the seat plate 4 is movably arranged between the first guide rails 2, the seat plate 4 fixing device is provided with a first rotating motor 51, a second rotating motor 52 and a third rotating motor 53, and the first rotating motor 51 is used for driving the seat plate 4 to move back and forth; and
the turning rod mounting frames 6 are fixedly arranged at the lower end of the seat plate 4; and
the turning and throwing rod 7 is rotatably arranged between the turning and throwing rod mounting frames 6, the turning and throwing rod 7 is driven by a chain through the second rotating motor 52 and the third rotating motor 53, the turning and throwing rod 7 comprises a large turning and throwing rod 71 and a small turning and throwing rod 72, the small turning and throwing rod 72 is connected with a driving device 8, and the driving device 8 is used for driving the small turning and throwing rod 72 to extend obliquely downwards from the large turning and throwing rod 71;

Further, a rotating shaft 14 is rotatably disposed at the lower end of the seat plate 4, rotating wheels 15 are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft 14, and the rotating wheels 15 are mounted on the first guide rail 2.

When the seat plate 4 runs to the edge of the wall body, the movable plate 9 swings by a certain angle under the action of the bump 13, so that the extension part touches the microswitch 11, the electric control system immediately stops the running of the first rotating motor 51, the effect of effectively ensuring that the seat plate 4 does not touch the edge of the first track 2 or the second track 3 is achieved, and the damage caused by the collision of the turner to the wall body is avoided.
Then, the driving device 8 drives the movable frame 62 to extend out, and the small turner rod 72 can continue to work on the compost between the large turner rod 71 and the edge of the wall body, so that the defect that the compost in the space cannot be turned is overcome. In the process that the driving device 8 drives the movable frame 62 to extend, the spring 17 between the adjusting gear 16 and the fixed frame 61 is pressed, so that a space for stretching the rack is provided, and the stretching effect of the movable frame 62 is realized.
