Abstract
一种阻燃纱线及使用该纱线的阻燃面料,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织而成,经纱由阻燃纱线组成,不低于80dtex;纬纱由阻燃纱线或腈纶纱线组成,不低于120dtex。本申请通过将棉花进行氧化处理进行除杂的同时还可以提供足够多的连接位来进行微胶囊的连接,以尽可能的提高其连接的强度,但是需要注意的是,在氧化处理过程中对于棉花也造成了损伤,若只是进行微胶囊的处理,利于微胶囊附着并不显著,但加入红油之后大大改善了这一缺点,大大提升了微胶囊的有效时间。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及一种阻燃纱线及使用该纱线的阻燃面料。
背景技术
阻燃纱线,也就是防阻燃纱线,其目的是为了延缓火焰燃烧。传统的纺织品大多数都是易燃性质的,但随着特殊操作工种以及特殊环境的存在,对于隔热性能、阻燃性能的要求越来越高。现阶段,主要是在阻燃类化学纤维方面进行了非常多的科学进展。主要的改进方向主要是在泰普龙芳纶、甲纶、芳砜纶等芳香族聚酰胺高强纤维领域快速发展,各类阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶、阻燃腈纶等基本上已经推出了成熟产品,但是如何保证穿着舒适性和功能性又成为了一个新的问题。纱线是保证舒适性和功能性的基础,对于面料如何更好的发挥出纱线的效果,也没有有效的方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本申请提出了一种阻燃纱线,所述阻燃纱线包括中心层以及设置在中心层的阻燃层;所述阻燃层通过缠绕涂覆液获得,所述涂覆用的涂覆液包括如下物质:丙烯酸和硅油,所述涂覆液的溶剂为醇。本申请采用丙烯酸和硅油作为涂覆液,且涂覆过程采用环绕涂覆的方式,使得纱线自身的性质不受决定性的影响,保持纱线自身的柔性以及舒适性,而采用丙烯酸和硅油,则是利用其自身高渗透型的特点,结合硅油进入到纱线的内部,丙烯酸本身在涂覆过程中产生聚合层,从而使得纱线在阻燃功能产生的同时,还能够保证纱线使用的耐久性和可纺性。
另一方面,还提出了一种阻燃面料,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织而成,经纱由阻燃纱线组成,不低于80dtex;纬纱由阻燃纱线或腈纶纱线组成,不低于120dtex。
优选的,所述涂覆液中的物质的质量份数如下:丙烯酸:10-20份;硅油5-10份;醇:30-50份;所述硅油为聚醚改性硅油。本申请采用的聚醚改性硅油是为了更好的与丙烯酸进行复合,使得硅油的隔离层以及丙烯酸形成的积碳层可以更好的结合。
优选的,所述涂覆液配比完成后放入到高速剪切机内40min以上后拿出备用。
优选的,经乳化处理之后的涂覆液放入到静电纺丝机中形成涂覆丝,将纱线作为主轴,涂覆丝围绕主轴进行旋转,从而将涂覆丝缠绕涂覆在纱线的表面。
优选的,缠绕过程中,在纱线上相邻涂覆丝之间的距离不小于涂覆丝本身宽度的2倍。
优选的,涂覆时的温度40-50℃,真空度为10-30kPa。
优选的,缠绕完毕后,将设有涂覆层的纱线经过具有紫外灯照射的区域,纱线上的紫外线照度不低于300uw/cm2;紫外线的照射时间10-25s。本申请采用紫外灯进行照射的目的是保证丙烯酸生成的复合层的强度,但是为了保证纱线的质量,并不能将涂覆层进行连续铺设,否则会使得纱线失去原有质感,从而使得布料硬化,柔软度以及触感都变的较差。
优选的,所述醇为甲醇或乙醇。
优选的,所述中心层为棉质纤维或化纤纤维;所述化纤纤维为涤纶或丙纶或腈纶。
本申请能够带来如下有益效果:
1.本申请采用丙烯酸和硅油作为涂覆液,且涂覆过程采用环绕涂覆的方式,使得纱线自身的性质不受决定性的影响,保持纱线自身的柔性以及舒适性,而采用丙烯酸和硅油,则是利用其自身高渗透型的特点,结合硅油进入到纱线的内部,丙烯酸本身在涂覆过程中产生聚合层,从而使得纱线在阻燃功能产生的同时,还能够保证纱线使用的耐久性和可纺性;
2.本申请采用的聚醚改性硅油是为了更好的与丙烯酸进行复合,使得硅油的隔离层以及丙烯酸形成的积碳层可以更好的结合;
3.本申请采用紫外灯进行照射的目的是保证丙烯酸生成的复合层的强度,但是为了保证纱线的质量,并不能将涂覆层进行连续铺设,否则会使得纱线失去原有质感,从而使得布料硬化,柔软度以及触感都变的较差。
具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本申请进行详细阐述。
按照如下方式进行合成:
S1.选择纱线;
S2.进行涂覆液的配置;
如表1所示:

S3.将配置液放入到剪切机内,然后再放入到静电纺丝机内;
S4.从静电纺丝机中出来的涂覆丝缠绕到纱线的外边;
S5.将S4得到的涂覆有涂覆丝的纱线通过紫外光区域;
合成条件如表2所示:

S6.编织面料,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织而成,经纱由阻燃纱线组成,不低于80dtex;纬纱由阻燃纱线或腈纶纱线组成,不低于120dtex;
S7.然后进行洗涤,洗衣机海尔EG10014B39GU1,选择超快15min的模型,洗涤3次后晾干,测试面料燃烧需要氧气的氧指数,即LOI。
如表3所示,其中面料亲肤程度按照纯棉布料为10,纯涤纶面料为1进行评测:

由此可见,在不采用丙烯酸或者聚醚改性硅油的时候,其阻燃性能有一定的提高,但是并没有特别明显的提高;当采用丙烯酸和聚醚改性硅油结合使用时,阻燃性能非常之好;而对于涂覆方面的参数限定,需要控制其间距大小不低于宽度的2倍,否则影响最终面料的阻燃性能。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃纱线:所述阻燃纱线包括中心层以及设置在中心层的阻燃层;所述阻燃层通过缠绕涂覆液获得,所述涂覆用的涂覆液包括如下物质:丙烯酸和硅油,所述涂覆液的溶剂为醇。
2.一种用权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纱线的阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织而成,经纱由阻燃纱线组成,不低于80dtex;纬纱由阻燃纱线或腈纶纱线组成,不低于120dtex。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述涂覆液中的物质的质量份数如下:丙烯酸:10-20份;硅油5-10份;醇:30-50份;所述硅油为聚醚改性硅油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述涂覆液配比完成后放入到高速剪切机内40min以上后拿出备用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:经乳化处理之后的涂覆液放入到静电纺丝机中形成涂覆丝,将纱线作为主轴,涂覆丝围绕主轴进行旋转,从而将涂覆丝缠绕涂覆在纱线的表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:缠绕过程中,在纱线上相邻涂覆丝之间的距离不小于涂覆丝本身宽度的2倍。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:涂覆时的温度40-50℃,真空度为10-30kPa。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:缠绕完毕后,将设有涂覆层的纱线经过具有紫外灯照射的区域,纱线上的紫外线照度不低于300uw/cm2;紫外线的照射时间10-25s。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述醇为甲醇或乙醇。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述中心层为棉质纤维或化纤纤维;所述化纤纤维为涤纶或丙纶或腈纶。
