The invention provides a household medicine management system based on an intelligent medicine box, which comprises a medicine box body and a management center, wherein the medicine box body is used as a hardware part, and the management center is realized by software; specifically, the medicine box body comprises an integral storage box 1 for storing boxed and bottled medicines and a metering storage box 2 for storing bulk pills, the integral storage box 1 and the metering storage box 2 can be freely combined, and of course, a plurality of integral storage boxes and a plurality of metering storage boxes can be arranged and combined freely according to the existing arrangement in a family, so that the inherent form of the traditional medicine box is broken through; furthermore, a plurality of partitions are arranged in each of the integral storage box 1 and the metering storage box 2 and are used for storing the medicines in a classified manner; firstly, box-packed or bottle-shaped medicines are stored in the integral storage box 1 in a classified manner, and pill-shaped medicines are stored in the metering storage box 2 in a classified manner, so that the medicines which need to be taken by the old can be separated and stored in the metering storage box 2, and the medicines can be conveniently taken out according to the dosage which needs to be taken; under the control of the management center, automatic dispensing is realized according to the dosage required by the old.

The control module in the management center is the core of the medication management system, and can receive the requests of the medication monitoring module and the medication management module, control the integral storage box and/or the metering storage box to realize medication storage record and automatic medication discharge.
The functions that can be achieved by the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the structure of the medicine box body, please refer to fig. 2 to 5, the integral storage box 1 includes a first box body, a plurality of first storage boxes 10 are arranged at intervals in the first box body, and the first storage box 10 is a box-shaped structure with an open front end; the boxed and/or bottled medicines are arranged in the queue, so that the medicines can be conveniently and quickly corresponding to the medicine storage list, and a user can conveniently and quickly search for the medicines, if a certain medicine is invalid, the medicine reminding unit sends a reminding to the user or a user terminal to indicate the number of the first storage box where the medicine is stored and the sequence of the first storage box in the queue, after the medicine is taken out by the user, the medicine is deleted from the medicine storage list, and the numbers of other medicines in the queue are adaptively modified.
In order to realize automatic medicine discharging, the first storage box 10 is arranged in an inclined manner, a first medicine discharging baffle 11 is arranged at an opening at the front end of the first storage box 10, a first medicine discharging cylinder 12 is connected below the first medicine discharging baffle 11, and the first medicine discharging cylinder 12 is connected with the control module; the control module controls the first medicine outlet cylinder 12 to drive the first medicine outlet baffle 11 to move up and down according to the request of the automatic medicine dispensing unit.
In order to more effectively manage the medicines, the first storage box 10 is divided into a first usage area 110 and a first spare area 100 arranged in front and behind each other, that is, the first spare area 100 is used for storing the inventory, and the first usage area 110 is used for storing the box-shaped medicines or the bottle-shaped medicine bottles in use, based on the consideration that the medicine is left in the whole boxes or the whole bottles at one time, if new medicines are put into the first spare area 100, new medicines are put into the first usage area 100 when the medicines are required to be stored again in the used area 110; in one embodiment, a first partition plate 14 is disposed between the first use area 110 and the first standby area 100, and a first partition cylinder (not shown) is connected to the first partition plate 14 and connected to the control module; the control module controls the first spacing cylinder to drive the first spacing baffle 14 to move up and down according to the established medicine storage list; the content and the residual amount of the medicines are recorded in the medicine storage list, the residual amount of the medicines can be calculated according to the taking times by combining the dose of the family member files, and when the medicines are taken out and no medicines exist in the first use area 110, the control module controls the first spacing baffle 14, and the medicines are called in the first standby area 100 to be taken out.
Specifically, the first usage area 110 is used for placing medicines in use, and a first counter (not shown) is disposed at the opening of the first storage box 10 for recording the number of times the medicines are taken; the control module calculates the number of times of taking the medicine according to the medicine amount in the established family member file or the recommended use amount in the established medicine storage list to obtain the residual quantity of the medicine, records the result in the medicine storage list, and sends a reminding for supplementing the medicine to a user through the medicine reminding unit when the residual quantity of the medicine is lower than a set value.
In addition, a plurality of indicator lamps 15 can be arranged on the integral storage box 1 and used for prompting the medicine stock condition, the effective period of the medicine bottles, the environment condition in the box and the like; meanwhile, a display device 16 for displaying the information of the inside of the box can be arranged outside the integral storage box 1, and the related prompt information can also be displayed on the display device 16 in the form of characters or patterns.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the metering storage box 2 includes a second box body and a pill discharge regulating assembly, the second box body is provided with a plurality of second storage boxes 20, in order to smoothly discharge pills, the second storage box 20 includes a box body portion 200 and a box end portion 210, the width of the box end portion 210 is gradually reduced from back to front, that is, two side plates of the box end portion 210 can play a certain guiding role, so as to guide the pills located in the box body portion 200 into the box end portion 210, and a second pill discharge port 220 capable of passing through only one pill at a time is arranged at the front side of a bottom plate of the box end portion 210, so that the pills can be taken out from the second pill discharge port 220 one by one; by arranging a second counter (not shown in the figure) at the second medicine outlet 220, automatic medicine outlet is completed according to the dosage of family member files, and an established medicine storage list is updated at the same time.
The pill discharge regulating assembly is used to incline the second storage box 20 from back to front, i.e. to slide pills from the box body 200 to the box end 210. in other embodiments, a plurality of guiding grooves may be provided in the second storage box 20, so that pills can be further sorted in the same storage box 2O and guided to the second pill outlet 220.
In one embodiment, the medicine discharging regulation and control assembly comprises a second medicine discharging regulation and control cylinder or a medicine discharging telescopic rod; the second medicine outlet 220 is further provided with a second medicine outlet baffle (not shown in the figure) for sealing the second medicine outlet 220, and the second medicine outlet baffle is connected with a second medicine outlet cylinder; the second medicine discharging cylinder, the second medicine discharging regulation and control cylinder or the medicine discharging telescopic rod are connected with the control module; the control module controls the medicine discharging regulation and control cylinder or the medicine discharging telescopic rod and the second medicine discharging cylinder according to the medicine consumption in the family member file; the number of the second medicine discharging cylinders is one, and the second medicine discharging cylinders are connected to the rear side below the second box body; or the number of the second medicine discharging air cylinders is multiple, and one second medicine discharging air cylinder is connected to the rear side below the box body part of each second storage box.
As shown in fig. 4, a medicine feeding channel is arranged above the second storage box 2, the medicine feeding channel comprises a main medicine feeding pipeline 21 and a plurality of medicine feeding branches 22 with one ends communicated with the main medicine feeding pipeline 21, and the other ends of the medicine feeding branches 22 are communicated with the second storage boxes 2 one by one; the medicine feeding baffles are arranged at the communication positions of the medicine feeding branches 22 and the main medicine feeding pipeline 21 and connected with the control module, and the control module enables the medicine feeding branches to enter the corresponding second storage boxes 20 through the corresponding medicine feeding branches according to the types of the pills.
Furthermore, the management center also comprises a scanning unit, and the scanning unit reads the information of the medicines by identifying the bar codes or the two-dimensional codes on the medicine outer packages to establish a medicine storage list; and the control module controls to open the corresponding medicine delivery branch according to the type of the medicine. For example, for the medicine which the pills are desired to store, the two-dimensional code or the bar code on the outer package of the medicine can be scanned to read the information of the medicine, and then the medicine is placed into the main medicine feeding pipeline 21, and the control module controls the corresponding medicine feeding baffle to be opened, i.e. the corresponding medicine feeding branch is conducted, so that the pills enter the corresponding second storage box 20.
In one embodiment, the scanning unit may be a separately installed scanning device, and may also be identified by functions such as "scan" in APP or applet.
In addition, automatic medicine feeding can be realized for boxed or bottle-shaped medicines, and based on one scene of the technical scheme of the invention, a user places the bought medicines on a conveyor belt, and a scanning recognition mechanism is installed on the conveyor belt, so that on one hand, the information of the medicines is obtained, and a medicine storage list is established; on the other hand, the intelligent medicine boxes are conveyed into the corresponding storage spaces according to the types of the products, so that the intelligent medicine boxes are realized, and the structures of the medicine boxes are not limited to the traditional forms.
In other embodiments, the management center further includes an environment monitoring unit, the environment monitoring unit includes a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor which are disposed in the integral storage box 1 and the metering storage box 2, and the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are connected to the control module, so as to obtain the environmental information in the storage box, and better ensure the storage environment of the drugs.
As shown in fig. 3, a storage space 17 for medicines requiring special storage environment may be provided in the integral storage box 1, for example, for medicines requiring refrigeration, a storage box may be provided in the storage space 17, and in other embodiments, a storage box may be provided separately for storing medicines requiring special storage.
