Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to microemulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
If the diameter of dispersed liquid drops is between 5nm and 100nm after two or more mutually immiscible liquids are mixed and emulsified, the system is called microemulsion. Microemulsions are transparent disperse systems whose formation is related to the solubilization of micelles, also known as "swollen micellar solutions" or "micellar emulsions", microemulsions for short. Microemulsions are generally transparent or translucent liquid stable systems composed of oil, water, surfactants, co-surfactants, and electrolytes, among others. The microemulsion is characterized in that the size of dispersed phase particles is 0.01-0.1 mu m, the particles are uniform and invisible under a microscope; the particles are spherical; the microemulsion is semitransparent or transparent, the thermodynamics is stable, if the system is transparent, the fluidity is good, and the microemulsion is not layered after being separated for five minutes by using the centrifugal acceleration of 100g of a centrifugal machine; is miscible with oil and water in a certain range. The system in which the dispersed phase is oil and the dispersion medium is water is called O/W type microemulsion, and vice versa is called W/O type microemulsion.
In the existing method for preparing the microemulsion, a large amount of surfactant is required to be added to obtain the stable microemulsion, but the microemulsion prepared by the method has great irritation and limits the application of the microemulsion. Some manufacturers also use special equipment to prepare the microemulsion, but the high cost of the process also limits its application.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that a large amount of surfactant is required to be added or special equipment is required to be adopted in the preparation of the existing microemulsion, the invention aims to provide the microemulsion, the dosage of the surfactant in the microemulsion is small, the irritation is small, the stability is good, and components with various effects can be added to obtain different purposes, so that the application range is enlarged; for this reason, the invention also provides a preparation method of the microemulsion.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect of the present invention, a microemulsion is provided, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-77 parts of water, 2-4 parts of emulsifier, 15-50 parts of organic solvent and 0.5-1 part of arbutin.
Wherein, the oil-water emulsion also comprises 0.5 to 10 weight parts of moistening agent, and the moistening agent is selected from one or a mixture of more of silicone oil, vegetable oil and animal oil alkanes.
Preferably, the moistening agent is one or more of caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, jojoba oil, isooctyl palmitate, mineral oil, sweet almond oil, meadowfoam oil and grape seed oil.
Wherein, the preservative also comprises 0.1 to 0.2 weight part, and the preservative is selected from methyl ester, propyl ester or ethyl ester.
Wherein, the plant extract also comprises 0.1-0.2 weight part of plant extract, and the plant extract is selected from one or more of marigold extract, lavender extract, thyme extract, violet extract and ginseng extract.
Wherein, the coating also comprises 0.1 to 0.2 weight part of thickening agent, and the thickening agent is one or a mixture of xanthan gum, cellulose and carbomer.
Wherein the emulsifier is an anionic emulsifier or a nonionic emulsifier.
Preferably, the emulsifier is one or more selected from hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-20 glucose half stearate, Tween-60 and Tween-80.
Wherein, the organic solvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, propylene glycol and butanediol.
Wherein, the emulsion also comprises 0.5 weight part of a sensitizer.
Preferably, the sumicide is baitamine.
In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the above microemulsion, comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing the emulsifier and arbutin, and adding the mixture into water while stirring;
s2, adding the organic solvent into the system of S1, and stirring until the solution is transparent to obtain the microemulsion.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention uses water, emulsifier, organic solvent and arbutin to obtain transparent microemulsion; the added surfactant of the microemulsion is less in dosage and less in irritation; the microemulsion of the invention has good stability.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.
A microemulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-77 parts of water, 2-4 parts of emulsifier, 15-50 parts of organic solvent and 0.5-1 part of arbutin.
In the field of daily chemicals, water, an emulsifier and an organic solvent are mixed, and based on the hydrophilic and oleophilic properties of the emulsifier, the three can form a stable emulsion system after being stirred at a high speed, and are dispersed relatively uniformly but not transparent; in order to obtain a clear microemulsion system, the amount of emulsifier needs to be increased. However, the use amount of the emulsifier is increased, so that the irritation is increased, and the use range is limited.
The emulsifier is an anionic emulsifier or a nonionic emulsifier, and when one or more of hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-20 glucose half stearate, Tween-60 and Tween-80 are selected and mixed in the system, the emulsifying effect is better, and the stability of the obtained microemulsion is more durable.
Wherein, the organic solvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, propylene glycol and butanediol.
When the micro-emulsion is used in the field of daily chemicals and the moistening performance and the efficacy need to be improved, a moistening agent and various plant additives can be added into the micro-emulsion, wherein the commonly used moistening agent is one or a mixture of more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba oil, isooctyl palmitate, mineral oil, sweet almond oil, meadowfoam oil and grape seed oil. The plant additive can be one or more of flos Tagetis Erectae extract, Lavender extract, herba Thymi extract, violet extract, and Ginseng radix extract.
The microemulsion can also be added with a preservative and a thickening agent, wherein the preservative is methyl ester, propyl ester or ethyl ester, and the thickening agent is one or a mixture of xanthan gum, cellulose and carbomer.
The amounts of the components used in examples 1-4 are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
The microemulsions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 are respectively placed in an electric heating constant temperature incubator at 40 to 50 ℃ for 50 days, and no obvious layering phenomenon is observed after the temperature is recovered, which shows that the microemulsion of the invention has good stability.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
