The coarse crushing device comprises a machine base 1, a shell 2 and a hydraulic device 3, wherein the shell 2 is welded with a support frame 4, and the support frame 4 is welded on the top surface of the machine base 1.
The top of the machine base 1 is welded with two fixed plates 5, a guide rail 6 is welded between the fixed plates 5, the guide rail 6 is connected with a first moving plate 7 and a second moving plate 8 in a sliding mode, a conversion device 9 is arranged in an area between the first moving plate 7 and the second moving plate 8, and the conversion device 9 penetrates through the shell 2.

(3) The motor 14 is turned on again, the motor 14 drives the whole conversion device 9 to rotate on the second moving plate 8, at the moment, the thick granules of the root of the red bayberry on the inner wall of the crushing through hole are scraped by the scraper of the thick granule scraper structure 13, and the thick granules of the root of the red bayberry remaining on the inner wall of the crushing through hole fall onto the thick granule containing frame 20 through the discharging pipeline 17.
c. Collecting the thick granules of the root of the Chinese waxberry in the thick granule containing frame 20 into the traditional Chinese medicine extracting frame: the motor 14 is turned off, when the conversion device 9 stops rotating, the push plate 26 is horizontally pushed into the coarse particle containing frame 20, the push plate 26 can be controlled electrically or manually, and the coarse particles of the root of the Chinese waxberry in the coarse particle containing frame 20 are pushed into the traditional Chinese medicine extracting frame.
d. Scraping off coarse particles of the root of the Chinese waxberry on the coarse particle scraper structure 13:
(1) the hydraulic device 3 is returned to the initial position, at the moment, under the elastic return action of the spring 16, the second moving plate 8 moves rightwards on the track and is limited on the limiting block 25 of the guide rail 6, the switching device 9 is returned to the initial position, at the moment, the crushing cutter structure 12 enters the crushing through hole of the shell 2, the two baffles 10 close to the first moving plate 7 are supported in the crushing through hole, and meanwhile, the coarse particle scraper structure 13 exits from the crushing through hole of the shell 2.
(2) Coarse particle collecting plate 22 slides in draw-in groove 27 on support frame 4 right side, and coarse particle collecting plate 22 sets up in coarse particle scraper blade structure 13's below, and the thick granule of the root of chinese waxberry on coarse particle scraper blade structure 13 is scraped off to the rethread blade, and the thick granule of root of chinese waxberry falls on coarse particle collecting plate 22.
