when the pressing part 25 works, the top of the medicinal material is placed in the stepped cover box 253, the stepped cover box 253 is convenient for clamping the medicinal materials with different sizes, the execution end of the first hydraulic cylinder 251 drives the lifting plate 252 to descend so as to drive the medicinal material to move downwards, and the execution end of the second hydraulic cylinder 254 drives the pressing plate 255 to move downwards so as to drive the medicinal material to move downwards;
when slicing is performed, the driving motor 32 drives the slicing turntable 33 to rotate, when the slicing knife 34 rotates to pass through the medicinal materials, a piece of medicinal materials can be sliced to the lower part of the slicing turntable 33, and the medicine pressing boss 331 presses down the medicinal material pieces at the moment, so that the medicinal material pieces are prevented from being rolled up and damaged to generate more impurities; the medicine sweeping plate 351 and the medicine sweeping brush 352 drive the medicine pieces and the impurities to sequentially pass through the hot-pressing part 36, the impurity screening part 37 and the airflow discharging part 38 along with the rotation of the slicing turntable 33;
when the medicine passes through the hot pressing part 36, the medicine pieces are extruded between the hot pressing boss 361 and the medicine pressing boss 331, and the heater 362 heats the hot pressing boss 361 through the heat conducting rod 363 so as to shape and dry the medicine pieces;
when the medicine passes through the impurity screening part 37, the second negative pressure pipe 373 is communicated with a negative pressure air source, and impurities are sucked into the impurity removing cavity 371 through the screen holes 372;
when the medicinal material is through the airflow part 38 of unloading, with the air supply of air source pipe 384 intercommunication air supply, gaseous blowout behind air current passageway 382 and oblique runner 383, the air current blows the medicinal material piece, prevents medicinal material piece adhesion planing piece carousel 33 bottom, and the air current still can cool down the medicinal material piece, and the medicinal material piece of whereabouts falls on the baffle through the through-hole 381 of unloading to shift out planing case 10 through the baffle.
