The supplementary service of the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) refers to a service for modifying or supplementing the basic telecommunication service of the SIM card, and the supplementary service of the SIM card cannot be provided to the Subscriber separately from the basic call service and must be provided together with the corresponding basic telecommunication service. The currently common supplementary services presumably include: number display service, call forwarding service, call waiting and call holding service, multi-party call service, and call restriction service.
The supplementary service setting process of the SIM card comprises the following steps: after a SIM card is installed and started up, a high definition Voice (Voice Over LTE) terminal sends a query message to a server of a network through an UT interface, the setting information of the current SIM card is queried, the server replies service opening information to the SIM card of the Voice terminal after receiving the query message, the Voice terminal queries certain supplementary service information to be set according to the SIM card opening service information replied by the server, and configures certain supplementary service according to a first rule identifier of the certain supplementary service; therefore, the basic telecommunication service and the supplementary service of the SIM card can be smoothly applied.
However, after the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card is installed on the voltage terminal 2 for use and setting the supplementary service after the voltage terminal 1 has set the supplementary service, because there may be a plurality of rule identifiers of a certain supplementary service replied by the network, the voltage terminal 2 may configure the supplementary service by using the second rule identifier, so that a situation that two configuration numbers exist for one supplementary service and become effective occurs, for example: the call forwarding service of the same SIM card may cause inconsistency of the numbers forwarded to different mobile phones, which may further cause a user to make a call.
