Abstract
The invention discloses a feeding liquid nutritional additive and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the feeding liquid nutritional additive is an oil-in-water emulsion, the average particle size of dispersed liquid drops and/or emulsified particles is below 70nm, and the feeding liquid nutritional additive comprises the following components of soybean oil deodorized distillate, a food-grade emulsifier, a fat-soluble nutritional additive, a water-soluble nutritional additive and water, wherein the H L B value of the food-grade emulsifier is 10-14.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of additives for feeds, and particularly relates to a liquid nutritional additive for feeds and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The development history of liquid nutritional additives for feeding has been long, and since the end of the 19 th century, slaughterhouse offcuts and meat shavings were used as the original liquid feed source. Since the beginning of the 90 s, liquid additives have been widely used in countries around the world, and liquid additives for feeding have been increasingly studied. At present, most of raw materials in the liquid additive are single elements, and in order to meet the supply and demand of energy and nutrition of animals, a large amount of different types of raw materials are needed to prepare the composite additive. The cost of the liquid nutrition additive for the feed is high, and the problems of complex preparation process, difficult processing of raw materials and the like exist. Therefore, finding raw materials that are less expensive, easy to handle and formulate has become an increasing concern.
The soybean oil deodorized distillate contains abundant fatty acids, natural vitamin E, phytosterol, triglyceride, squalene and the like. Generally, the soybean oil deodorized distillate is only used as a raw material for extracting high-purity natural vitamin E, phytosterol and squalene, the utilization route is single, and the soybean oil deodorized distillate is not researched in the field of feed at present. The soybean oil deodorized distillate comprises the following main components: 25-50% of fatty acid, 8-20% of tocopherol, 10-15% of sterol ester, 9-15% of phytosterol, 1.5-5% of squalene, 9-10% of triglyceride, 3-5% of diglyceride and 4-5% of monoglyceride. Wherein triglyceride, fatty acid, etc. can be used as oil component in feed; the natural vitamin E can not only prevent the raw materials from being oxidized and rotten in the feed storage or production process, but also help to ensure the quality of the livestock and poultry meat; the phytosterol has the effects of regulating growth, promoting protein synthesis, reducing feed coefficient and saving feed resources, can obviously reduce cholesterol, improve lean meat percentage, improve animal product quality, is beneficial to human health, has extremely high safety, and can be applied to food, animal feed and artificial silkworm, fish, shrimp and bird breeding. The main components of the soybean oil deodorized distillate meet the requirements of animals on various nutrients, so that the soybean oil deodorized distillate is innovatively used in the field of feed, and the feasibility is realized.
However, the existing common liquid feed additive is a single variety or is added after being dissolved in water after being prepared into powder, so that the additive is difficult to disperse in water, is difficult to form a uniform and stable liquid nutrition additive, is difficult to store for a long time, is not beneficial to practical application due to the fact that stirring and mixing for prolonging the time in field preparation are not carried out, and has low efficiency and low effective utilization rate.
