Taking the example of playing the propaganda video color ring back tone based on the position of the calling terminal as an example, the interaction flow between the terminal and the video color ring back tone platform in the playing process of the video color ring back tone is specifically described. The calling terminal initiates a call request, and negotiates with the called terminal for audio capability through the video color ring platform. And after the negotiation is successful, the calling terminal and the called terminal reserve an audio resource channel. After the audio resource is reserved, if the calling party is a subscriber of the video color ring, the calling party and the video color ring platform perform video capability negotiation, and reserve the video resource. The method can carry the position information of the calling terminal in the process of audio capability negotiation or video capability negotiation, so that the video color ring platform can push the video color ring based on the position information of the calling terminal to a calling user according to the position information sent by the calling terminal, and the calling terminal plays the video color ring in the call waiting process after receiving the video color ring.
The above example is a process of selecting a video polyphonic ringtone played by a calling terminal according to the calling location information, and a process of selecting a video polyphonic ringtone played by a calling terminal based on the location information of a called terminal is specifically described below, as shown in fig. 8. The process of the calling terminal initiating the call request and performing the audio and video capability negotiation is the same as the process of pushing the video color ring played by the calling terminal based on the position information of the calling terminal, except that the position information of the called terminal is carried by the called terminal and the video color ring platform in the process of performing the resource negotiation, and is not described again here. After a video resource channel is reserved by the calling terminal, the video color ring platform pushes a video color ring corresponding to the position information of the called terminal to the calling terminal according to the position information of the called terminal, and the calling terminal plays the video color ring after acquiring the video color ring.
Similarly, in actual life, the called terminal can also play the video color ring based on the calling location information or the called location information, and the called terminal needs to reserve video resources through the video color ring platform, so as to achieve the purpose of playing the video color ring.
In addition, in order to promote the city business card, the calling terminal may be a city service terminal, and at this time, the called terminal needs to play the city promotion video color ring, and the specific flow is as shown in fig. 9.
When detecting that the user terminal is in a specific propaganda area, the city service terminal initiates a call request, and the calling and called terminals perform audio capability negotiation through the video color ring platform and reserve an audio resource channel. And the called terminal and the video color ring platform carry out video capability negotiation and reserve a video resource channel. And the video color ring back tone platform pushes the city propaganda video color ring back tone corresponding to the position information to the called terminal according to the received position information. And after receiving the city propaganda video color ring, the called terminal plays the city propaganda video color ring. Since the purpose of the call request initiated by the city service terminal is to enable the user to watch the city promotion video, the call with the user is not required to be established. Therefore, after the called terminal plays the urban propaganda video color ring, the calling and called terminals update the audio capacity, thereby ensuring to release the audio resources and improving the utilization rate of the channel.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A fifth embodiment of the present application provides a video color ring management platform, as shown in fig. 10, including at least one processor 1001; and memory 1002 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 1001; the memory 1002 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1001, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 1001, so that the at least one processor 1001 can execute the method for generating the video polyphonic ringtone.
The memory 1002 and the processor 1001 are coupled by a bus, which may comprise any number of interconnecting buses and bridges that interconnect one or more of the various circuits of the processor 1001 and the memory 1002. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and passes the data to the processor 1001.
The processor 1001 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory 1002 may be used for storing data used by the processor 1001 in performing operations.
A sixth embodiment of the present application provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 11, including at least one processor 1101; and a memory 1102 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 1101; the memory 1102 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1101, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 1101, so that the at least one processor 1101 can execute the video ring back tone generating method or the video ring back tone playing method.
The memory 1102 and the processor 1101 are coupled by a bus, which may comprise any number of interconnecting buses and bridges that interconnect one or more of the various circuits of the processor 1101 and the memory 1102. An eighth embodiment of the present invention relates to a video color ring generation system, as shown in fig. 13, including at least: a terminal 131 and a video color ring management platform 132; the terminal 131 is configured to receive a target video pushed based on the terminal location information, and send a subscription request to the video color ring management platform 132; the subscription request is used for subscribing video color ring generated based on the pushed target video; the video color ring back tone management platform 132 is configured to obtain a target video according to a subscription request after receiving the subscription request of the video color ring back tone sent by the terminal; the method comprises the steps that a subscription request of the video color ring is generated according to the position information of a terminal, and a target video is a video corresponding to the preset position information of the terminal; and generating a video color ring according to the target video, wherein the video color ring is used as the video color ring when the terminal is in a preset area range corresponding to the video color ring.
In addition, when the video color ring management platform 132 acquires the target video according to the subscription request, the target video is acquired according to the uniform resource locator carried by the subscription request; the uniform resource locator is carried in the subscription request, and the uniform resource locator corresponds to the position information of the terminal one by one;
in addition, the video color ring back tone management platform 132 is further configured to set the color ring back tone type of the video color ring back tone as a regional video color ring back tone after generating the video color ring back tone according to the target video; and the video color ring of the regional video color ring type is preferentially pushed when the terminal is in a preset region range corresponding to the video color ring.
In addition, when generating the video color ring based on the pushed target video, the terminal 131 specifically generates N video color ring corresponding to N target positions one by one according to the pushed propaganda video based on the city position, where the N target positions belong to a city advertised by the propaganda video based on the city position, and N is a positive integer greater than 1.
The ninth embodiment of the present invention relates to a video color ring generating system, which further includes: the video ring back tone platform 133 is shown in fig. 14.

A tenth embodiment of the present invention relates to a video color ring playing system, as shown in fig. 15, including at least: a terminal 131 and a video color ring platform 133; the terminal 131 is configured to trigger to acquire location information when a call request is initiated or received; sending the acquired location information to the video color ring platform 133; when receiving the video color ring back tone sent by the video color ring back tone platform 133, playing the received video color ring back tone; the video polyphonic ringtone platform 133 is configured to receive location information sent by the terminal; selecting a video color ring corresponding to the position information according to the position information; and sending the selected video color ring back tone to the terminal 131.
In addition, when sending the acquired location information to the video color ring platform, the terminal 131 sends the acquired location information to the video color ring platform specifically through a resource negotiation process with the video color ring platform.

after a subscription request of a video color ring sent by a terminal is received, a target video is obtained according to the subscription request; the subscription request of the video color ring is generated according to the position information of the terminal, and the target video is a preset video corresponding to the position information of the terminal;
and generating a video color ring according to the target video, wherein the video color ring is used as the video color ring when the terminal is in a preset area range corresponding to the video color ring.
2. The method for generating a video coloring ring back tone according to claim 1, wherein the subscription request carries a uniform resource locator for locating the target video; the uniform resource locators correspond to the position information of the terminals one by one;
the acquiring the target video according to the subscription request specifically includes:
and obtaining a target video according to the uniform resource locator carried by the subscription request.
3. The method for generating a video coloring ring back tone according to claim 1, further comprising, after the generating a video coloring ring back tone according to the target video:
setting the type of the polyphonic ringtone of the video polyphonic ringtone as a regional video polyphonic ringtone;
and the video color ring of the regional video color ring type is preferentially pushed when the terminal is in a preset region range corresponding to the video color ring.
4. A method for generating video color ring is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a target video pushed based on the position information of the terminal;
and sending a subscription request to a video color ring management platform, wherein the subscription request is used for subscribing the video color ring generated based on the pushed target video, so that the video color ring management platform generates the video color ring corresponding to the position information for the terminal, and the video color ring is used for pushing the video color ring to the terminal when the terminal is in a preset area range corresponding to the video color ring.
5. The method for generating video polyphonic ringtone according to claim 4, wherein the pushed target video is specifically a promotion video based on a city location; the video color ring generated based on the pushed target video specifically comprises: and N video color rings which correspond to N target positions one by one, wherein the N target positions belong to cities publicized by the publicized videos based on the city positions, and N is a positive integer greater than 1.
6. A method for playing video color ring is characterized in that the method is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a call request is initiated or received, triggering and acquiring position information;
sending the acquired position information to a video color ring platform for the video color ring platform to acquire a video color ring corresponding to the position information according to the position information;
and receiving the video color ring sent by the video color ring platform, and playing the received video color ring.
7. The method for playing a video polyphonic ringtone according to claim 6, wherein the sending the acquired location information to the video polyphonic ringtone platform specifically comprises:

after the sending the acquired location information to the video color ring platform, the method further comprises:
and updating the audio capability negotiation and releasing the audio resources.

selecting a video color ring corresponding to the position information according to the position information;
and sending the selected video color ring back tone to the terminal for playing by the terminal.
