Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a video color ring generating method, which comprises the steps of obtaining a first audio, determining the first audio by a receiver of a first video color ring, and generating a second video color ring according to the first audio and the first video color ring. Because the server side of the video color ring can generate a new video color ring according to the audio determined by the receiver and the original video color ring, the receiver can reset the background music of the video color ring according to the preference of the receiver, and the user experience of the video color ring is improved.
It should be noted that the execution main body of the video color ring generation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is a server, where the server may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of multiple servers, and in actual application, the server may specifically be a video color ring server. The following description will take the server as an example.
The specific flow of the video color ring generation method provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s101: and acquiring a first audio, wherein the first audio is determined by a receiver of the first video color ring.
Optionally, the first audio may be determined by a receiver of the first video color ring at the terminal or the server, for example, the receiver determines the first audio by sending the audio to the server in a process of receiving the first video color ring, or the receiver determines the first audio by logging in the server through a designated webpage in a process of receiving the first video color ring.
In a specific example, the server obtains the first audio according to a file containing the first audio, a link of the first audio, or an instruction specifying the first audio sent by the receiving party. The server side can extract the first audio from the video after receiving the video containing the first audio; the instruction for designating the first audio may be an instruction issued by the receiving party to the server when the receiving party selects the first audio in the web page designated by the server.
In a specific example, before the obtaining the first audio, the method further includes: and receiving a request sent by a receiver, and sending the video image in the first video color ring back tone to the receiver according to the request sent by the receiver so that the receiver can determine the first audio according to the combined effect of the audio and the video image.
The specific content and format of the request sent by the receiving party may be set according to actual needs, and are not specifically limited herein. For example, when the server plays the first video color ring to the receiver, a corresponding operation of the request is prompted on a terminal interface of the receiver (for example, "1" is input through a dial key), and if the receiver performs the corresponding operation according to the prompt, the receiver sends the request to the server, so that the server receives the request.
When the server sends the video image in the first video color ring back tone to the receiver according to the request, the server can close or remove the audio in the first video color ring back tone content, and send the video color ring back tone content without the audio (i.e. the video image) to the receiver, or directly extract the video image in the video color ring back tone, and then send the extracted video image to the receiver.
Optionally, when the audio includes the vocal singing part, the server may obtain a position where the singing part starts in the audio, and play the audio and the video image after the position where the singing part starts at the same time. If the duration of the audio is not matched with the duration of the first video color ring, the audio is partially selected or circularly played, so that the audio can be matched with the video image during combined playing. For example, if the duration of the audio is greater than the duration of the first video color ring, part of the audio is selected so that the duration of the selected audio is equal to the duration of the first video color ring. When the audio is selected, the selected starting point can be set according to actual needs, for example, the starting position of the audio, the starting position of singing (voice), and the like, and if the duration from the selected starting point to the end of the audio is less than the duration of the first video polyphonic ringtone, the selected audio can be played in a circulating manner. For another example, if the duration of the audio is less than the duration of the first video color ring, the audio is played in a circulating manner so that the duration of the audio played in a circulating manner is equal to the duration of the first video color ring.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a timing flow diagram illustrating a video color ring generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, 1, a calling user initiates a dial-up call to a called user; 2. after receiving the call request, the video color ring server side inquires the video color ring of the called user and informs the called user of ringing; 3. the video color ring server side plays the inquired video color ring to the calling user; 4. the calling user dislikes the currently received video color ring, and then sends a request to the server; 5. the server side sends the video image in the video color ring to the calling user after receiving the request; 6. the calling user selects audio and video images to be combined according to the received video images, and determines first audio according to the combined effect; 7. after the called user is connected or has no response, the calling user sends the first audio to the server; 8. and the server generates a new video color ring according to the first audio sent by the calling user and the original video color ring.
S102: and generating a second video color ring according to the first audio and the first video color ring.
Optionally, the server may directly generate the second video color ring from the first audio and the video in the first video color ring, that is, mix the first audio and the audio in the video of the first video color ring to generate the second video color ring.
In a specific example, generating a second video color ring according to a first audio and a first video color ring specifically includes: and replacing the audio in the first video color ring back tone with the first audio to generate a second video color ring back tone.
Optionally, the server may generate the second video color ring according to the first audio and the first video color ring sent by the receiver after the current call request is connected or no response is made. Since the on time is usually short (e.g., within 10 seconds), if the receiving party does not determine the first audio, the receiving party may affect the control of the first video ring back tone. Optionally, the server may ring after the receiving side determines the first audio, so that the receiving side has sufficient time to determine the first audio.
Because the duration of the first audio may be inconsistent with the duration of the video in the first video color ring, the duration of the first audio needs to be adjusted to be consistent with the duration of the video, so as to generate the second video color ring. In a specific example, generating the second video color ring according to the first audio and the first video color ring may specifically include: acquiring a first time length of a video of a first video color ring and a second time length of a first audio; if the second duration is longer than the first duration, intercepting the first audio and enabling the duration of the intercepted audio to be equal to the first duration, and generating a second video color ring according to the intercepted audio and the first video color ring; and if the second time length is less than the first time length, forming a new audio with the time length equal to the first time length according to the first audio, and generating a second video color ring according to the new audio and the first video color ring.
Specifically, when the server intercepts the first audio, the starting point of the interception may be a position where the first audio starts, a position where singing (voice) starts, a position selected by the receiver, or another preset position, and may be specifically set according to an actual need, which is not specifically limited herein. For example, if the first audio contains lyrics and the duration of the first audio is greater than the first duration, the audio with the duration equal to the first duration is intercepted from the singing part; if the duration from the singing part to the end of the audio is less than the first duration, copying according to the intercepted audio, and enabling the duration of the copied audio to be equal to the first duration; and if the first audio is pure music, the audio content of the first duration is intercepted backwards from the position where the audio starts.
Optionally, when a new audio with a duration equal to the first duration is formed according to the first audio, the server may copy k first audios, where k is a ratio of the first duration to the second duration. For example, if the first duration is 48 seconds and the second duration is 30 seconds, k is 48/30 ═ 1.6, that is, 1.6 pieces of audio transmitted by the receiving party are copied, where 0.6 piece of audio refers to a part of audio of 0.6 second duration in the audio transmitted by the receiving party.
It should be noted that the second video color ring may specifically be a video color ring serving as the receiver, and may also be another video color ring of the user of the first video color ring, and the second video color ring may specifically be set according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
Compared with the prior art, the video color ring back tone generating method provided by the embodiment of the invention generates the second video color ring back tone according to the first audio and the first video color ring back tone by acquiring the first audio, wherein the first audio is determined by the receiver of the first video color ring back tone. Because the server side of the video color ring can generate a new video color ring according to the audio determined by the receiver and the original video color ring, the receiver can reset the background music of the video color ring according to the preference of the receiver, thereby realizing the control of the receiver on the video color ring and improving the user experience of the video color ring.
The second embodiment of the invention relates to a video color ring generating method. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in a second embodiment, after generating a second video color ring according to a first audio and a first video color ring, the method further includes: and if a call request related to the receiving party is received, sending the second video color ring back tone to the receiving party and/or a calling party or a called party corresponding to the receiving party in the call request.

In a specific example, when receiving a second input instruction of a terminal user, the terminal acquires an audio file list according to the second input instruction, wherein the audio file list includes a plurality of preset scene identifiers, and each preset scene identifier includes a plurality of audios corresponding to the preset scene identifier; and determining the first audio according to the operation information of the terminal user on the audio file list.
The audio file list may be a local audio file list of the terminal, an audio file list of the network, or a combination of the two, and may be specifically set according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited herein. For example, when the terminal receives a second input instruction, an audio playing function instruction is triggered, the terminal invokes an audio file list in the file manager, and the terminal user determines a first audio in the audio file list according to locally stored audio (such as songs); if the terminal user is not satisfied with the audio in the list, the second input instruction can be input again, the audio file list of the network is obtained through the preset network link, and the first audio is determined from the audio file list of the network. In order to enable the terminal user to quickly select a proper audio to be combined with the first video in the first video color ring, the audio file list comprises a plurality of preset scene identifications (such as party, study, motion and the like), and each preset scene identification comprises a plurality of audios corresponding to the preset field identifications, so that the terminal user can quickly determine the first audio according to the preset scene identifications.
S402: and sending the related information of the first audio to the server so that the server can acquire the first audio and generate a second video color ring according to the first audio and the first video color ring.
Optionally, the information related to the first audio may include a file of the first audio, a link of the first audio, or an instruction for specifying the first audio, which may be specifically set according to the actual situation, and is not specifically limited herein.
