发动机1的各气缸喷射。
在气缸体3的前面侧配置有冷却水供给用的冷却水泵15。冷却水泵15通过曲轴2的旋转动力经由冷却风扇用V型带而与冷却风扇8一起被驱动。搭载于作业机械的散热器(未图示)内的冷却水通过冷却水泵15的驱动,供给到气缸体3和气缸盖4,冷却发动机1。有助于冷却发动机1的冷却水返回到散热器。此外,在冷却水泵15的上方配置有交流发电机16。
在进气岐管5连结有进气节气门部件17。被空气滤清器(未图示)吸入的新气(外部空气)被空气滤清器除尘和净化后,经由进气节气门部件17输送到进气岐管5,向发动机1的各气缸供给。
在进气岐管5的上部配置有EGR装置18。EGR装置18是向进气岐管5供给发动机1的废气的一部分(来自排气岐管6的EGR气体)的装置,其具备经由EGR冷却器20而与排气岐管6连接的EGR配管21、和使进气岐管5与EGR配管21连通的EGR阀箱19。
利用螺栓将EGR阀箱19的向下的开口端部紧固在从进气岐管5向上突出的入口部。另外,EGR阀箱19的向右的开口端部与EGR配管21的出口侧连结。通过调节收纳在EGR阀箱19内的EGR阀部件(未图示)的开度,来调节EGR气体从EGR配管21向进气岐管5的供给量。EGR阀部件由安装于EGR阀箱19的致动器22驱动。
从空气滤清器经由进气节气门部件17向进气岐管5供给的新气与从排气岐管6经由EGR阀箱19向进气岐管5供给的EGR气体(从排气岐管6排出的废气的一部分)在进气岐管5内混合。如此通过使从排气岐管6排出的废气的一部分经由进气岐管5回流到发动机1,来降低燃烧温度,减少来自发动机1的氮氧化物(NOX)的排出量。
EGR配管21与EGR冷却器20和EGR阀箱19连接。EGR配管21具备配置于气缸盖4的右侧的第一EGR配管21a、形成于气缸盖4的后端部的第二EGR配管21b以及配置于气缸盖4的左侧的第三EGR配管21c。
第一EGR配管21a整体为L字状的管。对于第一EGR配管21a而言,入口侧与第二EGR配管21b的出口侧连结,出口侧与EGR阀箱19连结。
如图2所述,第二EGR配管21b以在左右方向上贯通的方式形成于气缸盖4的后端部。即,第二EGR配管21b与气缸盖4一体化。对于第二EGR配管21b而言,入口侧与第三EGR配管21c的出口侧连结,出口侧与第一EGR配管21a的入口侧连结。
第三EGR配管21c形成于排气岐管6的内部。即,第三EGR配管21c与排气岐管6一体化。通过将第三EGR配管21c和第二EGR配管21b与排气岐管6和气缸盖4一体化,能够节省空间,并且不易受到外部的冲击。
图3是排气岐管6和EGR冷却器20的分解立体图。图4是排气岐管6的俯视图、主视图以及仰视图。排气岐管6具备使来自各气缸的排气口的废气汇集成一个而向排气管排出的汇集部61、从汇集部61的后端向下突出的安装部62以及从安装部62向后方延伸的EGR配管部63。上述的第三EGR配管21c形成为EGR配管部63。
排气岐管6的安装部62具备:第一开口62a,其用于向EGR冷却器20供给来自排气岐管6的EGR气体;和第二开口62b,其用于向第三EGR配管21c供给来自EGR冷却器20的EGR气体。第一开口62a和第二开口62b沿前后方向并排配置。在安装部62的内部形成有使汇集部61与第一开口62a连通的EGR气体取出流路62c。
EGR冷却器20是沿上下方向延伸的大致四棱柱状。EGR冷却器20安装在设置于排气岐管6的向下突出的安装部62。EGR冷却器20的上端被螺栓紧固于安装部62。在本实施方式中,以与气缸(未图示)的轴线方向平行(纵置)的方式悬臂支承于排气岐管6。
在EGR冷却器20的上端具备从排气岐管6供给EGR气体的供给口20a和将EGR气体向第三EGR配管21c排出的排出口20b。供给口20a和排出口20b沿前后方向并排配置,供给口20a与排气岐管6的第一开口62a连结,排出口20b与排气岐管6的第二开口62b连结。另外,在EGR冷却器20的内部形成有与供给口20a和排出口20b连接的U字状的路径。EGR气体在从供给口20a进入下方后进行U形转弯,进入上方而朝向排出口20b。由此,从供给口20a供给到EGR冷却器20的EGR气体经过U字状的路径从排出口20b排出。
另外,如图2所示,从后方观察时EGR冷却器20与齿轮壳罩23重叠。齿轮壳罩23与飞轮壳9对置地设置,与飞轮壳9一起从前后覆盖凸轮轴齿轮(未图示)。通过利用齿轮壳罩23和飞轮壳9覆盖凸轮轴齿轮,能够隔音而降低齿轮噪声。EGR冷却器20通过与齿轮壳罩23重叠,来保护其免受外部的(特别是来自后方的)冲击。
图5是示意性地表示EGR冷却器20的剖视图的图,(a)表示关闭了切换阀201的状态,(b)表示打开了切换阀201的状态。图中的箭头表示EGR气体的流动。
EGR冷却器20具备冷却EGR气体的冷却部20c、和控制EGR气体向冷却部20c的流入的切换阀201。冷却部20c设置于EGR冷却器20的下部,通过冷却水泵15的驱动向周围供给冷却水,能够冷却在冷却部20c通过的EGR气体。
在来自排气岐管6的EGR气体的温度为规定温度以下的情况下,如图5的(a)的所示,切换阀201关闭向冷却部20c的流路,阻止EGR气体向冷却部20c的流入。由此,在EGR气体为低温时,不将EGR气体供给到冷却部20c,因此能够进行提前预热。另一方面,在来自排气岐管6的EGR气体的温度比规定温度高的情况下,如图5的(b)所示,切换阀201打开向冷却部20c的流路,允许EGR气体向冷却部20c的流入。由此,在EGR气体为高温时,能够通过向冷却部20c供给EGR气体来适当地控制EGR气体的温度。

所述安装部具备:
第一开口,其用于向所述EGR冷却器供给来自所述排气岐管的EGR气体;和
第二开口,其用于向所述EGR配管供给来自所述EGR冷却器的EGR气体。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的发动机,其中,
在所述EGR冷却器的上端形成有被供给EGR气体的供给口和排出EGR气体的排出口,所述EGR冷却器在内部具备与所述供给口和所述排出口连接的U字状的路径。
