本发明涉及塑料机械技术领域,具体是一种塑料造粒装置。
背景技术
在日常生活和工厂生产中,往往会有很多废弃物,其中废旧塑料最为常见,如果将其直接丢弃会造成环境污染。通常,工厂会将废旧塑料回收再利用,这时会将其打碎,并经挤塑,切割生产成后期工艺需要的颗粒状,也就是俗称的造粒;塑料造粒机的主机是挤塑机,它由挤压系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统组成,大力发展再生资源,变废为宝。现有的塑料造粒机使用不够方便,工作效率低,并且会排出一些废气,造成环境污染。
因此,迫且提出一种塑料造粒装置。

1.一种塑料造粒装置,包括粉碎箱(2);其特征在于,所述粉碎箱(2)顶端安装有一号驱动箱(1);所述粉碎箱(2)的内部对应一号驱动箱(1)设有粉碎器;所述粉碎箱(2)的底端连通筛箱(21);所述粉碎箱(2)的一侧设有进料口(3);所述筛箱(21)上安装有推出机构(4);所述筛箱(21)通过管道连通工作箱(12);所述工作箱(12)上设有排料阀;所述筛箱(21)的底端安装有支撑杆(13)和热风机(6);所述支撑杆(13)和热风机(6)均安装于底座(7)的顶端;所述底座(7)上设有控制面板(17);所述粉碎箱(2)的顶端设有安装座(22);所述安装座(22)连通气管(8)的一端;所述气管(8)的另一端连通废气处理箱(9);所述工作箱(12)通过管道连通气管(8);所述底座(7)的底端安装有移动机构(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述一号驱动箱(1)内部设有步进电机;所述步进电机通过联轴器连接一号换向机构;所述一号换向机构通过联轴器连接主齿轮;所述主齿轮啮合连接两个侧齿轮;所述主齿轮和侧齿轮均通过轴连接粉碎器;所述粉碎箱(2)内部两侧均设有镶块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述粉碎箱(2)和筛箱(21)的连通处安装有筛网;所述热风机(6)通过管道连通分流器(5);所述分流器(5)上设有多个安装头;所述安装头连通粉碎箱(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(12)的的一侧设有二号驱动箱;所述二号驱动箱内部设有驱动电机(15);所述驱动电机(15)通过联轴器连接二号换向机构(16);所述二号换向机构(16)通过联轴器连接搅拌器(14);所述工作箱(12)的另一侧设有设有加热器;所述工作箱(12)的内部对应加热器设有加热棒;所述加热棒的顶部安装有过滤网(19);所述热风机(6)通过管道连通工作箱(12);所述工作箱(12)的底端通过回收管道连通回收水箱(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述废气处理箱(9)的顶端安装有加药口;所述废气处理箱(9)的侧面安装有冷却器(11);所述废气处理箱(9)的内部对应冷却器(11)设有冷却棒(24);所述冷却棒(24)的底端安装有多个导流棒(25);所述废气处理箱(9)的内部顶端安装有过滤器(23);所述过滤器(23)从上到下依次设有滤棉网和活性炭网。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述废气处理箱(9)上设有喷淋机构(10);所述喷淋机构(10)包括压力泵;所述压力泵通过管道连通废气处理箱(9)内部底端;所述压力泵上设有多个喷水管;所述废气处理箱(9)内部对应喷水管设有喷淋头。
7.根据权利要求4所述的塑料造粒装置,其特征在于,所述回收水箱(18)内部设有过滤机构;所述过滤机构从上到下依次为金属网、滤棉网、活性炭网和pp滤芯。
