the video call information includes: the balance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the balance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length.
In some embodiments, the determining module 12 is specifically configured to:
calculating the average duration of the voice call of the calling number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration;
calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the calling number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and determining whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
In some embodiments, the voice call information further comprises: the voice call duration between the calling terminal and the called terminal is within a preset second duration;
the video call information further includes: the value of the data traffic of the video call between the calling terminal and the called terminal within the second duration;
wherein the second duration is less than the first duration.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal is further provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal includes:
a third sending module 21, configured to send a call request for calling a called terminal in a voice call manner to a session management function entity, where the call request carries a calling number;
a third receiving module 22, configured to receive switching information that is sent by the session management functional entity and is based on the call request feedback, where the switching information is used to switch the voice call mode to a video call mode;
and the calling module 23 is configured to call a preset application program in response to the information for confirming the handover, which is fed back by the calling user based on the handover information, so as to establish a call connection in a video call manner between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the application program.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is also provided a call setup system, including:
a session management function as in any one of the above embodiments;
a policy control function as described in any one of the above embodiments;
a terminal as claimed in any preceding embodiment.

And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should also be understood that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A method for call setup, the method comprising:
receiving a call request which is sent by a calling terminal and used for calling a called terminal in a voice communication mode, wherein the call request carries a calling number;
sending a first query request for querying call service information of the calling number to a policy control function entity;
receiving switching information which is fed back by the policy control function entity based on the first query request and is used for switching the mode of the voice call into the mode of the video call; the switching information is sent after the policy control functional entity judges that the voice call mode is switched to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information, wherein the voice call information comprises: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and sending the switching information to the calling terminal so that the calling terminal calls a preset application program when receiving information for confirming switching fed back by a calling user based on the switching information, and establishes a call connection in a video call mode between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the application program.
2. A method for call setup, the method comprising:
receiving a first query request which is sent by a session management function entity and used for querying call service information of a calling number, wherein the first query request is sent when the session management function entity receives a call request which is sent by a calling terminal and used for calling a called terminal in a voice call mode;
judging whether the calling number handles the service of switching the voice call to the video call strategy or not according to the prestored call service information;
if yes, sending a second query request for querying the voice call information and the video call information of the calling number to an application service entity;
receiving voice call information and video call information fed back by the application service entity according to the second query request; wherein the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
judging whether to switch the voice call mode to a video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information;
if so, sending switching information for switching the voice call mode to the video call mode to the session management functional entity, so that the session management functional entity sends the switching information to the calling terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information comprises:
calculating the average duration of the voice call of the calling number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration;
calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the calling number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and determining whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
4. A method for call setup, the method comprising:
sending a call request for calling a called terminal in a voice call mode to a session management function entity, wherein the call request carries a calling number;
receiving switching information fed back by the session management function entity based on the call request, wherein the switching information is used for switching the mode of the voice call to the mode of the video call; the switching information is sent to the session management function entity after the policy control function entity judges that the voice call mode is switched to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information, and the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and responding to the information for confirming the switching fed back by the calling user based on the switching information, and calling a preset application program so as to establish the call connection in a video call mode between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the application program.
5. A session management function entity, wherein the session management function entity comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a calling request which is sent by a calling terminal and used for calling a called terminal in a voice communication mode, wherein the calling request carries a calling number;
a first sending module, configured to send a first query request for querying call service information of the calling number to a policy control function entity;
the first receiving module is further configured to receive switching information, which is fed back by the policy control function entity based on the first query request and is used for switching the voice call mode to the video call mode; the switching information is sent after the policy control functional entity judges that the voice call mode is switched to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information, wherein the voice call information comprises: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
the first sending module is further configured to send the switching information to the calling terminal, so that the calling terminal invokes a preset application program when receiving information for confirming switching, which is fed back by a calling user based on the switching information, and establishes a call connection in a video call manner between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the application program.
6. A policy control function entity, characterized in that the policy control function entity comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a first query request which is sent by a session management functional entity and used for querying call service information of a calling number, wherein the first query request is sent when the session management functional entity receives a call request which is sent by a calling terminal and used for calling a called terminal in a voice call mode;
the judging module is used for judging whether the calling number handles the business of switching the voice call to the video call strategy or not according to the prestored call service information;
the second sending module is used for sending a second query request for querying the voice call information and the video call information of the calling number to an application service entity if the calling number is the calling number;
the second receiving module is further configured to receive voice call information and video call information fed back by the application service entity according to the second query request; the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
the judging module is further used for judging whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information;
the second sending module is further configured to send, if yes, switching information for switching the voice call mode to the video call mode to the session management function entity, so that the session management function entity sends the switching information to the calling terminal.
7. The policy control function entity according to claim 6, wherein the determining module is specifically configured to:
calculating the average duration of the voice call of the calling number in the first duration according to the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in the preset first duration;
calculating the average data flow value of the video call of the calling number in the first time length according to the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and determining whether to switch the voice call mode to the video call mode according to the average time length, the average data flow value, the allowance of the voice call time length of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package.
8. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
a third sending module, configured to send a call request for calling a called terminal in a voice call manner to a session management function entity, where the call request carries a calling number;
a third receiving module, configured to receive handover information that is sent by the session management function entity and is based on the call request feedback, where the handover information is used to switch the voice call mode to a video call mode; the switching information is sent to the session management function entity after the policy control function entity judges that the voice call mode is switched to the video call mode according to the voice call information and the video call information, and the voice call information includes: the allowance of the voice call duration of the current combo and the allowance of the voice call duration of each month in a preset first duration; the video call information includes: the allowance of the data flow of the video call of the current package and the allowance of the data flow of the video call of each month in the first time length;
and the calling module is used for responding to the information for confirming the switching, which is fed back by the calling user based on the switching information, and calling a preset application program so as to establish the call connection in a video call mode between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the application program.
9. A call set-up system, the system comprising:
a session management function entity according to claim 5;
a policy control function entity according to any one of claims 6 to 7;
the terminal of claim 8.
