In this embodiment, when the medicinal material passes through the hot pressing member 36, the medicinal material sheet is pressed between the hot pressing boss 361 and the medicine pressing boss 331, and the heater 362 heats the hot pressing boss 361 through the heat conducting rod 363, so as to shape and dry the medicinal material sheet;
further, when the medicinal material passes through the impurity sieving component 37, the second negative pressure pipe 373 is communicated with a negative pressure air source, and impurities are sucked into the impurity removing cavity 371 through the sieve holes 372;
further, when the medicinal material passes through the air flow discharging part 38, the air source pipe 384 is communicated with the air source, the air is sprayed out after passing through the air flow channel 382 and the inclined flow channel 383, the air flows to blow the medicinal material slices, the medicinal material slices are prevented from adhering to the bottom of the flaking turntable 33, the air flow can cool the medicinal material slices, and the fallen medicinal material slices fall on the guide plate through the discharging through holes 381 and are moved out of the flaking box 10 through the guide plate.
The specific flow of the invention is as follows:

when slicing is carried out, the driving motor 32 drives the slicing turntable 33 to rotate, when the slicing knife 34 rotates to pass through medicinal materials, a piece of medicinal materials can be sliced to the lower part of the slicing turntable 33, and at the moment, the medicinal material slices are pressed down by the medicine pressing boss 331, so that the medicinal material slices are prevented from being rolled up and damaged to generate more impurities; the medicine sweeping plate 351 and the medicine sweeping brush 352 drive the medicine pieces and impurities to pass through the hot pressing part 36, the impurity screening part 37 and the air flow discharging part 38 in sequence along with the rotation of the flaking turntable 33;
when the medicinal material passes through the hot-pressing part 36, the medicinal material sheet is extruded between the hot-pressing boss 361 and the medicine-pressing boss 331, and the heater 362 heats the hot-pressing boss 361 through the heat conducting rod 363 so as to shape and dry the medicinal material sheet;
when the medicinal materials pass through the impurity sieving component 37, the second negative pressure pipe 373 is communicated with a negative pressure air source, and impurities are sucked into the impurity removing cavity 371 through the sieve holes 372;
when the medicinal materials pass through the air flow discharging part 38, the air source pipe 384 is communicated with the air source, the air is sprayed out after passing through the air flow channel 382 and the inclined flow channel 383, the air flow blows the medicinal material slices, the medicinal material slices are prevented from adhering to the bottom of the slicing turntable 33, the air flow can also cool the medicinal material slices, and the fallen medicinal material slices fall on the guide plate through the discharging through holes 381 and are moved out of the slicing box 10 through the guide plate.
