Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a control method of a video conference, which is applied to a video conference server. The video conference server can establish a temporary video conference channel to connect the inviting terminal and the invited terminal under the request of the inviting terminal so as to carry out the video conference. The inviting end is an initiator of the video conference, and the invited end is an access party for the initiator to invite the video conference. The inviting end and the invited end can be terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. In a specific implementation, the inviting end and the invited end may be: a handset used by the inviting object and a handset used by the invited object. The inviting object and the invited object may also be referred to as: an inviter and an invitee. The following describes implementation details of the video conference control method according to the present embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for easy understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present solution.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for controlling a video conference in this embodiment may specifically include:
step 101: and receiving identity information of the invited object sent by the inviting terminal, and sending a call request for requesting to join the video conference to the invited terminal corresponding to the invited object.
Specifically, the inviting object can send a video teleconference request to the video conference server through the inviting end, and the video teleconference request can carry the identity information of the invited object. The identity information may include: the telephone number of the invited object such as a cell phone number. The video conference server may establish the temporary video conference channel after receiving the video teleconference request. The video conference server can send a call request for requesting to join the video conference to the invited terminal through the established temporary video conference channel so as to call the invited object to join the video conference. For example, the videoconference server can make a call using the telephone number of the invited object.
In a specific implementation, the video conference server may send the identity information of the conference member that has joined the video conference to the invited terminal while calling the invited object, so that the invited object may know the conference member that has joined the video conference at present.
In one example, after receiving the call request, the invited peer may display the username of the inviting object and the username of the invited object that has joined the video conference on its display interface. The inviting object and the invited object that has joined the video conference are collectively referred to as conference members hereinafter. For example, after acquiring the mobile phone number of the conference member, the invited client may match the local address book, and if the mobile phone number of the conference member exists in the address book, the name of the conference member stored in the address book may be displayed as the user name. Otherwise, the last 4 digits of the mobile phone number of the conference member can be displayed as the user name.
In another example, after receiving the call request, the invited terminal may also display the head portrait of the conference member on its display interface. Wherein, the head portrait of the inviting object can be arranged at the first, and then the head portraits of other invited objects are displayed in sequence according to the joining sequence of the other invited objects.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 may be a display interface of the invited peer, where the display interface displays identity information of the invitee, such as the name of the third page, the avatar a, and the phone number above the display interface may be the phone number of the invitee. Fig. 3 may be another display interface of the invited peer, where the display interface displays the identity information of the conference member that has currently joined the video conference, and the user names of the conference members are: li Si, Wang Er Nie and 7810. That is, the identity information of the conference member may be displayed centrally, and when there are a plurality of conference members, they may be sequentially displayed in the horizontal direction. Fig. 4 may be another display interface of the invited client, that is, when the number of the conference members exceeds a preset number, for example, exceeds 4, the user name may not be displayed. The preset number may be determined according to the width of the display interface, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. In addition, on the display interface, the voice state of the conference member can be displayed. For example, the microphone is used to monitor whether the conference member is in a speaking state, and if the conference member is in the speaking state, the conversation state icon is displayed. For example, if it is detected in fig. 3 that lie four is speaking, a call state icon is displayed on the avatar B, and the call state icon may also display different states according to the volume level.
In one example, in the process of a video conference, the video conference server may further obtain a conference state of a conference member, and determine a display mode of the identity information of the conference member according to the conference state; and the different conference states correspond to different display modes, and the identity information of the conference members is displayed on the conference interface in the determined display mode. The display mode of the identity information can be represented as the display mode of the head portrait of the conference member. For example, if the conference state is close-to-ear listening, the determined avatar is a preset default avatar; and if the conference state is non-ear-to-ear answering, determining the head portrait as a video image collected by an inviting end or an invited end corresponding to the conference member in the non-ear-to-ear answering. The conference state can be detected according to a sensor arranged in the conference terminal. The video images as avatars may be: and the video collected by the camera is shielded from sound to obtain a video image. Supposing that, in fig. 3, the conference state of lie four is ear-to-ear listening, the avatar of lie four is a default avatar, which may be preset for lie four or preset for the video conference server; and if the meeting state of Zhang III is non-ear-to-ear answering, the head portrait of Zhang III is a video image collected by the mobile phone of Zhang III. The display mode of the identity information can also be expressed as a display mode of the user name of the conference member, for example, if the conference state is speaking, the user name can be displayed in a bold manner or in a highlight manner; if the conference state is listening, the user name can be displayed normally or in grayscale.
In one example, during the video conference, the video conference server may further record the number of words spoken by the conference member and/or the speaking duration, and rank the conference members according to the number of words spoken by the conference member and/or the speaking duration; and adjusting the display sequence of the identity information of the conference members according to the sequencing result. The number of words and/or duration of the spoken words can be recorded by the conference terminal itself, for example, the data is synchronized to the video conference server every 1 minute, and the statistics is performed by the video conference server. In a specific implementation, among all conference members, the head portrait of the invited person can be ranked first, the head portrait of the invited person can be ranked according to the number of words and/or the speaking duration of the invited person, and the head portrait is ranked to the left as the number of words and/or the speaking duration of the invited person is longer.
In one example, the display status of the avatar of the conference member may also change as the number of words spoken and/or the duration of the utterance. For example, the head portrait frame may be set on the boundary of the head portrait of the conference member, the display effect of the head portrait frame is divided into N states from weak to strong, and the display state of the head portrait frame is more obvious as the number of spoken words is larger and/or the speaking duration is longer. For example, the change of the display state can be represented by the degree of transparency, and the more obvious the display state of the head frame can be understood as the lower the transparency of the head frame.
Step 102: and continuously detecting whether the invited object joins the video conference, acquiring the characteristic information of the video conference on the premise that the invited object does not join the video conference, and generating a video color ring according to the characteristic information.
That is, after the invited object is called, if the invited object does not join the video conference, the feature information of the video conference can be acquired, and the video polyphonic ringtone can be generated according to the feature information. Specifically, a conference related video of the video conference can be obtained, and a video color ring can be generated according to the conference related video.
In one example, the meeting related video can be a meeting topic video. That is, the feature information may include a conference subject of the video conference, the inviting end may send the conference subject of the video conference to the video conference server, and the presentation form of the conference subject may be any one of or a combination of the following: text, voice, picture, animation. It is understood that, in order to make the conference theme more vivid, the inviting end may make the conference theme into a video form, i.e., a conference theme video, and send the conference theme video to the video conference server. In a specific implementation, the video conference server may also process the received conference theme to obtain a conference theme video, and further generate a video polyphonic ringtone according to the conference theme video.
In one example, the meeting related video may be an enterprise introduction video. That is, the characteristic information may include an enterprise introduction video corresponding to the invitation object. For example, the invite terminal may send an enterprise introduction video to the video conference server, and the video conference server may generate a video polyphonic ringtone according to the received enterprise introduction video.
In one example, the feature information may include both the conference subject and the introduction video, and the video conference server may generate the video polyphonic ringtone according to the received enterprise introduction video and the conference subject.
In one example, obtaining conference related video for a video conference may include: acquiring preview information of a video conference; and acquiring a preview picture of the video conference according to the preview information. The preview information may be scene information of a conference site or information of a conference member who has joined the video conference. For example, the preview information may include identity information of the target conference member requesting the preview; wherein, the target conference member is: an invited object or an inviting object that has joined the videoconference. The video conference server can acquire the preview picture of the target conference member according to the identity information of the target conference member.
In a specific implementation, the invited client may send a preview request to the video conference server, and the video conference server receives the preview request, acquires a preview picture of the video conference according to the preview request, and generates a video polyphonic ringtone according to the preview picture. Specifically, the display interface of the invited client may include: a display area of the head portrait of the conference member and a video color ring playing area; the conference members include: the invited object and the inviting object that have joined the video conference may specifically refer to fig. 2 to 4. The preview request can be a request sent by the invited end when detecting that an avatar is triggered, and the preview request carries the identity information of the target conference member represented by the triggered avatar; the video conference server can acquire the preview picture of the target conference member according to the identity information of the target conference member. For example, referring to fig. 3, it is assumed that the display interface is the display interface of the mobile phone 1 of the invitee 1, and the invitee 1 clicks the avatar B, the mobile phone 1 sends the identity information of the lee four represented by the avatar B to the video conference server, and the video conference server may call a preview picture of the lee four, for example, obtain a video picture of the lee four acquired by the mobile phone of the lee four.
Step 103: and sending the video color ring back tone and the identity information to a video color ring back tone server.
The video color ring server can send the video color ring to the invited client according to the identity information. The video color ring is used for being checked by an invited object to determine whether to join the video conference. For example, the video color ring server may obtain the phone number of the invited object according to the identity information, so as to send the video color ring to the invited client according to the phone number. The display interface of the invited peer that receives the video ring back tone may be as shown in fig. 2 to 4, where the display interface mainly includes a display area of the head portrait of the conference member and a video ring back tone playing area.
In an example, the video color ring playing area may play the first type of video color ring first, and when the video conference server receives a preview request from the invited client, the video color ring playing area is controlled to play the second type of video color ring, or play the video color ring obtained by overlapping the first type of video color ring and the second type of video color ring. The first type of video color ring can be the video color ring generated according to the enterprise introduced video and/or the conference subject, and can also be a common video color ring; the second type of video color ring can be the video color ring generated according to the preview picture.
For example, referring to fig. 3, it is assumed that the display interface is the display interface of the mobile phone 1 of the invitee 1, the video color ring tone that is initially displayed on the display interface is an enterprise video color ring tone, that is, the video color ring tone related to the video introduced by the enterprise, when the invitee 1 clicks the avatar B, the mobile phone 1 sends the identity information of the four of the avatar B to the video conference server, the video conference server may call a preview picture of the four of the avatar B, generate the video color ring tone related to the four of the avatar, and send the video color ring tone to the video color ring server, and the video color ring server may switch the enterprise video color ring tone sent to the mobile phone 1 to the video color ring tone related to the four. In addition, when the invitee 1 clicks the head portrait B, other head portraits on the interface can be controlled to be in a semi-transparent state gradually; when it is detected that the avatar B is clicked again, all the avatars can be controlled to be gradually displayed in a normal state. And simultaneously, the video color ring about Lifour played by the video color ring playing area is switched to the original enterprise video color.
It should be noted that fig. 2 to 4 only show a few examples of the display interface, and in a specific implementation, the setting may be performed according to actual needs, for example, an area for displaying the head portrait of the conference member may be located above the video polyphonic ringtone playing area.
In one example, when a conference member is detected to leave the video conference, the information such as the head portrait and the user name of the conference member can be controlled to be completely grayed, i.e. to be changed from a color system to a black-and-white system.
The above examples in the present embodiment are only for convenience of understanding, and do not limit the technical aspects of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the video color ring server is introduced, before the invited object joins the video conference, the video color ring is sent to the invited end to show the feature information of the video conference to be joined to the invited object, so that the understanding degree of the invited object to the video conference is improved, the speed of joining the invited object to the video conference is increased, and the efficiency of the video conference is improved to a certain extent. Moreover, the invited object can know the characteristic information of the video conference in advance through the video color ring, and meanwhile, the flow of the invited object is saved.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a control method of a video conference. The second embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are as follows: in the second embodiment of the present invention, the video conference server may further generate a conference summary to record the video conference. The generation and transmission of the conference summary will be mainly described below, and reference may be made to fig. 5:
step 201: and receiving the meeting records sent by the inviting terminal and the invited terminal.
Specifically, all conference ends participating in the video conference, namely the inviting end and the invited end, can perform conference recording locally, and convert the local voice to text function into a uniform file format for storage. Namely, the conference record recorded by the inviting end includes the speaking content and the speaking time of the inviting object, and the conference record recorded by the invited end includes the speaking content and the speaking time of the invited object. That is, all the utterance records include: the occurrence time of the voice and the text converted from the voice. The inviting end and the invited end can send the recorded conference records to the video conference server after the video conference is finished, and can also send the recorded conference records to the video conference server in real time in the video conference process.
In one example, all the conference terminals may encrypt and upload the recorded conference records. For example, the inviting end encrypts the conference record by using the telephone number of the inviting object, and the invited end encrypts the conference record by using the telephone number of the invited object. That is, the conference record of each conference member is locally encrypted at the conference end, and the encryption password is the mobile phone number of the uploader. For example, the conference end 1 records the conference record of the conference member 1, encrypts the conference record by using the telephone number of the conference member 1, and uploads the encrypted conference record to the video conference server. And the conference end 2 records the conference record of the conference member 2, encrypts the conference record by adopting the telephone number of the conference member 2 and uploads the encrypted conference record to the video conference server. The other conference terminals have similar encryption uploading modes, and therefore, the description is omitted.
Step 202: and combining the speaking contents in all the conference records according to the received speaking time in all the conference records to generate a conference summary.
That is, the videoconference server combines the speech content according to the sequence of the occurrence time of the voice, so as to obtain the conference summary.
In one example, the videoconference server can also identify keywords in the conference summary and highlight the keywords, such as highlighting, bolding, underlining, background coloring, etc. Wherein, the keyword can be a word with a higher frequency in the conference summary.
In one example, the videoconference server can also generate conference summaries of different forms for different conference members. For example, the speaking content of the invited object is displayed in a highlight manner in the meeting summary which needs to be sent to the inviting end, and the speaking content of the invited object is displayed in a highlight manner in the meeting summary which needs to be sent to the invited end. In addition, in the specific implementation, the video conference server can also generate a conference summary corresponding to the instruction according to the instruction of the conference member; the content of the instruction may be that the speaking content of a certain conference member is appointed to be displayed in a highlight manner, and the speaking content in a certain time period is appointed to be displayed in a highlight manner.
In one example, the conference record sent by the invitation side and received by the video conference server is as follows: the conference record encrypted by the telephone number of the invitation object is sent by the invited end as follows: and the encrypted conference record is obtained by using the telephone number of the invited object. The video conference server may decrypt the encrypted conference record sent by the inviting peer using the phone number of the inviting object and decrypt the encrypted conference record sent by the invited peer using the phone number of the invited object. The telephone number of the inviting object and the telephone number of the invited object can both be sent to the video conference server by the inviting terminal when the video conference request is initiated. Further, the video conference server may combine the speech contents in all decrypted conference records according to the speech time in all decrypted conference records, so as to generate a conference summary. Then, the conference summary can be encrypted according to the telephone number of the invitation object to obtain a first conference summary, and the first conference summary is used for being sent to the invitation end; and encrypting the conference summary according to the telephone number of the invited object to obtain a second conference summary, wherein the second conference summary is used for sending to the invited client. That is, after the videoconference server generates the conference summary, an independent and encrypted conference summary can be generated for each conference member. Therefore, each conference summary can be decrypted and checked only by the corresponding conference member, the security of the conference summary is improved, and the content of the conference summary is prevented from being revealed.
Step 203: and sending the conference summary to the inviting end and the invited end.
In one example, the videoconference server can store the conference summary in a Network Attached Storage (NAS) or a Network disk server. The NAS or the network disk server generates a Uniform Resource Locator (url) which can be accessed by an external network according to the conference summary, and returns the url to the video conference server. And the video conference server can send the url to the short message server after receiving the url. And the short message server sends the link, namely the url, of the conference summary file to the inviting end and the invited end, so that the inviting end and the invited end can download the conference summary for the corresponding inviter and the invited person to view. It will be appreciated that in particular implementations, the videoconference server can also send the conference summary directly to the inviting and invited peers.
In another example, the videoconference server can send the first conference session to the inviting peer and the second conference session to the invited peer. That is, each conference member corresponds to an independent and encrypted conference summary, and the video conference server can generate a url according to each independent conference summary and send the url to the corresponding conference end through a short message.
In an example, for a conference end, taking a mobile phone as an example, if the mobile phone accesses a service corresponding to a url through 4G, the mobile phone may read a mobile phone number through a gateway, determine whether there is a service corresponding to the url with access rights through matching of the mobile phone number, and check a conference summary corresponding to the url. If the user accesses the service corresponding to the url through the wifi, the mobile phone number can be input, the verification code is obtained, the correct verification code is input, the service corresponding to the url can be accessed, and the conference summary corresponding to the url is checked.
In an example, for a conference end, taking a mobile phone as an example, if a conference summary is opened through a specific APP on the mobile phone, after a user downloads the conference summary through a short message link, the conference summary is an encrypted document, and a password of the encrypted document is a mobile phone number of a conference member holding the mobile phone. However, the APP has no password input capability, and when a document is opened through the APP, the APP can read a mobile phone number from a mobile phone sim card or acquire the mobile phone number from an operator gateway, so that the document is decrypted through the mobile phone number. The mobile phone number is acquired through the sim card or the gateway, so that the conference summary cannot be decrypted even if other people know the mobile phone number, and the security of the conference summary is further improved.
In an example, the method for controlling a video conference in this embodiment may refer to an interaction diagram shown in fig. 6, and the flow of the interaction may include:
s301: the inviting end initiates a video teleconference request to the video conference server and attaches the mobile phone number of the invited object.

S304: the video conference server sends a call request to the invited terminal and sends down the mobile phone number of the conference member in the current video conference.
S305: and when the invited end does not answer the call, the video color ring server sends the enterprise video color ring to the invited end. Wherein, if no enterprise video color ring exists, the common video color ring can be issued.
S306: the invited end requests the video conference server to preview the video of the conference members. For example, a live video of the conference member or a portrait video of the conference member. The video conference server can acquire the video stream requested to be previewed by the invited client and generate the real-time video color ring according to the video stream.
S307: and the video conference server sends the real-time video color ring back tone to the video color ring back tone server.
S308: and the video color ring server sends the video color ring to the invited terminal. I.e. returning the specified video according to the selection of the invited terminal.
S309: and the invited end sends the invitation accepting information to the video conference server to join the video conference.
S310: and the inviting end locally converts the voice of the inviting object into text and encrypts the text to obtain the conference record.
S311: the invited end locally converts the voice of the invited object into text and encrypts the text to obtain the conference record.
S312: and the invitation terminal uploads the conference record to the video conference server.
S313: and the invited end uploads the conference record to the video conference server.
S314: and the video conference server generates a conference summary and acquires a link of the conference summary.
S315: and the video conference server sends the link of the conference summary to the invited end.
S316: and the video conference server sends the link of the conference summary to the invitation terminal.
Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment, the invitation end and the invited end respectively record the speaking content and speaking time of the corresponding invitation object and the invited object and upload the speaking content and speaking time to the video conference server, the video conference server integrates the speaking content according to the speaking time to obtain the conference summary, voice segmentation and voice recognition of different objects are not needed, the invitation end and the invited end respectively locally record and upload the contents, and the conference summary is better generated. And through the encryption of the conference summary, an independent conference summary for each conference member is generated, thereby being beneficial to improving the security of the conference summary and avoiding the disclosure of the content of the conference summary.
