Abstract
本发明公开了一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,包括两片平行的玻璃、百叶帘、金属空心框、联动机构和至少一个外操控手柄,金属空心框设置在两片平行的玻璃之间后形成中空腔,百叶帘设置在中空腔内,联动机构设置在中空腔内且与百叶帘相连,联动机构包括翻转机构、升降机构、串绳和至少一个内操控手柄,翻转机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,升降机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,两片平行的玻璃沿边一周设置有固定框,固定框外部设置有外罩,外罩内边至少一侧设置有滑轨,外操控手柄与滑轨活动连接,外操控手柄与内操控手柄相对设置。本申请提供的百叶窗带有玻璃罩,拆卸方便,可以轻松实现改造老房改造,并且节约了施工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及中空玻璃百叶窗技术领域,特别涉及一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗。
背景技术
中空玻璃由于其独特的隔热性、隔音性、防凝霜、防灰尘污染等特点而应用广泛,其中应用最多的是中空玻璃窗、中空幕墙和中空门等结构。中空内置百叶玻璃窗为两片玻璃夹住百叶帘系统的结构,市场上现有普通的磁控百叶玻璃均是双道密封,维修必须割胶、破坏中空层,需要专业技术人员上门服务,特别是老房改造,百叶窗不能重复利用,成本较高。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的现有百叶窗均是双道密封,维修必须割胶、破坏中空层,老房改造,百叶窗不能重复利用,成本较高的问题,本发明提供了一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗。
具体技术方案如下:
一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,包括两片平行的玻璃、百叶帘、金属空心框、联动机构和至少一个外操控手柄,所述金属空心框设置在两片平行的玻璃之间后形成中空腔,所述百叶帘设置在中空腔内,所述联动机构设置在中空腔内且与百叶帘相连,所述金属空心框外部设置有丁基密封胶,所述联动机构包括翻转机构、升降机构、串绳和至少一个内操控手柄,所述翻转机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,所述升降机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,所述两片平行的玻璃沿边一周设置有固定框,所述固定框外部设置有外罩,所述外罩内边至少一侧设置有滑轨,所述外操控手柄与滑轨活动连接,所述外操控手柄与内操控手柄相对设置。
优选的,所述外罩包括矩形镂空铝合金框本体,所述铝合金框本体四边均设置有固定边,所述固定边与铝合金框本体垂直。
优选的,所述固定边与矩形框本体一体成型。
优选的,所述固定边远离铝合金框的一侧设置有若干定位片,若干定位片呈半圆形,且若干段定位片呈波浪形排布。
优选的,所述铝合金框本体内部设置有隔条,所述铝合金框体内壁设置有胶黏剂,所述隔条外表面通过胶黏剂与框体内壁相抵,所述隔条与铝合金框体之间设置有干燥剂。
优选的,所述隔条为“凵”型,且隔条开口与铝合金框体内壁相对设置。
优选的,所述干燥剂为分子筛。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请中百叶窗的固定框外部设置有外罩,所述外罩内边至少一侧设置有滑轨,所述外操控手柄与滑轨活动连接,所述外操控手柄与内操控手柄相对设置,百叶窗维修时可以通过直接拆卸外罩来维修,尤其方便老房改造,节约了施工成本。
(2)本申请中固定边远离铝合金框的一侧设置有若干定位片,若干定位片呈半圆形,且若干段定位片呈波浪形排布,外罩与固定框连接时,可以通过半圆形定位片来定位安装螺丝,提高了施工效率。
(3)本申请中铝合金框本体内部设置有隔条,所述铝合金框体内壁设置有胶黏剂,所述隔条外表面通过胶黏剂与框体内壁相抵,所述隔条与铝合金框体之间设置有干燥剂。由于铝合金框体内部中空,加入干燥剂后,可以有效防止百叶窗进入水汽,延长了百叶窗的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
本发明公开了一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃2百叶窗,如图1所示,包括两片平行的玻璃2、百叶帘1、金属空心框、联动机构和至少一个外操控手柄3,金属空心框设置在两片平行的玻璃2之间后形成中空腔,百叶帘1设置在中空腔内,联动机构设置在中空腔内且与百叶帘1相连,金属空心框外部设置有丁基密封胶,联动机构包括翻转机构、升降机构、串绳和至少一个内操控手柄,翻转机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,升降机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,两片平行的玻璃2沿边一周设置有固定框4,固定框4外部设置有外罩6,外罩6内边至少一侧设置有滑轨5,外操控手柄3与滑轨5活动连接,外操控手柄3与内操控手柄相对设置。
如图2和3所示,外罩6包括矩形镂空铝合金框本体7,铝合金框本体7四边均设置有固定边8,固定边8与铝合金框本体7垂直。固定边8与矩形框本体一体成型。外罩6包括在固定框4外部,用于与房屋直接连接。如图3所示,固定边8远离铝合金框的一侧设置有若干定位片9,若干定位片9呈半圆形,且若干段定位片9呈波浪形排布。在固定框4与外罩6连接时,需要用螺栓组件11固定,螺栓组件11固定的位置可以通过定位片9的位置进行定位。
如图4所示,铝合金框本体7内部设置有隔条10,铝合金框体内壁设置有胶黏剂,隔条10外表面通过胶黏剂与框体内壁相抵,隔条10与铝合金框体之间设置有干燥剂11。隔条10为“凵”型,且隔条10开口与铝合金框体内壁相对设置,优选的,干燥剂11为分子筛。铝合金框体内部是中空环境,通过隔条10和框体的结合,中间充满分子筛,可以对其进行干燥,是的百叶玻璃2窗一直处于干燥的环境下,进一步提高了百叶窗的使用寿命。

1.一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,包括两片平行的玻璃、百叶帘、金属空心框、联动机构和至少一个外操控手柄,所述金属空心框设置在两片平行的玻璃之间后形成中空腔,所述百叶帘设置在中空腔内,所述联动机构设置在中空腔内且与百叶帘相连,所述金属空心框外部设置有丁基密封胶,所述联动机构包括翻转机构、升降机构、串绳和至少一个内操控手柄,所述翻转机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,所述升降机构通过串绳与内操控手柄相连,所述两片平行的玻璃沿边一周设置有固定框,其特征在于:所述固定框外部设置有外罩,所述外罩内边至少一侧设置有滑轨,所述外操控手柄与滑轨活动连接,所述外操控手柄与内操控手柄相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,其特征在于:所述外罩包括矩形镂空铝合金框本体,所述铝合金框本体四边均设置有固定边,所述固定边与铝合金框本体垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,其特征在于:所述固定边与矩形框本体一体成型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,其特征在于:所述固定边远离铝合金框的一侧设置有若干定位片,若干定位片呈半圆形,且若干段定位片呈波浪形排布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,其特征在于:所述铝合金框本体内部设置有隔条,所述铝合金框体内壁设置有胶黏剂,所述隔条外表面通过胶黏剂与框体内壁相抵,所述隔条与铝合金框体之间设置有干燥剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自带可拆卸外罩的玻璃百叶窗,其特征在于:所述隔条为“凵”型,且隔条开口与铝合金框体内壁相对设置。
