In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a configuration diagram of a dressing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, the dressing apparatus including a mounting base 14 and a hinge 4 provided on the mounting base 14, the dressing apparatus further including:
the cutting piece 3 is rotatably arranged at one end, far away from the mounting base 14, of the hinge piece 4 and is used for rotating by taking the joint of the hinge piece 4 and the cutting piece 3 as a circle center so as to cut a material to be trimmed;
the limiting piece 6 is arranged on the mounting base 14, a placing part 12 capable of moving along the side line direction of the limiting piece 6 is sleeved on the outer side of the limiting piece 6, and the placing part 12 is used for placing a material to be trimmed; and
and the clamping assembly 7 is arranged on the placing part 12 and used for clamping and fixing the material to be trimmed so as to enable the cutting piece 3 to cut the material to be trimmed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cutting piece 3 rotates by taking the joint of the hinge piece 4 and the cutting piece 3 as a circle center, so that the material to be trimmed can be cut, and simultaneously, due to the provision of the placing portion 12 and the limiting member 6, by placing the material to be dressed on the placing portion 12, the vertical position of the material to be trimmed is adjusted through the matching use of the placing part 12 and the limiting part 6, the material to be trimmed is clamped and fixed through the clamping component 7, and then can adjust the horizontal direction position of the material of treating the repairment as required to realized treating the position control of the material of repairment (carry out position control in horizontal direction and vertical direction simultaneously), compared with the tradition and can only fix and carry out the repairment operation in certain definite position, effectively improved the flexibility to the repairment operation.
In an example of the present invention, the cutting element 3 rotates around the joint of the hinge 4 and the cutting element 3, a driving force may be selected according to needs, for example, the cutting element 3 may be manually rotated downward to achieve cutting and trimming, or an existing telescopic mechanism may be used to achieve reciprocating rotation, and it is understood that the telescopic mechanism may be an electric telescopic rod or a hydraulic rod, which is set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein, for example, the telescopic mechanism may be an electric telescopic rod of tom-good transmission technology limited, or a hydraulic rod of 2832 type manufactured by tom-good mechanical equipment limited, and may be configured to drive the cutting element 3 to rotate around the joint of the hinge 4 and the cutting element 3.
In another example of the present invention, the limiting member 6 is disposed on the mounting base 14, a placing portion 12 capable of moving along the side line direction of the limiting member 6 is sleeved outside the limiting member 6, and when the placing portion 12 moves along the side line direction of the limiting member 6, the placing portion may be fixed in a limiting manner by using a nut, a buckle, a screw, or the like, that is, after the height in the vertical direction is adjusted, the position may be fixed by using a nut, a buckle, a screw, or the like, so as to ensure the stability during the trimming operation.
In another example of the present invention, by placing the material to be trimmed on the placing portion 12, and further adjusting the vertical position of the material to be trimmed by the matching use of the placing portion 12 and the limiting member 6, the shape of the limiting member 6 may be one of a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, or a polygonal prism, which is set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein, although in order to clearly and specifically embody the present solution, the limiting member 6 is mainly embodied in a cylindrical form in the following embodiments, but is mainly embodied in a scheme realizability, and is not limited herein, and correspondingly, a through hole for passing through the limiting member 6 is opened in the placing portion 12, and the shape of the through hole is designed according to the shape of the limiting member 6, for example, it is designed as a circular through hole herein.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting element 3 is further provided with a driving portion 1 for driving the cutting element 3 to rotate with a joint of the hinge element 4 and the cutting element 3 as a center of circle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the driving part 1 is manually pushed to rotate clockwise, so that the cutting part 3 can be driven to rotate downwards by taking the joint of the hinge part 4 and the cutting part 3 as a circle center, the cutting and trimming of the material to be trimmed are finished, then the driving part 1 is manually pushed to rotate anticlockwise, so that the cutting part 3 can be driven to rotate upwards by taking the joint of the hinge part 4 and the cutting part 3 as a circle center, and the cutting part 3 is separated from the material.
In an example of the present invention, the cutting member 3 is used for cutting and trimming the material to be trimmed, and the cutting member 3 may be a product in the prior art, for example, an existing cutting blade may be used, and a specific type is selected according to requirements, which is not limited herein, and of course, a common blade may be used, and the common blade is welded with a connecting rod by a welding method, and then an end of the connecting rod is mounted on the hinge member 4 by a hinge method.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first locking member 11 capable of reciprocating along the borderline direction of the limiting member 6 is installed at one end of the limiting member 6 facing the installation base 14, and a second locking member 13 capable of reciprocating along the borderline direction of the limiting member 6 is installed at one end of the limiting member 6 away from the installation base 14.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 13 are used in a matched manner, so that the position of the placing part 12 with the height adjusted in the vertical direction can be locked, and the stability of the cutting process is effectively ensured.
In an example of the present invention, the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 13 are used in cooperation, the first locking member 11 may be a single sleeve with a built-in thread, and the limiting member 6 is correspondingly provided with an external thread engaged with the internal thread of the sleeve, of course, the second locking member 13 is also the above structure, when in use, the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 13 are rotated to lift together with the lifting of the placing part 12, and further when a position needs to be locked, the first locking member 11 and the second locking member 13 on the same limiting member 6 are rotated in opposite directions, respectively, so that the position locking can be realized; it can be understood that first retaining member 11 can also be the structure of combination, for example, first retaining member 11 can be the cover establish body on the locating part 6, be provided with the through-hole that is used for inserting the locating part on the body, correspond on the locating part 6 be provided with a plurality of be used for with the complex through-hole of locating part, of course, second retaining member 13 is also above-mentioned structure, when needs location, through with first retaining member 11 with second retaining member 13 adjusts to suitable position, then will the locating part inserts in proper order the body with in the through-hole on the locating part 6, and then realized the position locking.
It should be noted that the positioning element is used for being inserted into the pipe body and the through hole on the positioning element 6 for limiting and fixing, the positioning element may be a bolt, a buckle, a screw rod, or the like.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fixed seat 5 is further installed on the portion of the installation base 14 outside the placing portion 12, and a support 2 for limiting the placing portion 12 to be separated from the limiting member 6 is disposed on the fixed seat 5.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the support 2 is used to limit the placing portion 12 to be separated from the limiting member 6, so that it is ensured that no accident occurs when the vertical height of the material to be trimmed is adjusted by moving the placing portion 12 up and down, because the material to be trimmed is separated from the limiting member 6.
In an example of the present invention, the shape of the support 2 is one of a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, or a polygonal prism, which is not limited specifically, but is preferably a rectangular parallelepiped, and of course, the above are only some preferred shapes, and the support 2 may also be other shapes such as a multi-segment line shape, which is set according to practical requirements and is not limited herein, and of course, in order to clearly and specifically embody the present solution, the support 2 is mainly embodied in a rectangular parallelepiped form in the following embodiments, but is mainly for embodying the feasibility of the solution and is not limited herein.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the clamping assembly 7 includes:
two groups of first connecting pieces 8 which are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the end part of the placing part 12, wherein the first connecting pieces 8 are correspondingly provided with adjusting pieces 9 which can reciprocate along the sideline direction of the placing part 12; and
and the clamping part 10 is arranged at one end of the adjusting part 9 facing the limiting part 6 and is used for clamping and fixing the material to be trimmed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the material to be trimmed is clamped and fixed by the clamping assembly 7, so that the position of the material to be trimmed in the horizontal direction can be adjusted as required, and the position adjustment of the material to be trimmed is realized by matching the placing part 12 and the limiting part 6.
In an example of the present invention, when the clamping assembly 7 clamps and fixes the material to be trimmed, specifically, the clamping assembly is adjusted by two symmetrically arranged adjusting members 9 capable of reciprocating along the side line direction of the placing portion 12, the adjusting members 9 may be screwed to the first connecting member 8, and further the adjusting members 9 are rotated to drive the clamping portion 10 to perform position adjustment in the horizontal direction, so that the material can be clamped and fixed on different horizontal positions of the placing portion 12, and the positions of the two adjusting members 9 can also be reasonably adjusted according to the size of the material to be trimmed, so that the clamping assembly can be suitable for clamping and fixing materials of various sizes.
It should be noted that the specific length of the adjusting member 9 is selected according to the requirement, and is not limited herein as long as the material can be clamped and fixed by two symmetrical adjusting members 9.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, as a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a horizontally movable finishing brush 19 is further provided on a side of the placing portion 12 facing the mounting base 14 for brushing a surface of the material to be finished.
In the embodiment of the present invention, by horizontally moving the trimming brush 19, the trimming brush 19 can be further used to brush the surface of the material placed under the placing portion 12 back and forth, so that the traditional Chinese medicine material with chippings or dead skin on the surface can be trimmed to remove impurities, and compared with the traditional Chinese medicine material which is only trimmed singly, the traditional Chinese medicine material trimming device provides more selectivity and has a wider application range.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a limiting groove 18 is formed on the placing portion 12, a sliding member 17 which can horizontally move and limit to fall is correspondingly arranged in the limiting groove 18, and one end of the sliding member 17 facing the mounting base 14 is connected with a side surface of the trimming brush 19.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sliding piece 17 and the limiting groove 18 are used in a matched manner, so that the sliding piece 17 can horizontally move and can be limited to fall off, the sliding piece 17 is moved to drive the trimming brush 19 to horizontally reciprocate, so that the surface of the material placed below the placing part 12 can be brushed back and forth, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials with chippings or dead skin on the surface can be trimmed to remove impurities, and more selectivity is provided compared with the situation that only one traditional Chinese medicinal material can be trimmed.
In an example of the present invention, the sliding member 17 may be a product in the prior art, for example, a bolt, a screw, etc., and the shape of the limiting groove 18 corresponds to the lower end of the sliding member 17, and the sliding member 17 may be prevented from being separated from the limiting groove 18 by the top end of the sliding member 17.
In another example of the present invention, the lower end of the sliding member 17 passes through the placing portion 12 and is screwed and fixed to the upper end of the trimming brush 19, so that the trimming brush 19 can be removed as needed for replacement or cleaning.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an installation portion 16 is further disposed at an end portion of a side surface of the placing portion 12, an impurity removing assembly 20 is detachably connected to the installation portion 16, and the impurity removing assembly 20 includes:
a first dressing blade 22, a plurality of second dressing blades 23 being provided in the first dressing blade 22; and
and a driving mechanism 21, one end of which is mounted on the mounting portion 16, for driving the first dressing blade 22 and the second dressing blade 23 to rotate simultaneously, wherein the output end of the driving mechanism 21 is connected to the corresponding first dressing blade 22 and second dressing blade 23.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 21 drives the first trimming blade 22 and the second trimming blade 23 to rotate simultaneously, so that the side surfaces of the material placed on the placing portion 12 can be trimmed, and the cutting member 3 is used in cooperation, so that the cutting and the rotating trimming can be performed simultaneously, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
In an example of the present invention, the driving mechanism 21 may be a motor in the prior art, and the motor may be a dc motor, an asynchronous motor or a synchronous motor, which is selected according to practical requirements, and is not limited herein, as long as it can simultaneously drive the first dressing blade 22 and the second dressing blade 23 to rotate.
In another example of the present invention, since the second trimming blades 23 are multiple in number, each of the second trimming blades 23 is connected to the output end of the driving mechanism 21 through a second connecting member 24, and through the second connecting members 24 correspondingly arranged, only a single second trimming blade 23 to be replaced or cleaned can be detached as required, thereby ensuring that the single second trimming blade 23 can still be used after being detached.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an impurity removing device for processing traditional Chinese medicine, including the trimming device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the material is placed on the placing part 12, then the cutting part 3 rotates by taking the joint of the hinge part 4 and the cutting part 3 as a circle center, so that the material to be trimmed can be cut, meanwhile, as the placing part 12 and the limiting part 6 are arranged, the material to be trimmed is placed on the placing part 12, so that the vertical position of the material to be trimmed is adjusted through the matching of the placing part 12 and the limiting part 6, the material to be trimmed is clamped and fixed through the clamping component 7, so that the horizontal position of the material to be trimmed can be adjusted as required, the position adjustment of the material to be trimmed is realized, and the flexibility of trimming operation is effectively improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the impurity removing device for processing traditional Chinese medicine further comprises a plurality of lifting members 15 uniformly arranged outside the mounting base 14 for adjusting the vertical height of the mounting base 14.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vertical height of the mounting base 14 can be adjusted through the plurality of lifting pieces 15, so that the height of the impurity removing equipment for traditional Chinese medicine processing can be flexibly adjusted according to the height of an operator, and the application range is wider.
In an example of the present invention, the lifting member 15 is used for adjusting the vertical height of the mounting base 14, and the lifting member 15 may be a bolt, a screw rod, or the like, and in this example, the lifting member 15 is preferably a bolt. Of course, the lifting member 15 may also be a lifting mechanism in the prior art, for example, the lifting mechanism may be an electric telescopic rod of tom drive technology ltd, a hydraulic rod of 2832 manufactured by yoto mechanical equipment ltd, mn, or an HOB heavy oil cylinder of china sundson mechanical ltd, guangzhou, which is specifically set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein as long as it can lift the mounting base 14 in the vertical direction.
The embodiment of the invention provides a trimming device, which comprises a mounting base 14, a hinged part 4 arranged on the mounting base 14, and a cutting part 3 rotatably arranged at one end of the hinged part 4 far away from the mounting base 14, wherein a limiting part 6 is arranged on the mounting base 14, a placing part 12 capable of moving along the side line direction of the limiting part 6 is sleeved outside the limiting part 6, a clamping component 7 for clamping and fixing a material to be trimmed is arranged on the placing part 12, and impurity removing equipment for traditional Chinese medicine processing is provided based on the trimming device; the cutting member 3 is rotated around the joint of the hinge member 4 and the cutting member 3, so that the material to be trimmed can be cut, and at the same time, due to the provision of the placing portion 12 and the limiting member 6, by placing the material to be dressed on the placing portion 12, the vertical position of the material to be trimmed is adjusted through the matching use of the placing part 12 and the limiting part 6, the material to be trimmed is clamped and fixed through the clamping component 7, and then can adjust the horizontal direction position of the material of treating the repairment as required to realized treating the position control of the material of repairing, compare and can only fix and carry out the repairment operation in certain definite position in the tradition, effectively improved the flexibility to the repairment operation, solved in the current method directly with the sword after fixing chinese-medicinal material and cut the repairment operation problem that the flexibility of repairment operation is not high.
The electric appliances presented in the article can be connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply, and the main controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer and the like.
