Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a method for managing video color ring, which is applied to a server. The embodiment mainly realizes that when at least one party of two calling parties enters the preset area, the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area can be played in the process of waiting for connection even if the two parties do not open the video color ring service, so that the purpose of popularizing the personalized video color ring is achieved. This embodiment can be used in the following application scenarios: enterprise image display, product marketing, travel promotion, party political propaganda, legal propaganda, public welfare propaganda and the like, particularly on the aspect of public welfare popularization. Such as: when a user enters a field forest area, the user can play a public welfare video color ring during a waiting period when actively dialing a call, so that the user is reminded of doing forest fire prevention or strictly forbidding garbling and stealing, and a positive effect is played on the popularization aspect of public welfare career. The following describes implementation details of the video color ring management method of this embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for easy understanding and is not necessary to implement the present invention.
The flowchart of the method for managing a video color ring in this embodiment may be as shown in fig. 1, and specifically includes:
step 101: responding to a call request of a calling terminal for a called terminal, and determining whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are/is located in a preset area; if yes, go to step 102, otherwise the process ends.
For example, after determining that the calling terminal sends a call request for the called terminal, the server may determine whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are located in the preset area in response to the call request for the called terminal from the calling terminal. In a specific implementation, the server may continuously detect whether the calling terminal and the called terminal are connected, and determine whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are located in a preset area on the premise of determining that the calling terminal and the called terminal are not connected.
The calling terminal and the called terminal can be terminal devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers which can be used for communication. The preset area can be set according to actual needs, such as an administrative area, a tourist attraction, a forest fire prevention area and the like. In specific implementation, a virtual electronic fence can be constructed by using a network base station to form an electronic fence area, the electronic fence area is a preset area, and a full-network unique electronic fence tag corresponding to the electronic fence area can be automatically generated and can be used for identifying the electronic fence area. For example, the name of the electronic fence area may be used, that is, different preset areas may have different electronic fence tags.
For example, there are 3 base stations near a certain tourist attraction, and the signal coverage areas of the 3 base stations all include areas in the tourist attraction, and then the 3 base stations may be correlated, that is, the signal coverage areas of the 3 base stations may be correlated to obtain an electronic fence area. The electronic fence label of the electronic fence area can be the name of the tourist attraction.
In one example, the manner of determining whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are located in the preset area may be: after receiving the state information reported by the calling terminal and/or the called terminal, determining whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal is located in a preset area, namely determining that at least one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in the preset area. The state information is information reported when the calling terminal detects that the calling terminal is located in a preset area, and/or information reported when the called terminal detects that the called terminal is located in the preset area. Taking the state information as the information reported by the calling terminal when the calling terminal detects that the calling terminal is located in the preset area as an example, the base station in the preset area can detect that the calling terminal enters the preset area, so as to send a notification message to the calling terminal, and the calling terminal can determine that the calling terminal is located in the preset area at the current moment after receiving the notification message, so that the calling terminal can report the state information to the server. The server receives the state information uploaded by the calling terminal, the calling terminal is located in the preset area, the called terminal is located in the preset area when the state information uploaded by the called terminal is received, and the calling terminal and the called terminal are both located in the preset area when the state information uploaded by the calling terminal and the called terminal is received. The state information can also carry electronic fence tags of electronic fence areas, and the server can distinguish the electronic fence areas where different terminals are located according to the received electronic fence tags.
In another example, the manner of determining whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are located in the preset area may further be: the method comprises the steps of obtaining real-time positions of a calling terminal and a called terminal which establish a calling relation, and determining whether at least one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in a preset area or not according to the real-time positions. For example, the calling terminal and the called terminal may report their respective locations in real time after establishing the call relationship, so that the server may determine whether at least one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in the preset area according to the reported locations.
It can be understood that if the calling terminal is located in the preset area, or the called terminal is located in the preset area, or both the calling terminal and the called terminal are located in the preset area, the step 102 may be continuously performed, otherwise, the process is ended. That is, if either one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in the electric fence area, the step 102 may be continued.
Step 102: determining whether a first terminal which does not open a video color ring service exists in a calling terminal and a called terminal; if yes, go to step 103, otherwise the process ends.
That is to say, when the calling terminal and the called terminal are not connected, whether the calling terminal and the called terminal open the video color ring back tone service or not is judged, and the terminal which does not open the video color ring back tone service is taken as the first terminal.
In an example, the manner of determining whether the first terminal which does not open the video color ring back tone service exists in the calling terminal and the called terminal may be: respectively acquiring user identification codes of a calling terminal and a called terminal; and determining whether a first terminal which does not open the video color ring service exists in the calling terminal and the called terminal or not by inquiring the user identification code in the video color ring platform. The Subscriber identity may be an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), and the IMSI is a mark for distinguishing a Mobile Subscriber and is stored in the SIM card, and can be used to distinguish valid information of the Mobile Subscriber. In the specific implementation, an interface of the video color ring platform can be called, so that the user identification codes of the calling terminal and the called terminal are inquired in the video color ring platform, and whether the video color ring service is opened by the calling terminal and the called terminal is judged according to the inquiry result. For example, the server may send the user identification codes of the calling terminal and the called terminal to the video color ring platform, and the video color ring platform queries whether the user corresponding to the user identification code opens the video color ring service according to the received user identification code, and feeds back the query result to the server, so that the server may determine whether the calling terminal and the called terminal open the video color ring service according to the query result fed back by the video color ring platform, and further determine whether a first terminal that does not open the video color ring service exists in the calling terminal and the called terminal. In a specific implementation, the user identification codes of the calling terminal and the called terminal may be carried in the status information. For example, if the calling terminal enters the electronic fence area, the calling terminal may obtain the IMSI of the called terminal that establishes the call relationship with the calling terminal, and report the IMSI of the calling terminal and the IMSI of the called terminal to the server, carrying them in the state information.
In another example, the method for determining whether the first terminal which does not open the video color ring back tone service exists in the calling terminal and the called terminal may further include: the method comprises the steps that a calling terminal and a called terminal directly send opening information or non-opening information of a video color ring back tone service to a server, and the server can judge whether the calling terminal and the called terminal open the video color ring back tone service according to the opening information or the non-opening information sent by the calling terminal and the called terminal, so that whether a first terminal exists is determined.
That is, if the video polyphonic ringtone service is not opened in the calling terminal and the called terminal, step 103 is executed, and if the video polyphonic ringtone service is not opened in the calling terminal and the called terminal, that is, both the calling terminal and the called terminal have opened the video polyphonic ringtone service, the process is ended, that is, both the calling terminal and the called terminal can play the opened video polyphonic ringtone according to the method in the prior art.
Step 103: and temporarily opening the video color ring back tone service of the first terminal.
The first terminal may be: a calling terminal and/or a called terminal. That is, the video color ring back tone service is temporarily opened for the calling terminal and/or the called terminal which judges that the video color ring back tone service is not opened. That is, if the video color ring back tone service is not opened by the calling terminal, the video color ring back tone service of the calling terminal is temporarily opened, and if the video color ring back tone service is not opened by the called terminal, the video color ring back tone service of the called terminal is temporarily opened.
In an example, the manner of temporarily opening the video color ring back tone service of the first terminal may be: if the first terminal comprises a calling terminal, indicating the video color ring platform to temporarily open the video color ring service of the calling terminal according to the user identification code of the calling terminal; and if the first terminal comprises a called terminal, indicating the video color ring back tone platform to temporarily open the video color ring back tone service of the called terminal according to the user identification code of the called terminal. For example, if it is determined that the calling terminal does not open the video color ring service, the server may send the IMSI of the calling terminal to the video color ring platform to instruct the video color ring platform to temporarily open the video color ring service of the calling terminal according to the IMSI of the calling terminal. The way of temporarily opening the video color ring service of the called terminal is similar to that of the calling terminal, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
In a specific implementation, the time for temporarily opening the video color ring back tone service may also be: if the terminal is detected to be in the preset area and the video color ring back tone service of the terminal is detected not to be opened, the video color ring back tone service of the terminal is temporarily opened, so that the video color ring back tone service is temporarily opened if the terminal is actively called or called by other people when the terminal is in the preset area.
In addition, when the calling terminal and the called terminal are not located in the preset area, the initial state of the user can be restored, for example, the video polyphonic ringtone service which is temporarily opened before being closed.
Step 104: and acquiring a temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area, and sending the temporary video color ring to the video color ring platform.
Specifically, different types of temporary video ring back tones can be prestored in the server, and the temporary video ring back tones corresponding to different preset areas can be not identical. Different types of temporary video color ring can be respectively used for enterprise image display, product marketing, travel promotion, party administration propaganda, law propaganda, public welfare propaganda and the like. For example, if the preset area is a field forest area, the corresponding temporary video color ring may be: and the public welfare video color ring is used for reminding that the forest is well protected against fire or strictly prohibited from being hacked and stolen. If the preset area is the periphery of the school, the corresponding temporary video color ring can be a public service video color ring for promoting the safety of students and preventing and treating cold and weather conditions. If the preset area is a market, the corresponding temporary video color ring can be a video color ring for promoting discount conditions of brand clothing, life and supermarkets of the market. In specific implementation, in the same preset area, the temporary video ring back tones corresponding to different time periods can also have differences, so that the temporary video ring back tones can also embody time characteristics to a certain extent, and the temporary video ring back tones corresponding to the same preset area are enriched.
In an example, the obtaining of the temporary video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the preset area may include: and determining the regional characteristics of the preset region, and acquiring the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset region according to the regional characteristics. The regional characteristics may be attributes of a preset region, for example, the preset region belongs to a school, a hospital, a mall, a forest, a scenic spot, and the like, and different regional characteristics may correspond to different temporary video ring back tones. That is, the temporary video ring back tones corresponding to different preset areas are different due to different area characteristics of the different preset areas.
Further, the server may send the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area to the video color ring platform, so that the video color ring platform sends the temporary video color ring to the calling terminal and/or the called terminal. Therefore, when the calling terminal and the called terminal are not connected, the calling terminal and/or the called terminal can play the received temporary video color ring. That is, as long as the phone is not connected, the calling terminal and/or the called terminal can play the received temporary video polyphonic ringtone. For example, when a calling party is in a field forest area and dials the telephone of a called party, the calling terminal plays a public welfare video color ring during the call waiting period of the calling party, so that the calling party is reminded to do forest fire prevention or strictly forbid cutting and stealing, and the method plays a positive role in popularization of public welfare. Certainly, in the specific implementation, the called terminal of the called party can also play the same public-interest video color ring as the calling terminal. That is to say, when one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in the preset area, the calling terminal and/or the called terminal may play the temporary video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the preset area under the condition that the telephone is not switched on.
Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment, after any one or two of the two calling parties establishing the calling relationship enter the preset area, if the two calling parties are detected not to open the video polyphonic ringtone service, the video polyphonic ringtone service of the two calling parties can be controlled to be temporarily opened, the temporary video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the preset area is obtained and sent to the video polyphonic ringtone platform, and the video polyphonic ringtone platform can send the temporary video polyphonic ringtone to the calling terminal and/or the called terminal. Therefore, as long as two calling parties establishing a calling relationship enter a preset area, at least one calling party can push a temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area to any one or two calling parties even if the two calling parties do not open the video color ring service, so that the calling terminal and/or the called terminal can automatically play the temporary video color ring when the two calling parties are not connected, and personalized video color ring promotion, such as enterprise image display, product marketing, travel promotion, party administration promotion, legal promotion, public service propagation and the like, can be performed by fully utilizing a waiting time period before answering a call. The method is not limited by whether the user opens the video color ring service to a certain extent, and is favorable for carrying out targeted popularization on the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area in the preset area. Meanwhile, the video color ring back tone service is temporarily opened only after at least one of the calling parties enters the preset area, namely the opened video color ring back tone service has temporality, so that the popularization of the video color ring back tone is realized, and the initial states of the calling parties can be timely restored.
The second embodiment of the invention relates to a method for managing video color ring. The following describes implementation details of the video color ring management method of this embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for easy understanding and is not necessary to implement the present invention.
The flowchart of the method for managing a video color ring in this embodiment may be as shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes:
step 201: responding to a call request of a calling terminal for a called terminal, and determining whether the calling terminal and/or the called terminal are/is located in a preset area; if so, go to step 202, otherwise the process ends.
Step 202: determining whether a first terminal which does not open a video color ring service exists in a calling terminal and a called terminal; if so, go to step 203, otherwise go to step 205.
Step 203: and temporarily opening the video color ring back tone service of the first terminal.
Step 204: and acquiring a temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area, and sending the temporary video color ring to the video color ring platform.
The above steps 201 to 204 are substantially the same as the steps 101 to 104 in the first embodiment, except that the flow ends if the determination result in step 102 is no, and the following step 205 is executed if the determination result in step 202 is no.
Step 205: and if the second terminal which has opened the video color ring service exists in the calling terminal and the called terminal, informing the video color ring platform to temporarily idle the video color ring which has been opened by the second terminal, and sending the temporary video color ring to the video color ring platform.
The second terminal may be a calling terminal and/or a called terminal. Specifically, the server may call an interface of the video color ring platform, and send a notification message to the video color ring platform, where the notification message may carry a user identification code of the second terminal, and after receiving the notification message, the video color ring platform may temporarily idle the video color ring that has been activated by the second terminal according to the user identification code of the second terminal. The server sends the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area to the video color ring platform, so that the video color ring platform sends the temporary video color ring to the calling terminal and/or the called terminal, and the calling terminal and/or the called terminal can play the temporary video color ring corresponding to the preset area.
For convenience of understanding, the following explains the present embodiment by taking the case that the calling terminal is in a predetermined area, i.e. an electronic fence area, and the called terminal is in the electronic fence area, respectively:
example one: the calling terminal is in the electronic fence area, namely, a user in the electronic fence area makes a call to a user outside the electronic fence area. When a calling user A enters an electronic fence area, state information such as the IMSI number of a mobile phone of the user, an electronic fence label, time and the like can be actively reported to a server. The server receives the video color ring service of the calling terminal, for example, the server issues the IMSI number of the user mobile phone to the video color ring platform to query whether the calling terminal activates the video color ring service, and when it is determined that the calling terminal is not activated, the video color ring service of the calling terminal is activated temporarily. Then, the server can judge whether the called terminal establishing the call relation with the calling terminal opens the video color ring service. There are two ways:
the called terminal has opened the video color ring service. And the server calls an interface of the video color ring platform, temporarily idles the video color ring which is opened by the called terminal, and replaces the video color ring which is opened by the called terminal with the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area. And the calling terminal automatically plays the corresponding temporary video color ring in the electronic fence area during the calling waiting period. It should be noted that the operation does not cover the personalized video ring back tone library of the called terminal, and the personalized video ring back tone of the user B can still be normally displayed by other users dialing the called user B.
The called terminal does not open the video color ring service. And the server calls an interface of the video color ring platform, directly uses the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area, and realizes that the calling terminal automatically plays the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area during the calling waiting period.
When the calling user A leaves the electronic fence area, the calling terminal reports the user state, and the server can restore the video color ring service of the user to the most initial state of the user.
Example two: the called terminal is in the electronic fence area, namely, a user outside the electronic fence area makes a call to a user in the electronic fence area. And when the called user enters the electronic fence area, if the called terminal is determined not to open the video color ring back tone service, the video color ring back tone service is temporarily opened by default. Then, the server can judge whether the calling terminal establishing the call relation with the called terminal opens the video color ring service. There are two ways:
and the calling terminal opens the video color ring service. The server directly returns the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area temporarily opened by the called terminal, and the calling terminal automatically plays the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area during the calling waiting period.
The calling terminal does not open the video color ring service. The server identifies whether the state information uploaded by the called terminal carries an electronic fence label, if the state information carries the electronic fence label, the called terminal is in an electronic fence area, the server temporarily opens the video color ring service of the calling terminal, and the calling terminal automatically plays the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area during the calling waiting period, so that the personalized video color ring promotion purpose is achieved. If a calling party outside the electronic fence dials a called party inside the electronic fence, a calling terminal corresponding to the calling party outside the electronic fence actively plays a temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area.
It should be noted that, in the two examples, the calling terminal plays the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area, and in a specific implementation, the video color ring platform may also send the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area to the called terminal, so that the called terminal may also play the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area, which is beneficial to implementing bidirectional synchronous popularization of the video color ring on the calling terminal and the called terminal. That is to say, no matter whether the user opens the video color ring service, as long as one of the calling party and the called party enters the electronic fence area, the calling terminal and the called terminal can play the temporary video color ring corresponding to the electronic fence area in the time period of waiting for connection, which is beneficial to realizing the popularization of the personalized video color ring in the electronic fence area, i.e. the preset area.
Compared with the prior art, the video color ring back tone which is opened is temporarily idle, and the video color ring back tone platform sends the temporary video color ring back tone to the calling terminal and/or the called terminal, so that the calling terminal and/or the called terminal can play the temporary video color ring back tone corresponding to the preset area under the condition that at least one of the calling terminal and the called terminal is located in the preset area and the video color ring back tone service is originally opened, and the temporary video color ring back tone corresponding to the preset area is promoted in a targeted manner.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
