Description

Incoming call processing method, terminal device and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present application belongs to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an incoming call processing method, a terminal device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Because the existing mobile terminal is generally single-card single-standby or dual-card dual-standby, in order to meet the requirement that a user with multiple mobile phone cards can realize multiple cards and multiple standby without carrying multiple mobile terminals, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card management system independent of the mobile terminal equipment is developed. The SIM card communication management system comprises SIM card management equipment capable of being plugged with at least one SIM card and a communication module for managing the SIM card plugged on the SIM card management equipment, and can monitor incoming call requests of the multiple plugged SIM cards and forward the incoming call requests to an application program loaded on a mobile terminal of a user through a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), thereby realizing multi-card multi-standby.
In the prior art, a general mobile terminal is preset with a harassing call interception function, and the basic principle is that when an incoming call message broadcast by an operating system of the mobile terminal is monitored, number information in the incoming call message is compared with a local interception list so as to intercept a harassing call. However, in the multi-card multi-standby communication scheme implemented by the SIM card communication management system, the incoming call message broadcast of the system is not called when the mobile terminal receives the incoming call request forwarded by the SIM card communication management system through the VoIP, so that the harassing call interception function preset by the existing mobile phone is not suitable for the multi-card multi-standby communication scheme based on the SIM card communication management system, which results in that the multi-card multi-standby communication scheme based on the SIM card communication management system cannot intercept incoming calls.

The application scenario of the incoming call processing method in the embodiment of the application is a multi-card multi-standby communication scenario. As shown in fig. 1, the multi-card multi-standby communication scenario specifically includes a multi-card multi-standby system 11, a base station 12 and a calling terminal 13, which are detailed as follows:
the multi-card multi-standby system 11 includes a user terminal device 111 loading a target application, a server 112 providing a VoIP service, and a SIM card communication management system 113 loading a SIM card. The SIM card communication management system at least includes a SIM card management device 1131, and may further include a cloud communication device 1132. The SIM card management device 1131 may be inserted with one or more SIM cards, and have 0, 1, or more communication modules built therein; the cloud communication equipment is internally provided with 1 or more communication modules; the communication module is a module including a baseband chip and a radio frequency chip, and the SIM card communication management system can access a cellular network, a 4G network, or a 5G network to communicate with the base station 12 through the communication module. The SIM card management device 1131 or the cloud communication device 1132 in the SIM card communication management system 113 can also connect to the server 112 through a network such as WiFi, a network cable, or GPRS.
The connection establishment and communication process of the multi-card multi-standby communication scene is summarized as follows:
(1) the user terminal device 111 acquires the login account input by the user, and logs in the target application program.
(2) The device identifier of the SIM card management device 1131 is obtained by the target application program, and the device identifier and the current login account are uploaded to the server 112 together, so as to establish an association relationship between the device identifier and the login account.
(3) The SIM card management device 1131 obtains the unique SIM card identifier of each SIM card inserted into the local terminal, uploads all the unique SIM card identifiers and the device identifier of the SIM card management device 1131 to the server together, and establishes an association relationship among the login account, the device identifier, and the unique SIM card identifier according to the association relationship between the device identifier and the login account in the server; one login account can correspond to a plurality of equipment identifications, one equipment identification can correspond to a plurality of unique SIM card identifications, namely, one login account can be in contact with a plurality of SIM card management equipment, and one SIM card management equipment can be inserted into a plurality of SIM cards.
(4) After detecting that the SIM card is inserted, the SIM card managing device 1131 acquires an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the SIM card, and allocates a communication module to the SIM card. The SIM card management device may allocate a local communication module for the SIM card, or upload the IMSI of the SIM card to the server 112, so that the server 112 allocates a communication module of the cloud communication device 1132 for the SIM card according to a preset policy.
After distributing a communication module for the SIM card, the communication module initiates an authentication request to an operator according to the IMSI of the SIM card, and an authentication center returns a random number RAND. The SIM management device 1131 obtains the random number RAND, inputs the RAND to the SIM card, and calculates a response number SRES. The communication module acquires the response number SRES and uploads the response number SRES to the operator network to complete authentication. (5) The calling terminal 13 sends a first incoming call request including incoming call number information and destination number information to a communication module of an SIM card management device in the SIM card communication management system or to a communication module of a cloud communication device in the SIM card communication management system through the base station 12 according to a destination number (i.e., a dialed number input by a user), where the destination number corresponds to one SIM card inserted in the SIM card management device, that is, the destination number corresponds to SIM card unique identification information (hereinafter, referred to as destination SIM card unique identification information, which may be an IMSI of the SIM card) identifying the SIM card.
(6) And a communication module in the SIM card communication management system receives the first incoming call request, acquires the unique identification information of the target SIM card corresponding to the target number according to the first incoming call request, generates a second incoming call request containing the incoming call number information and the unique identification information of the target SIM card, and sends the second incoming call request to a server.
(7) The server receives the second incoming call request, inquires a login account number which is correspondingly bound with the equipment identifier of the SIM card management equipment for managing the target SIM card according to the unique identifier of the target SIM card and the association relation of 'login account number-equipment identifier-unique SIM card identifier information' stored in the server, and sends a third incoming call request containing the incoming call number information and the unique identifier information of the target SIM card to a target application program which logs in the login account number.
(8) If the user answers the third incoming call request through the target application, the user can perform voice communication with the caller who calls in through the caller terminal through the user terminal device-server-SIM card communication management system-base station-caller terminal.
The SIM card in the embodiment of the present application is a generalized SIM card, and includes, but is not limited to, a conventional SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card, a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM), and the like.
The first incoming call request in the embodiment of the application refers to an incoming call request sent to an SIM card communication management system by a calling terminal through a base station, the second incoming call request refers to an incoming call request forwarded to a server by the SIM card communication management system according to the first incoming call request, and the third incoming call request refers to an incoming call request forwarded to a target application program by the server according to the second incoming call request.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a first incoming call processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution subject of the incoming call processing method is an SIM card communication management system, the SIM card communication management system at least includes an SIM card management device and a communication module, the communication module may be a communication module built in the SIM card management device, or a communication module of a cloud distributed by a preset method, and the communication module of the cloud is loaded in a cloud communication device. Wherein SIM card management equipment can embed 0, 1 or a plurality of communication module, and cloud communication equipment loads 1 or a plurality of communication module, and the detail is as follows:
in S201, a first incoming call request is received, and a second incoming call request is sent to a server according to the first incoming call request, where the first incoming call request and the second incoming call request both include incoming call number information.
The SIM card communication management system receives the first incoming call request through a communication module in the SIM card management device or through a communication module in the cloud communication device. The first incoming call request comprises incoming call number information (namely number information of the host terminal) and target SIM card unique identification information corresponding to target number information dialed by the host terminal. And sending a second incoming call request to the server by the SIM card management equipment or the cloud communication equipment of the SIM card communication management system according to the first incoming call request, wherein the second incoming call request comprises incoming call number information and the unique identification information of the target SIM card.
Optionally, while or after the receiving the first incoming call request and sending a second incoming call request to the server according to the first incoming call request, the method further includes:
if the network abnormality between the home terminal and the server is detected, recording the information of the first incoming call request, or sending a message prompt tone to the calling terminal, recording message voice and generating missed call message information;
generating missed call information or missed call message information according to the information of the first call request, and sending the missed call information or missed call message information to a target application program through the server when the network is recovered, wherein the current login account of the target application program is bound with the equipment identification information of the SIM card management equipment.
After receiving the first incoming call request, if it is detected that a network anomaly exists between the current home terminal and the server, for example, it is detected that the home terminal has not received a heartbeat message of the server after exceeding a preset time, or a message of sending failure is received after sending the second incoming call request, or feedback information of the server cannot be received after sending the second incoming call request to the server according to the first incoming call request for multiple times, and the like, information of the current first incoming call request, for example, incoming call number information of the first incoming call request, unique identification information of a target SIM card of the first incoming call request, and the like, is recorded. Or if the network abnormality between the current home terminal and the server is detected, sending a message prompt tone to the calling terminal, indicating the calling party to leave a message, recording the message voice transmitted by the calling party at the home terminal, and then generating a missed call recording file according to the message voice.
And generating missed call information according to the information of the first call request, wherein the missed call information specifically comprises call number information and system timestamp information when the first call request is received. Or generating missed call message information according to the missed call recording file, where the missed call information may include the call number information of the first call request, the call time, the identification information of the missed call recording file, and the like.
And then, when the network is recovered, sending the missed call information or the missed call message information to a target application program through a server, wherein the target application program is an application program binding the current login account and the equipment identification information of the SIM card management equipment and is used for receiving information associated with the SIM card (namely the SIM card inserted into the SIM card management equipment) managed by the SIM card management equipment. Optionally, the sending the missed call information or the missed call message information to the target application program through the server when the network is recovered includes: sending network detection information to a server every preset time, and sending the missed call information or missed call message information to a target application program through the server until receiving information which is returned by the server and identifies network recovery; or when heartbeat information actively sent by the server is detected, the current network is recovered, and the missed call information or the missed call message information is sent to the target application program through the server.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first call request is received, when the SIM card communication management system detects that a network anomaly exists between the local terminal and the server, missed call information can be generated according to the first call request and the missed call information or missed call message information can be sent to the target application program through the server when the network is recovered, so that the user can be notified through the missed call information or missed call message information later even if the network anomaly exists, and the existence of unknown missed calls caused by the network anomaly is avoided.
In S202, if an interception instruction sent by the server according to the incoming call number information and the target interception number information is received, the incoming call is hung up.
The SIM card communication management system sends a second incoming call request to the server to instruct the server to compare incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request with target interception number information contained in interception setting information prestored in the server, and if the incoming call number information conforms to the target interception number information, the server sends an interception instruction to the SIM card communication management system.
If the SIM card communication management system receives the interception instruction, it indicates that the incoming call number (i.e. the number of the calling terminal) included in the first incoming call request and the second incoming call request is preset as the target interception number to be intercepted, and at this time, the incoming call is hung up. Specifically, the interception instruction is a first hang-up instruction for terminating the second incoming call request, that is, the server sends a hang-up instruction to the SIM card communication management system, and the SIM card communication management system sends a second hang-up instruction to the calling terminal after receiving the first hang-up instruction, so as to terminate the incoming call connection and complete the incoming call processing flow of this time.
Optionally, after the step S201, the method further includes:
a1: if a message leaving instruction sent by the server according to the incoming call number information and prestored message leaving setting information is received, sending a message leaving prompt tone to a calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal is a terminal device for sending a first incoming call request;
a2: receiving and recording the message voice sent by the calling terminal;
a3: if the message leaving duration exceeds the preset duration or a hang-up instruction of the calling terminal is received, hanging up the incoming call;
a4: and generating a recording file according to the recorded message voice and sending the recording file to the server so as to instruct the server to push the message to a target application program.
And the SIM card communication management system sends a second incoming call request to the server, and instructs the server to inquire whether the current incoming call number is the target message number of the specified message or not according to the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request and message setting information prestored in the server.
In a1, when the SIM card communication management system receives the message leaving instruction sent by the server, it indicates that the incoming call number of the calling terminal (i.e. the terminal device that sent the first incoming call request to the SIM card communication management system) of the current incoming call is the target message number, and at this time, sends a message leaving prompt tone to the calling terminal to instruct the incoming caller to leave a message according to the message leaving prompt tone. Optionally, sending a message prompt tone to the calling terminal according to a message prompt tone file prestored by an SIM card management device or a cloud communication device in the SIM card communication management system; or, the message prompt tone file corresponding to the target message number is immediately acquired from the server, and the message prompt tone is sent to the calling terminal. Optionally, the SIM card communication management system receives the message leaving instruction and at the same time receives a first hang-up instruction sent by the server, so as to terminate the current incoming call connection between the SIM card communication management system and the server.
In a2, the SIM card management device or the cloud communication device of the SIM card communication management system receives the message voice sent by the calling terminal, and records the message voice in real time. Specifically, if the communication task of the target SIM card corresponding to the first incoming call request is allocated to the communication module in the SIM card management device, the SIM card management device receives and records the message voice; and if the communication task of the target SIM card corresponding to the first incoming call request is distributed to the communication module in the cloud communication equipment, receiving and recording the message voice by the cloud communication equipment.
In a3, the message leaving duration specifically refers to a time interval between the current time point and the time point at which the message leaving instruction is sent, and if the message leaving duration exceeds a preset duration, a second hang-up instruction is sent to the host terminal, so that the current incoming call connection between the SIM card communication management system and the calling terminal is terminated. Or, when a hangup instruction (namely, hangup initiated by the calling party after the message is left) sent by the calling terminal actively is received, terminating the connection between the SIM card communication management system and the current incoming call of the calling terminal.
In a4, the recorded message voice is saved to generate a recording file, and the recording file is sent to the server to instruct the server to send the message to the target application program. The target application is an application bound by the current login account and the device identification information of the SIM card management device, and is configured to receive information associated with a SIM card managed by the SIM card management device (i.e., an SIM card inserted into the SIM card management device).
In the embodiment of the application, because the SIM card communication management system can send the message prompt tone to the calling terminal according to the message instruction sent by the server, record the message voice of the calling terminal and generate the recording file to be sent to the server so as to indicate the server to push the message to the target application program, the message function can be added in the multi-card multi-standby communication scheme, and the message is timely notified to the user through the target application program, so that the incoming call processing is more intelligent.
Optionally, after the sending the message prompt tone to the calling terminal, the method further includes:
sending message leaving state identification information to the target application program through the server to inform the target application program that the target application program is in a message leaving state currently;
correspondingly, while receiving and recording the message voice sent by the calling terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
and if receiving an answering instruction sent by a target application program through a server, stopping recording the message voice and transmitting the call voice between the calling terminal and the target application program.
In the embodiment of the application, after the SIM card communication management system sends the message prompt tone to the calling terminal, the message recording is started, and the message state identification information is sent to the target application program so as to inform the target application program of the message state of the current system. Specifically, the message status identification information includes the current incoming call number information for leaving a message and the current message status information, and the message status information is information identifying "leaving a message" or "leaving a message completed". Optionally, after sending a message prompt tone to the calling terminal, sending message state identification information identifying "stay in the speech" to the target application program through the server; and after the message is left and the recording file is generated, sending message state identification information for identifying that the message is left to the target application program through the server.
After the target application program receives the message identification information, in a time period of recording message voice by the SIM card communication management system, specifically, after the message state identification information of the identification 'leave in the word' is received and before the message state identification information of the identification 'leave the message completed' is received, the user can perform answering operation and send an answering instruction, and the answering instruction is transmitted to the SIM card communication management system through the server. When the SIM card communication management system receives the answering instruction, stopping the current message voice recording operation, starting to put through the call between the calling terminal and the target application program of the user side, and transmitting the call voice between the calling terminal and the target application program. Specifically, user voice acquired by the target application program is sent to an SIM card communication management system through a server, and the SIM management system transmits the user voice to a calling terminal; similarly, the calling party voice acquired by the calling terminal is sent to the SIM management system, and then the SIM management system transmits the calling party voice to the target application program of the user terminal equipment through the server, so that the call voice transmission between the calling terminal and the target application program is realized. Optionally, in step a1, if the SIM card communication management system receives a message instruction and also receives a first hang-up instruction sent by the server, the current incoming call connection between the SIM card communication management system and the server is terminated, and correspondingly, the terminal answer instruction in the embodiment of the present application is a reverse incoming call request instruction initiated by the server by the target application program, and after receiving the reverse incoming call request instruction, the SIM card communication management system reestablishes the current incoming call connection between the SIM card communication management system and the server, stops recording the message voice, and transmits the call voice between the calling terminal and the target application program.
In the embodiment of the application, when the incoming call number is the specified target message number, the user can still answer the incoming call before the message leaving of the calling party is finished, so that the incoming call processing is more intelligent, and the user experience is further improved.

fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a second incoming call processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the incoming call processing method is a server, and the server is capable of providing a VoIP service, and details are as follows:
in S401, a second incoming call request sent by the SIM card communication management system is received, and if the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request matches the target interception number information, an interception instruction is sent to the SIM card communication management system, where the SIM card communication management system at least includes an SIM card management device.
And the server receives a second incoming call request sent by the SIM card communication management system, and inquires whether the incoming call number information accords with the target interception number information or not according to the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request and the interception setting information of the home terminal. Optionally, the target interception number information is a target interception number attribute, for example, any one or more of a crank call, a take-away express and a blacklist may be set as the target interception number attribute; the server inquires the number attribute corresponding to the incoming call number according to the incoming call number information and the number attribute database stored by the server, and if the number attribute is the target interception number attribute, the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target interception number information. Optionally, the target interception number information may also be a specific target interception number, and if the incoming call number is found to be the target interception number according to the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request, the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request conforms to the target interception number information.
And if the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target interception number information, sending an interception instruction to the SIM card communication management system so as to indicate the SIM card communication management system to hang up the current incoming call. The SIM card communication management system is a system including at least a SIM card management device as described in the first embodiment.
In S402, an intercept message is sent to a target application program, where a current login account of the target application program is bound to the device identification information of the SIM card management device.
And generating an interception message at the same time or after the server sends the interception instruction to the SIM card communication management system, and sending the interception message to the target application program. The intercepted message at least includes the intercepted incoming call number information, and optionally, the intercepted message may further include number attribute information corresponding to the intercepted incoming call number, and time information when the second incoming call request is received. The target application is an application bound by the current login account and the device identification information of the SIM card management device, and is configured to receive information associated with a SIM card managed by the SIM card management device (i.e., an SIM card inserted into the SIM card management device). Specifically, according to the target unique identification information of the SIM card carried in the second incoming call request and the association relationship of "login account, device identification and unique identification information of the SIM card" pre-stored by the server, the device identification information for managing the SIM card is queried, and the corresponding login account is found, so as to determine the target application program for logging in the login account.
Optionally, after the receiving the second incoming call request sent by the SIM card communication management system, the method further includes:
b1: if the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target message number information or network abnormity is detected between the home terminal and the target application program, sending a message leaving instruction to the SIM card communication management system to indicate the SIM card communication management system to record message leaving voice, or directly sending a message leaving prompt voice stream to the calling terminal and recording the message leaving voice by the home terminal;
b2: acquiring a recording file generated according to the message voice;
b3: and sending a message to a target application program according to the recording file, wherein the message comprises the recording file or the identification information of the recording file.
Optionally, B1 specifically includes: the server inquires whether the incoming call number information accords with the target message number information or not according to the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request and the message setting information of the home terminal; and when the server inquires that the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target message number information, sending a message leaving instruction to the SIM card communication management system so as to instruct the SIM card communication management system to record message leaving voice. Or when the server inquires that the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target message number information, the server directly sends a message prompt voice stream to the calling terminal according to a message prompt tone prestored in the server local terminal, and directly records the message voice transmitted by the calling party through the calling terminal and the SIM card communication management system in the server local terminal. Optionally, the target message number information is a target message number attribute, and for example, "take-away express delivery" or "contact" may be set as the target message number attribute; the server inquires the number attribute corresponding to the incoming call number according to the incoming call number information and the number attribute database stored by the server, and if the number attribute is the attribute of the target message number, the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the information of the target message number. Optionally, the target message number information may also be a specific target message number, and if the incoming call number is found to be the target message number according to the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request, the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request conforms to the target message number information.
Optionally, B1 specifically includes: and if the network abnormity between the local terminal and the target application program is detected, sending a message instruction to the SIM card communication management system so as to instruct the SIM card communication management system to send a message prompt tone to the calling terminal and record the message voice sent by the calling terminal. Or if the network abnormity between the local terminal and the target application program is detected, the message prompt tone prestored in the local terminal of the server is directly sent to the calling terminal through the SIM card communication management system, and the message voice sent by the calling party through the calling terminal and the SIM card communication management system is directly recorded in the local terminal of the server. Specifically, when the home terminal receives a message of failed transmission after transmitting a third incoming call request to the target application program according to the second incoming call request, or cannot receive feedback information of the target application program after transmitting the third incoming call request to the target application program for multiple times, it is determined that a network anomaly exists between the home terminal and the target application program.
In B2, the server acquires a recording file generated from the recorded message voice. Specifically, the message voice may be recorded by the SIM card communication management system, and correspondingly, the recording file is also generated in the SIM card communication management system, the SIM card communication management system sends a message prompt tone to the calling terminal after receiving a message instruction from the server, records the message voice sent by the calling terminal and generates a recording file, and uploads the recording file to the server so as to obtain the recording file. Or, the message voice may be recorded by the server, and correspondingly, the recording file is generated by the server.
In B3, the server generates a message from the sound recording file and sends the message to the target application. Optionally, the message includes a recording file, or the message includes identification information of the recording file so that the user can obtain the recording file through the target application program to open the recording file to listen to the message voice of the calling party. Specifically, the identification information of the sound recording file may be a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) corresponding to the sound recording file, or may be a file name of the sound recording file. The URI includes, but is not limited to, a Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Optionally, the message includes incoming call number information, i.e., incoming call time information, so that the user can know the incoming call number and the incoming call time corresponding to the message.
In the embodiment of the application, the message leaving function can be added in the multi-card multi-standby communication scheme, and the message leaving function can inform the user of the message leaving function in time through the target application program, so that the incoming call processing is more intelligent. In addition, when the server and the target application program are detected to have network abnormality after the second incoming call request is received, the message function can be automatically started, message messages can be generated and are timely notified to the user through the target application program, and therefore the problem that incoming calls are missed due to network abnormality can be solved.
Optionally, if the incoming call number information included in the second incoming call request conforms to target message number information or a network anomaly between the local terminal and the target application program is detected, sending a message leaving instruction to the SIM card communication management system to instruct the SIM card communication management system to record message leaving voice, specifically including:
if the incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request conforms to the target message number information, sending a message leaving instruction to the SIM card communication management system to instruct the SIM card communication management system to record message leaving voice, or directly sending a message leaving prompt voice stream to the calling terminal and recording the message leaving voice by the home terminal;
and sending a third incoming call request to the target application program according to the second incoming call request.
And when the incoming call number information accords with the target message number information, the server sends a message leaving instruction to the SIM card communication management system or sends a message prompting voice stream to the SIM card communication management system, and then sends a third incoming call request to the target application program according to the second incoming call request, so that the user can still select to answer the incoming call request of the incoming call party in the message leaving process of the incoming call party.
Optionally, before the step S401, the method further includes:
acquiring and storing interception setting information and/or message setting information uploaded by the target application program, wherein the interception setting information comprises target interception number information, and the message setting information comprises target message number information.
The server acquires and stores interception setting information and/or message setting information set by a user through a target application program, so that when a second incoming call request sent by the SIM card communication management system is received later, whether the second incoming call request is intercepted or a message instruction is sent can be judged according to incoming call number information contained in the second incoming call request and the interception setting information and/or message setting information stored by the server. Specifically, the interception setting information includes target interception number information, which may be a target interception number attribute or a specific target interception number; the message setting information includes target message number information, which may be a target message number attribute or a specific target message number. Optionally, the message setting information further includes a specified message prompt tone file, and optionally, different message prompt tone files may be set for different attributes of the target message number or different target message numbers.
Optionally, before the step S401, the method further includes:
and acquiring and storing the self-defined message prompt tone file.
The user-defined message prompt sound file is recorded and uploaded by a user through a target application program, and the server acquires the user-defined message prompt sound file, and stores the user-defined message prompt sound file after format standardization (such as transcoding and verification) is carried out on the user-defined message prompt sound file. Optionally, after the user-defined message prompt tone file is successfully stored, the server returns a prompt message identifying that the user-defined message prompt tone file is successfully stored to the target application program. Optionally, after the user-defined message prompt tone file is successfully saved, the URI of the user-defined message prompt tone is generated, and the URI and the title name of the message prompt tone file are stored in a message prompt tone list. Optionally, after obtaining and storing the user-defined message prompt tone file each time, the server pushes the updated message prompt tone list to the target application program, so that the user can select the user-defined message prompt tone, and then receives a message prompt tone setting instruction sent by the user through the target application program, and selects a corresponding message prompt tone for the SIM card management device associated with the login account of the target application program. Optionally, after receiving the message prompt tone setting instruction each time, the server pushes the set message prompt tone file to the SIM card management device, or the cloud communication device corresponding to the SIM card management device.
Optionally, before the step S401, the method further includes:
acquiring a login account uploaded by a target application program and corresponding equipment identification information of SIM card management equipment;
