技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰涂料领域,尤其涉及一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂。
背景技术
建筑装饰涂料应用于墙面装饰已有多年,产品和施工工艺都较成熟。如图1所示,目前大多数墙面装饰采用的多彩涂料施工工艺:①腻子(见图1-1,找平提高平整度)→②底漆(见图1-2,保护漆膜提高附着力)→③着色中间漆(见图1-3,提供遮盖力和效果)→④面漆(见图1-4,提供漆膜效果)→⑤面油(见图1-5,保护漆膜、提高耐污和耐水性)。该工艺共需要5道工序和至少5种材料,工序和耗用材料品种多从而在施工过程中效率相对会低些,耗用材料品种多导致耗损率偏高不利节约环保和提高效率。
为解决这个问题,本发明致力于研发出一种新的复合底涂,集腻子、底漆和中间着色漆的功能,将①-③施工工序集于一道,从而将5道工序减至3道,至少5种材料减至至少3种材料,施工过程就会省时、省工序和节约材料等优点。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是开发出一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,集腻子、底漆和中间着色漆的功能,将上述工序中①-③压缩成1道工序,减少工序和耗材。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,按重量份数计其组成包括:水10-15份、纤维素醚0.4-0.6份、分散剂0.3-0.6份、润湿剂0.1-0.2份、金红石钛白粉1-5份、石英砂30-40份、大理石粉20-30份、滑石粉10-15份、乳液12-20份、成膜助剂1-2份、防冻剂1-2份、消泡剂0.1-0.3份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份。
在本发明的较佳实施方式中,按重量份数计其组成还包括:防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份。
在本发明的较佳实施方式中,按重量份数计其组成还包括:PH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
进一步地,所述乳液选自苯丙乳液、纯丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氟碳乳液、环氧乳液中的一种或多种。

本发明的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂中所用的乳液能增强漆膜柔韧性、粘结强度、抗裂性、耐水耐碱性、抗泛盐性和透水性;所用的纤维素醚、防冻剂、成膜助剂、润湿分散剂、增稠剂,给予成品良好的施工性、储存性、分散调色性和施工开放时间;所用的防腐防霉剂、PH调节剂给予漆良好的保护性;通过本发明的配方组成和制备方法所得的复合底涂能同时达到JG/T 157-2009《建筑外墙用腻子》R型、JG/T210-2018《建筑内外墙用底漆》外墙成膜Ⅱ型的要求,可实现腻子找平,底漆封闭,中间着色三道工序合三为一的施工方案,施工过程省时、省工序和节约材料。
本发明还提供了一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将水和纤维素醚在分散缸低速分散均匀;
第二步:加入分散剂、润湿剂低速分散均匀;
第三步:加入金红石钛白粉、石英砂、大理石粉、滑石粉高速分散均匀;
第四步:加入乳液低速分散均匀;
第五步:加入成膜助剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂低速分散均匀后得成品。
本发明还提供了一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的应用方法,在施工基层上先实施具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂一遍,待表干后,再实施第二遍。
进一步地,第二遍实施完成后干膜厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
进一步地,第二遍实施完成后保养7天,再实施其他涂料。

实施例1
本实施例的复合底涂,按以下原料的重量份数组合而成:⑴去离子水10.9份、⑵纤维素醚0.5份、⑶PH调节剂0.2份、⑷分散剂0.4份、⑸润湿剂0.2份、⑹乙二醇1.0份、⑺金红石钛白粉5.0份、⑻石英砂35.0份、⑼大理石粉20.0份、⑽滑石粉10.0份、⑾纯丙烯酸乳液15.0份、⑿成膜助剂1.0份、⒀防霉防腐剂0.3份、⒁消泡剂0.1份、⒂增稠剂0.4份。其中,原料金红石钛白粉的TiO2含量≥98%,筛余物(0.045mm筛孔)≤0.05;石英砂为精制石英砂,外观呈白色,SiO2≥99%,粒度为100-200目;大理石粉的白度≥90,粒度为200目;滑石粉的白度≥90,粒度为800目。
复合底涂的生产制备工艺:称重备料,将⑴、⑵加入分散缸低速分散3-5分钟→加入⑶低速分散1-2分钟→加入⑷⑸⑹低速分散5-10分钟→加入⑺⑻⑼⑽高速分散15-25分钟→加入⑾低速分散5-10分钟→加入⑿⒀⒁⒂低速分散10-15分钟→检测合格→成品。
复合底涂的施工方式:
1.批刮方法:在施工基层上先刮涂一遍复合底涂(干膜厚约1.0-1.5mm),24h后刮涂第二遍(干膜厚约1.0-1.5mm),两遍干膜厚度约2.0-2.5mm。
2.混合方法:在施工基层上先刮涂一遍复合底涂(干膜厚约1.0-1.5mm),24h后喷涂第二遍(干膜厚约1.0-1.5mm),两遍干膜厚度约2.0-2.5mm。
以上复合底涂施工保养7天后(施工条件:温度8-40℃、湿度≤85%),其漆膜达到JG/T157-2009《建筑外墙用腻子》R型、JG/T210-2018《建筑内外墙用底漆》外墙成膜Ⅱ型的要求,检测结果分别见表1、表2,结果显示各项检测指标均合格,本实施例的复合底涂满足外墙用腻子和内外墙用底漆的功能。
如图2所示,应用本实施例复合底涂的墙面装饰施工工艺:①复合底涂(见图2-123,具有优异的找平性、封闭性和中间着色性,提高平整度、保护漆膜、提高附着力、提供遮盖力和效果)→②面漆(见图2-4,提供漆膜效果)→③面油(见图2-5,保护漆膜、提高耐污和耐水性)。与现有墙面装饰的多彩涂料施工工艺相比,节省了2道工序和至少2种材料。

复合底涂的生产制备工艺、施工方式和检测方法同实施例1,检测结果分别见表3、表4,结果显示各项检测指标均合格,本实施例的复合底涂满足外墙用腻子和内外墙用底漆的功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,其特征在于,按重量份数计其组成包括:水10-15份、纤维素醚0.4-0.6份、分散剂0.3-0.6份、润湿剂0.1-0.2份、金红石钛白粉1-5份、石英砂30-40份、大理石粉20-30份、滑石粉10-15份、乳液12-20份、成膜助剂1-2份、防冻剂1-2份、消泡剂0.1-0.3份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,其特征在于,按重量份数计其组成还包括:防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,其特征在于,按重量份数计其组成还包括:PH调节剂0.1-0.2份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,其特征在于,所述乳液选自苯丙乳液、纯丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液、氟碳乳液、环氧乳液中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,其特征在于,所述防冻剂为有机醇类。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂,所述防冻剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将水和纤维素醚在分散缸低速分散均匀;
第二步:加入分散剂、润湿剂低速分散均匀;
第三步:加入金红石钛白粉、石英砂、大理石粉、滑石粉高速分散均匀;
第四步:加入乳液低速分散均匀;
第五步:加入成膜助剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂低速分散均匀后得成品。
8.一种具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的应用方法,其特征在于,在施工基层上先实施如1-6任一项所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂一遍,待表干后,再实施第二遍。
9.如权利要求8所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的应用方法,其特征在于,第二遍实施完成后干膜厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
10.如权利要求8所述的具有封闭、找平和中间着色的复合底涂的应用方法,其特征在于,第二遍实施完成后保养7天,再实施其他涂料。
