the second sending module 15 is further configured to, if yes, send switching information for switching the video call mode to the voice call mode to the video communication server, so that the video communication server establishes a connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
In some embodiments, the voice call information comprises: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo is the allowance of the voice call duration of each month within a preset first duration;
the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package is the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length.
In some embodiments, the determining module 14 is specifically configured to:
calculating the average voice call duration of the called number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration;
calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the called number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and determining whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
In some embodiments, the second sending module is further configured to send the identifier, the called number, and the obtained identifier of the video communication server to a unified data repository, so that the video communication server obtains the called number from the unified data repository, and establishes a connection for a voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is also provided a call setup system, including:
the video communication server of any of the above embodiments;
a policy control function as claimed in any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A call setup method applied to a video communication server, the method comprising:
receiving a call request of calling an application program of a called terminal in a video call manner, wherein the call request carries an identifier of the application program of the called terminal;
sending a first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier to a policy control function entity;
receiving switching information which is fed back by the strategy control functional entity based on the identification and is used for switching the mode of the video call into the mode of the voice call; wherein the switching information is the average duration of the voice call of the called number in the first duration calculated by the policy control functional entity according to the margin of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration included in the voice call information of the called number corresponding to the called terminal, and after calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the called number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length included in the video call information of the called number corresponding to the called terminal, determining information sent after the mode of the video call is switched to the mode of the voice call according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package; wherein the voice call information further comprises: the allowance of the voice call time length of each month in the preset first time length; the video call information further includes: a margin of data traffic for each month of the video call within the first duration;
sending a second query request for querying the called number corresponding to the identifier to a unified data repository according to the switching information;
receiving a called number fed back by the unified data repository based on the second query request;
and establishing the connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal according to the called number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the sending the first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier to the policy control function entity, the method further comprises:
acquiring a network connection mode of the called terminal;
and in response to the network connection mode being data traffic connection, executing the step of sending a first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier to a policy control function entity.
3. A call setup method applied to a policy control function entity, the method comprising:
receiving a first query request which is sent by a video communication server and used for querying call service information corresponding to an identifier, wherein the first query request is sent when the video communication server receives a call request which is sent by an application program of a calling terminal and used for calling the application program of a called terminal in a video call mode, and the identifier of the application program of the called terminal is carried in the call request;
determining a called number corresponding to the identification according to a mapping relation between the pre-stored identification and the number;
acquiring calling service information corresponding to the called number;
judging whether the called number handles the service of switching the video call to the voice call strategy or not according to the call service information;
if yes, sending a third query request for querying voice call information and video call information of the called number to an application service entity;
receiving voice call information and video call information fed back by the application service entity according to the third query request; the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo is the allowance of the voice call duration of each month within a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package is the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
judging whether the mode of the video call is switched to the mode of the voice call or not according to the voice call information and the video call information;
if so, sending switching information for switching the video call mode to a voice call mode to the video communication server so that the video communication server can establish the connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal;
the judging whether to switch the video call mode to the voice call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information comprises the following steps:
calculating the average voice call duration of the called number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration;
calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the called number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and determining whether to switch the video call mode to the voice call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein if the determination result of determining whether to switch the manner of the video call to the manner of the voice call based on the voice call information and the video call information is yes, the method further comprises:
and sending the identification, the called number and the acquired identification of the video communication server to a unified data repository, so that the video communication server acquires the called number from the unified data repository and establishes the connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
5. A video communication server, characterized in that the video communication server comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a call request which is sent by an application program of a calling terminal and calls the application program of a called terminal in a video call mode, wherein the call request carries an identification of the application program of the called terminal;
a first sending module, configured to send a first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier to a policy control function entity;
the first receiving module is further configured to receive switching information, which is fed back by the policy control function entity based on the identifier and is used for switching the video call mode to the voice call mode; wherein the switching information is the average duration of the voice call of the called number in the first duration calculated by the policy control functional entity according to the margin of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration included in the voice call information of the called number corresponding to the called terminal, and after calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the called number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length included in the video call information of the called number corresponding to the called terminal, determining information sent after the mode of the video call is switched to the mode of the voice call according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package; wherein the voice call information further comprises: the allowance of the voice call time length of each month in the preset first time length; the video call information further includes: a margin of data traffic for each month of the video call within the first duration;
the first sending module is further used for sending a second query request for querying the called number corresponding to the identifier to a unified data repository according to the switching information;
the first receiving module is further configured to receive a called number fed back by the unified data repository based on the second query request;
and the establishing module is used for establishing the connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal according to the called number.
6. The video communication server of claim 5, wherein the video communication server further comprises:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain a network connection mode of the called terminal before the first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier is sent to the policy control function entity;
the first sending module is configured to, in response to that the network connection mode is data traffic connection, execute the step of sending a first query request for querying the call service information corresponding to the identifier to a policy control function entity.
7. A policy control function entity, characterized in that the policy control function entity comprises:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a first query request sent by a video communication server and used to query call service information corresponding to an identifier, where the first query request is sent when the video communication server receives a call request sent by an application program of a calling terminal to call an application program of a called terminal in a video call manner, and the call request carries the identifier of the application program of the called terminal;
the determining module is used for determining a called number corresponding to the identification according to the mapping relation between the pre-stored identification and the number;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the calling service information corresponding to the called number;
the judging module is used for judging whether the called number handles the business of switching the video call to the voice call strategy or not according to the calling service information;
the second sending module is used for sending a third query request for querying voice call information and video call information of the called number to the application service entity if the called number is the same as the called number;
the second receiving module is further configured to receive voice call information and video call information fed back by the application service entity according to the third query request; the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo is the allowance of the voice call duration of each month within a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package is the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
the judging module is also used for judging whether to switch the video call mode to the voice call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information;
the second sending module is further configured to send, if yes, switching information for switching the video call mode to a voice call mode to the video communication server, so that the video communication server establishes a connection of the voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal;
the judging module is further used for calculating the average voice call duration of the called number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration; calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the called number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length; and determining whether to switch the video call mode to the voice call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
8. The policy control function entity according to claim 7,
the second sending module is further configured to send the identifier, the called number, and the obtained identifier of the video communication server to a unified data repository, so that the video communication server obtains the called number from the unified data repository, and establishes a connection for a voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
9. A call set-up system, the system comprising:
the video communication server of claim 5 or 6;
a policy control function entity according to claim 7 or 8.
