Optionally, the image acquisition adjustment instruction may generate an adjustment interface, and the adjustment interface is displayed on a corresponding terminal display interface as an image acquisition adjustment guide.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first target image capable of being subjected to panoramic synthesis and the second target image incapable of being used for panoramic synthesis are determined by calculating the contact ratio of the images acquired by the terminal accessed into the video color ring group. And sending an image acquisition adjustment instruction to a terminal corresponding to the second target image, so that the acquired images are the first target image. And finally, the images acquired through the terminals in the video color ring back tone group can be used for synthesizing the panoramic image. In the embodiment of the invention, data support is provided for the panoramic image generation of the video color ring service platform.

sending an access request to the video color ring back tone service platform so as to access a call from a fourth terminal in the video color ring back tone group to a fifth terminal in the video color ring back tone group;
and receiving the video polyphonic ringtone of the video polyphonic ringtone group sent by the video polyphonic ringtone service platform, wherein the video polyphonic ringtone of the video polyphonic ringtone group is the video polyphonic ringtone currently played by the fourth terminal.
It should be noted that, in addition to accessing the user group by dialing the access number corresponding to the video polyphonic ringtone group, each terminal user belonging to the same video polyphonic ringtone group may also access the user group by dialing the access number during a telephone call between two terminal users in the video polyphonic ringtone group.

Therefore, by using the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the terminal user in the video polyphonic ringtone group can participate in the production of the video polyphonic ringtone in a polyphonic ringtone group mode, and a new interaction function is added to the video polyphonic ringtone.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a logic diagram of a video color ring processing method according to an embodiment of the invention.
In step 301, a terminal user may log in a video color ring platform, add group members to a group cluster by way of a telephone number or a video color ring client ID, and establish a video color ring interaction group.
Step 302, the video color ring back tone service platform responds to the received cluster creating instruction, creates a video color ring back tone user group, generates an access number aiming at the user group, and can send the access number to all terminal users in the video color ring back tone group in a short message mode.
Optionally, after receiving a cluster creation instruction uploaded by the terminal, the video color ring back tone platform firstly analyzes the instruction to obtain a phone number or a video color ring back tone client ID carried in the instruction, and creates a video color ring back tone user group based on the phone number or the video color ring back tone client ID carried in the creation instruction.
The video color ring back tone user group is created to obtain the consent of all terminal users, before the user group is created, the video color ring back tone platform can inform the terminal group of the creation affair by sending short messages to the terminals to be added into the group, and according to the feedback result of the terminal users, after the terminal users choose to be added into the group, the terminal users are added into the video color ring back tone user group.
Optionally, after the group creation is completed, the video color ring platform generates an access number for the video color ring group, and sends the access number to terminals in all groups in a short message manner, so that terminal users in subsequent groups can access the video color ring group through the access number.
It should be noted here that, in addition to accessing the user group by dialing the access number corresponding to the video polyphonic ringtone group, each terminal user belonging to the same video polyphonic ringtone group may also access the user group by dialing the access number during a telephone call between two terminal users in the video polyphonic ringtone group.
And 303, in response to the received positioning instruction, the user terminal acquires the current position information of the terminal user through a sensor or a positioning system and sends the current position information to the video color ring service platform.
Optionally, the video color ring back tone platform may receive a panoramic picture interaction instruction from the end user by clicking a virtual key on the video color ring back tone interface, and in response to the instruction, the video color ring back tone service platform may send the panoramic interaction invitation to other end users in the user group, and after the end user receives the invitation, issue an image acquisition instruction to each end user.
And step 304, in response to the image acquisition instruction sent by the video color ring platform, the terminal user can pop up a specific prompt box to prompt the user to call the terminal image acquisition device to acquire and upload the image.
Optionally, after receiving an image acquisition instruction issued by the video color ring platform, a terminal user pops up a prompt box on the video color ring interface to prompt the user to acquire an image, and after the user selects to acquire the image, the terminal can call a camera to acquire the image (or video), and upload the acquired image to the video color ring platform, and meanwhile, the terminal can carry the position information of the current shooting location in the image and send the image to the video color ring service platform.
And 305, the video color ring platform screens out pictures capable of synthesizing panoramic pictures by analyzing and processing the pictures uploaded by the terminal user, and performs panoramic picture synthesis processing on the pictures, and simultaneously sends an image acquisition adjustment instruction to a terminal corresponding to the pictures in a video color ring mode for the pictures not meeting the requirements.
And step 306, the terminal user can adjust the image acquisition according to the adjusting instruction, and take a picture again and send the picture to the video color ring service platform.
And 307, after all the pictures meet the requirements, the video color ring platform can generate a panoramic picture according to the pictures and send the panoramic picture to each terminal user as the current video color ring interaction background of the interaction cluster.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal accessed into the video color ring back tone group is used for collecting the image, the panoramic image is generated according to the collected image, and the generated panoramic image is used as the background image of the video color ring back tone group. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the generated video color ring back tone does not meet the requirements of the user only by pre-generating according to the setting of the user terminal in the related technology, thereby obtaining the video color ring back tone which better meets the requirements of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a video polyphonic ringtone processing apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a video polyphonic ringtone service platform, and includes:
a first sending module 401, configured to send an image acquisition instruction to a terminal in a video color ring group;
a first receiving module 402, configured to receive an image sent by the terminal in response to the image acquisition instruction;
a first generating module 403, configured to generate a panoramic image according to the image;
a second sending module 404, configured to send the panoramic image to a terminal in the video color ring back tone group, so that when the terminal plays the video color ring back tone corresponding to the video color ring back tone group, the panoramic image is used as a background image of the video color ring back tone.
In the embodiment of the invention, the panoramic image is generated according to the image collected by the terminal which receives and accesses the video color ring back tone group, and the generated panoramic image is used as the background image of the video color ring back tone group. Therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the generated video polyphonic ringtone is not in line with the user requirement because the generated video polyphonic ringtone can only be generated in advance according to the setting of the user terminal in the related technology, thereby obtaining the video polyphonic ringtone which is more in line with the user requirement.
Optionally, the video color ring processing apparatus further includes:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a video color ring group creating instruction sent by the first terminal;
the first response module is used for responding to the video color ring group creating instruction, creating the video color ring group and generating an access number; the video color ring back tone group comprises the first terminal;
the third sending module is used for sending the access number to a terminal in the video color ring group;
and the second generation module is used for generating the video color ring for the video color ring group and sending the video color ring to the terminal in the video color ring group.
Optionally, the second generating module is further configured to:
acquiring information of a terminal in the video color ring group, wherein the information comprises position information of the terminal;
and generating the video color ring for displaying the position information of the terminal according to the information of the terminal.
Optionally, the first sending module is further configured to:
receiving a panoramic interaction request sent by a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is at least one terminal in the video color ring group;
and sending the panoramic interaction request to a terminal in the video color ring group.
Optionally, the first generating module is further configured to:
calculating the contact ratio between the images;
selecting a first target image with the coincidence degree meeting a preset requirement from the images;
and generating a panoramic image according to the first target image.
Optionally, the video color ring processing apparatus further includes:
the fourth sending module is used for sending an image acquisition adjusting instruction to a third terminal corresponding to a second target image for which the contact ratio does not meet the preset requirement;
the third receiving module is used for receiving the adjusted image sent by the third terminal to obtain a third target image;
the generating a panoramic image from the first target image comprises:
and generating a panoramic image according to the first target image and the third target image.
Optionally, the video color ring processing apparatus further includes:
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the video polyphonic ringtone currently played by a fourth terminal if an access request of a sixth terminal in the video polyphonic ringtone group is detected when a fourth terminal in the video polyphonic ringtone group calls a fifth terminal in the video polyphonic ringtone group;
and the replacing module is used for taking the video color ring which is currently played by the fourth terminal as the video color ring group.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a video color ring processing apparatus 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention, applied to a terminal, including:
a fourth receiving module 501, configured to receive an image acquisition instruction sent by a video polyphonic ringtone service platform;
a second response module 502, configured to send the acquired image to a video polyphonic ringtone service platform in response to the image acquisition instruction;
a fifth receiving module 503, configured to receive the panoramic image sent by the video color ring service platform;
the display module 504 is configured to use the panoramic image as a background image of the video color ring when the video color ring of the video color ring group is played.
In the embodiment of the invention, the image acquisition is carried out by the image acquisition device of the terminal accessed into the video color ring back tone group, the acquired image is sent to the video color ring back tone service platform, and the received panoramic image is used as the background image of the video color ring back tone group. Therefore, by using the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the problem that the generated video polyphonic ringtone does not meet the requirements of the user because the generated video polyphonic ringtone can only be generated in advance according to the setting of the user terminal in the related technology is solved, and the video polyphonic ringtone which better meets the requirements of the user can be obtained.
Optionally, the fourth receiving module is further configured to:
sending a video color ring group establishing instruction to the video color ring service platform;
and receiving the access number of the video color ring back tone group sent by the video color ring back tone service platform.
Optionally, the video color ring processing apparatus further includes:
the access module is used for accessing the video color ring back tone group according to the access number;
a fifth sending module, configured to send terminal information to the video color ring service platform; wherein the information comprises location information of the terminal.
Optionally, the fourth receiving module is further configured to:
sending a panoramic interaction request to the video color ring service platform; or
And receiving a panoramic interaction request sent by the video color ring service platform.
Optionally, the second response module is further configured to:
receiving an image acquisition adjustment instruction sent by the video color ring service platform;
adjusting image acquisition according to the image acquisition adjustment instruction to obtain an adjusted image;
and sending the adjusted image to the video color ring service platform. Optionally, the video color ring processing apparatus further includes:
a sixth sending module, configured to send an access request to the video polyphonic ringtone service platform, so as to access a call from a fourth terminal in the video polyphonic ringtone group to a fifth terminal in the video polyphonic ringtone group;
a sixth receiving module, configured to receive the video color ring of the video color ring group sent by the video color ring service platform, where the video color ring of the video color ring group is a video color ring currently being played by the fourth terminal.
As shown in fig. 6, an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a memory 601, a processor 602, a transceiver 603, and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor; the method is characterized in that the processor implements the steps of any video color ring processing method in the embodiment when executing the program.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in any of the video color ring processing methods in the foregoing embodiments. Please refer to the above description of the method steps in the corresponding embodiments.
The network side device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), may also be a Base Station (NodeB, NB) in Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), may also be an evolved Node B (evolved Node B, eNB or eNodeB) in LTE, or a relay Station or Access point, or a Base Station in a future 5G network, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The terminal in the embodiments of the present invention may be a wireless terminal or a wired terminal, and the wireless terminal may be a device that provides voice and/or other service data connectivity to a user terminal, a handheld device having a wireless connection function, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem. Claims (13)

1. A video color ring processing method is applied to a video color ring service platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a panoramic interaction request sent by a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is at least one terminal in a video color ring group; sending the panoramic interaction request to a terminal in the video color ring group;
sending an image acquisition instruction to a terminal in the video color ring group;
receiving an image sent by the terminal in response to the image acquisition instruction;
generating a panoramic image according to the image;
and sending the panoramic image to a terminal in the video color ring back tone group so that the panoramic image is used as a background image of the video color ring back tone when the terminal plays the video color ring back tone corresponding to the video color ring back tone group.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a video color ring back tone group creation instruction sent by a first terminal;
responding to the video color ring back tone group creating instruction, creating the video color ring back tone group and generating an access number; the video color ring back tone group comprises the first terminal;
sending the access number to a terminal in a video color ring group;
and generating the video color ring for the video color ring group, and sending the video color ring to the terminal in the video color ring group.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating a video color ring for the video color ring group comprises:
acquiring information of a terminal in the video color ring group, wherein the information comprises position information of the terminal;
and generating the video color ring for displaying the position information of the terminal according to the information of the terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a panoramic image from the images comprises:
calculating the contact ratio between the images;
selecting a first target image with the coincidence degree meeting a preset requirement from the images;
and generating a panoramic image according to the first target image.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
sending an image acquisition adjusting instruction to a third terminal corresponding to a second target image with the contact ratio not meeting a preset requirement;
receiving the adjusted image sent by the third terminal to obtain a third target image;
the generating of the panoramic image according to the first target image comprises:
and generating a panoramic image according to the first target image and the third target image.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when detecting a call from a fourth terminal in the video color ring group to a fifth terminal in the video color ring group, if detecting an access request of a sixth terminal in the video color ring group, acquiring a video color ring currently played by the fourth terminal;
and taking the video color ring back tone currently played by the fourth terminal as the video color ring back tone of the video color ring back tone group.
7. A video color ring processing method is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a panoramic interaction request to the video color ring service platform; or receiving a panoramic interaction request sent by the video color ring service platform;
receiving an image acquisition instruction sent by a video color ring service platform;
responding to the image acquisition instruction, and sending the acquired image to a video color ring service platform;
receiving a panoramic image sent by the video color ring service platform;
and when the video color ring of the video color ring group is played, the panoramic image is used as a background image of the video color ring.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein before receiving the image capturing command sent by the video color ring back tone service platform, the method further comprises:
sending a video color ring group establishing instruction to the video color ring service platform;
and receiving the access number of the video color ring back tone group sent by the video color ring back tone service platform.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
accessing the video color ring group according to the access number;
sending terminal information to the video color ring service platform; wherein the information comprises location information of the terminal.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein after sending the collected image to a video CRBT service platform, the method further comprises:
receiving an image acquisition adjustment instruction sent by the video color ring service platform;
adjusting image acquisition according to the image acquisition adjustment instruction to obtain an adjusted image;
and sending the adjusted image to the video color ring service platform.
11. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
sending an access request to the video color ring back tone service platform so as to access a call from a fourth terminal in the video color ring back tone group to a fifth terminal in the video color ring back tone group;
and receiving the video color ring of the video color ring group sent by the video color ring service platform, wherein the video color ring of the video color ring group is the video color ring currently played by the fourth terminal.
12. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; wherein the processor implements the steps in the video CRBT processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or implements the steps in the video CRBT processing method according to any one of claims 7 to 11 when executing the program.
13. A readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the video ring back tone processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or implements the steps in the video ring back tone processing method according to any one of claims 7 to 11.
