Abstract
The invention relates to a positioning and separating platform for a rear suspension assembly of a vehicle cab, which comprises: the device comprises a frame mechanism, an electric mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a travelling mechanism and a positioning mechanism; the frame mechanism comprises a base plate and a supporting piece fixed on the lower end face of the base plate, and the electric mechanism is arranged in the center of the bottom face of the base plate; the running gear is 2 groups, each through 1 drive mechanism transmission connection in electric mechanism both sides, all sets up positioning mechanism on the running gear. The invention can adjust the sub-assembly platform to adapt to different automobile parts through the transverse and longitudinal movement of the travelling mechanism, and can work on various automobile parts, in particular to an automobile cab rear suspension assembly.

At present, various domestic commercial vehicle enterprises are dedicated to research and development of a new generation of super truck products with higher transportation capacity and larger transportation volume; in order to provide a larger storage space for a container, a plurality of single-function parts are integrated to form a multifunctional assembly, so that the arrangement space of the whole vehicle is saved, the function integration of a cab rear suspension assembly is particularly remarkable on the design and arrangement scheme of the whole vehicle of a new generation super truck, part of supports of the assembly are installed through an integrated air filter assembly or an expansion water tank, the space of the whole vehicle is greatly increased, a larger transportation volume is provided for a client, the assembly work of the cab rear suspension assembly is higher in requirement, the existing cab rear suspension assembly table can only be assembled aiming at the parts of a single model and cannot adapt to different parts, the types of the sub-assembly tables are too many and too cumbersome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and aims to solve the problems that the types of the split charging tables are too many, and each split charging table can only be provided with one type of accessory.

one side of the traveling mechanism is fixedly provided with a first gear which is coaxial with the corresponding transmission screw rod, and the first gear is in transmission connection with the transmission screw rod at the same side.
Furthermore, the traveling mechanism comprises a traveling box, the front and the back of the traveling box are respectively provided with a sliding chute which is sleeved on the slotted hole, the other side of the traveling box is provided with a second gear, and the bottom surface of the substrate is fixedly provided with a rack which is meshed with the second gear; a third gear coaxially connected with the second gear is arranged in the traveling box; a first longitudinal support rod and a second longitudinal support rod are arranged in the walking box, a first longitudinal rack is fixedly arranged on the first longitudinal support rod, a second longitudinal rack is fixedly arranged on the second longitudinal support rod, and the first longitudinal rack and the second longitudinal rack are in transmission connection with a third gear; the upper end of the first longitudinal supporting rod is provided with a longitudinal supporting surface, and the second longitudinal supporting rod is provided with a transverse supporting surface.

The present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the invention is shown by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.
Example 1:
a vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning racking station, comprising: the device comprises a frame mechanism 1, an electric mechanism 2, a transmission mechanism 3, a traveling mechanism 4 and a positioning mechanism 5;
the frame mechanism 1 comprises a base plate 11 and a support 12 fixed on the bottom surface of the base plate 11, and the electric mechanism 2 is arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the base plate 11; the running gear 4 is 2 groups, each through 1 drive mechanism 3 transmission connection in 2 both sides of electric mechanism, all sets up positioning mechanism 5 on the running gear 4.
The electric mechanism 2 comprises a motor 21 and a reduction box 22, the electric mechanism 2 is fixed on the bottom surface of the base plate 11 through bolts, the reduction box 22 is in transmission connection with the output end of the motor 21, the reduction box 22 comprises 2 groups of reduction gear sets and 2 transmission gears 31, each reduction gear set comprises 1 big gear and 1 small gear which are coaxially connected, the big gear is meshed with the output end of the motor through a gear, the small gear is meshed with the transmission gears 31, and the transmission gears 31 are connected with a transmission screw 32;
the transmission mechanisms 3 respectively comprise a transmission screw 32, and the transmission screws 32 are in transmission connection with the reduction gearbox 22;
the base plate 11 is symmetrically provided with a slotted hole 111, and the travelling mechanism 4 is arranged in the slotted hole 111;
one side of the traveling mechanism 4 is fixedly provided with a first gear 41 which is coaxial with the corresponding transmission screw 32, the first gear 41 is in transmission connection with the transmission screw 32 on the same side, the transmission screw 32 is connected with the first gear 41 through a thread tooth arranged on the transmission screw, the first gear 41 is an internal gear, and the first gear 41 is arranged on one side of the traveling box 40 through a fixing block 44.
The traveling mechanism 4 comprises a traveling box 40, sliding grooves 401 are arranged on the front and the back of the traveling box 40 and sleeved on the slotted hole 111, a second gear 42 is arranged on the other surface of the traveling box 40, a rack 112 meshed with the second gear 42 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the substrate 11, and the rack 112 is fixed on the edge of the slotted hole 111 through bolts; a third gear 43 coaxially connected with the second gear 42 is arranged in the walking box 40; a first longitudinal support rod 51 and a second longitudinal support rod 52 are arranged in the walking box 40, a first longitudinal rack 53 is fixedly arranged on the first longitudinal support rod 51, a second longitudinal rack 54 is fixedly arranged on the second longitudinal support rod 52, and the first longitudinal rack 53 and the second longitudinal rack 54 are in transmission connection with the third gear 43; the upper end of the first longitudinal support rod 51 is provided with a longitudinal support surface 55, and the second longitudinal support rod 52 is provided with a transverse support surface 56; tapered positioning pins 57 are arranged on the longitudinal supporting surface 55 and the transverse supporting surface 56, 2 tapered positioning pins 57 are arranged on the longitudinal supporting surface 55, and 4 tapered positioning pins 57 are arranged on the transverse supporting surface 56.
The motor 21 drives the traveling mechanism 4 to move transversely through the gear box 22, the transmission gear 31 and the transmission screw 32 step by step, and the sliding groove 401 is matched with the slotted hole 111 to ensure that the traveling mechanism 4 can move transversely stably; when the traveling mechanism 4 moves transversely, the rack 112 fixed on the base plate relatively moves, the rack 112 drives the second gear 42 to rotate, the second gear 42 drives the third gear 43 to rotate, the third gear 43 simultaneously drives the first longitudinal rack 53 and the second longitudinal rack 54 to longitudinally move, the first longitudinal support rod 53 and the second longitudinal support rod 54 also relatively longitudinally move, the longitudinal support surface 55 plays a role of longitudinally supporting the automobile parts through the conical positioning pin 57 fixed on the longitudinal support surface 55, and the transverse support surface 56 plays a role of transversely supporting the automobile parts through the conical positioning pin 57 fixed on the transverse support surface 56; finally, the positioning and split charging platform can be adjusted to adapt to different automobile parts through the transverse movement of the travelling mechanism 4 and the longitudinal movement of the first longitudinal supporting rod 53 and the second longitudinal supporting rod 54.

2. A vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning racking station as claimed in claim 1 wherein tapered locating pins (57) are provided on both said longitudinal support surface (55) and said lateral support surface (56).
3. A vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning racking station as claimed in claim 2 wherein said longitudinal support surface (55) is provided with 2 tapered locating pins (57) and said lateral support surface (56) is provided with 4 tapered locating pins (57).
4. A vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning sub-mount as claimed in claim 1 wherein said drive screw (32) is connected to the first gear (41) by a threaded tooth.
5. The vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning sub-mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first gear (41) is an internal gear, and the first gear (41) is disposed at a side of the traveling box (40) through a fixing block (44).
6. The vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning sub-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack (112) is fixed to the edge of the slot (111) by bolts.
7. The positioning and separating platform for the rear suspension assembly of the cab of the vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reduction box (22) comprises 2 sets of reduction gear sets and 2 transmission gears (31), the reduction gear sets are 1 big gear and 1 small gear which are coaxially connected, the big gear is meshed with the output end of the motor through a gear, the small gear is meshed with the transmission gears (31), and the transmission gears (31) are connected with the transmission screw (32).
8. A vehicle cab rear suspension assembly positioning sub-mount as claimed in claim 1 wherein said electric mechanism (2) is bolted to the underside of the base plate (11).
