The valve cover 6 is arranged at the valve hole 48c, and the valve cover 6 is a soft cover made of silica gel and is detachably fixed and covered in the valve hole 48 c. The pot cover of the embodiment can be filled with temperature control media such as water from the valve hole to the inner cavity of the pot cover, and when the water temperature in the inner cavity of the pot cover is too high, the pressure is relieved through the steam-permeable hole.

Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional cooking oven comprises a box body, a box cover and a heating device, wherein the box body is provided with a baking inner cavity, a heating pipe is arranged in the inner cavity and used for heating the baking inner cavity and controlling the internal temperature of the baking inner cavity, and the box door is used for opening/closing the inner cavity; the baking device is characterized by also comprising a constant temperature pot which is taken and placed in the baking inner cavity;
the constant temperature pot comprises a pot body and a pot cover; the pot body comprises an inner pot and an outer pot, and a gap is formed between the inner pot and the outer pot; the pot cover is a hollow cover, and a gap is formed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the pot cover; the upper surfaces of the outer pot and the pot cover form a heating outer surface for three-dimensionally and all-directionally synchronizing the temperature of the baking inner cavity, the lower surfaces of the inner pot and the pot cover form a constant-temperature inner surface for three-dimensionally and all-directionally maintaining the temperature in the pot, and a temperature control medium is filled between the heating outer surface and the constant-temperature inner surface.
2. The oven of claim 1 wherein the inner pan has an upper edge that is flanged outwardly and pressed against the upper edge of the outer pan, and wherein an annular gasket is fitted over the underside of the flange from the bottom of the inner pan, the outer edge of the annular gasket being slightly compressed against the inner side wall of the outer pan.
3. The oven of claim 1 wherein a slight pressure seal is provided at the upper edge of the outer pan, and an outward flange is formed at the upper edge of the inner pan, the flange pressing against the slight pressure seal, the seal being pressed against the upper edge of the outer pan.
4. The oven of claim 1, wherein the inner pan and the outer pan are integrally welded and sealed at the upper edge, such that the space between the inner pan and the outer pan forms a closed space.
5. The oven of claim 1 wherein said inner and outer pans are secured at their upper edges by mutual staking of the edges with a gasket disposed between the staked edges.
6. The oven of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the temperature control medium between the inner pan and the outer pan is water or air.
7. A toaster according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lid upper surface is provided with steam vents and/or pressure relief valves leading to the lower surface; the steam exhaust hole or the pressure release valve is provided with a cover plate, a tooth overturning opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the steam exhaust hole or the pressure release valve, of the cover plate, and the tooth overturning opening faces outwards in the radial direction.
8. The oven of claim 1, wherein the pan body is made of stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic, enamel, glass, high temperature resistant food grade silica gel or iron plate with a surface coating.
9. The oven of claim 1, wherein a detachable handle is provided outside the pan body; the bottom of the inner cavity is provided with an energy storage plate, the energy storage plate is provided with a hole which is communicated up and down, and a heating pipe is arranged below the energy storage plate. .
10. The oven of claim 1, wherein a valve hole is formed on an upper surface of the lid to communicate with the hollow inner cavity of the lid; the valve cover is made of silica gel and is fixed in a detachable mode and covers the valve hole; the middle of the valve cover is provided with a steam-permeable hole.
