Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for pouring a post-cast strip of a concrete beam by adopting an inflatable template, which are constructed according to the following steps: binding beam steel bars and reserving a post-cast strip range → positioning and fixing beam stirrups by spot welding fixed steel bars → installing special customized inflatable formworks → inflating the inflatable formworks → pouring beam concrete → dismantling the formworks. The invention has strong universality, reasonable splicing of various sizes, high repeated utilization rate, environmental protection and no pollution. After the post-cast strip is filled fully, the structure is attractive and elegant, the construction waste can be prevented from entering the interior of the post-cast strip, the construction waste can be cleaned easily in the later period, the labor cost is saved, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction period is short, and the concrete forming quality is good.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a structure for pouring a concrete beam post-cast strip by adopting an inflatable template, belonging to the technical field of building construction.
Background
Post-cast strips are often required to be left in building construction to ensure the safety of building structures. However, with the diversification of the structure form of modern buildings, the difficulty is brought to the erection of post-cast strip templates. The prior art generally adopts wood templates for building. Because the post-cast strip has more longitudinal bars, and the beam reinforcing bars usually pass through the templates, the tight joint of the wooden templates is difficult to achieve, and concrete grout is difficult to avoid flowing into the post-cast strip from the gaps of the wooden templates when the concrete is vibrated. If the concrete flowing into the post-cast strip of the beam is not removed in time, the concrete is more difficult to remove after hardening. However, the space in the post-cast strip is narrow and difficult to clean. If the chiseling measure is adopted, the reinforcing steel bar is easy to damage, and the bearing capacity of the reinforcing steel bar is reduced. Therefore, the prior art still has the defects and needs to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a structure for pouring a post-cast strip of a concrete beam by adopting an inflatable template, so as to avoid concrete grout from flowing into the post-cast strip of the beam from a gap of a wood template during concrete pouring, thereby overcoming the defects in the prior art.

a. erecting a bottom template of the concrete beam, binding beam steel bars on the top surface of the bottom template, and reserving a post-cast strip position when binding the beam steel bars;
b. spot welding some fixed steel bars on the beam steel bars and binding beam stirrups on the fixed steel bars;
c. a side template of the concrete beam is supported on the bottom template;
d. placing an inflatable template in a cavity defined by the fixed steel bars and the beam stirrups, and inflating the inflatable template by using an air compressor;
e. after the concrete beam is inflated to a certain air pressure, closing an air nozzle of the inflatable template, removing the air compressor, and pouring the concrete beam;
f. and after the concrete of the concrete beam is completely solidified, removing the side templates and the bottom template and leaving a post-cast strip on the concrete beam.
In the method for pouring the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by using the inflatable template, after the inflatable template is inflated, the deformation of the inflatable template is rechecked and adjusted, and then the concrete beam is poured.
In the method for pouring the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by adopting the inflatable template, the shape of the inflatable template is customized according to the section shape of the concrete beam.
In the method for pouring the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by adopting the inflatable template, the inflatable template is reserved when the side template and the bottom template are disassembled so as to prevent construction waste from falling into the post-cast strip in the later period.
The structure for pouring the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by adopting the inflatable template comprises a bottom template for pouring the concrete beam, wherein the top surface of the bottom template is provided with beam steel bars, and the beam steel bars are provided with the post-cast strip; the beam reinforcing steel bars are welded with fixed reinforcing steel bars, and beam stirrups are bound on the fixed reinforcing steel bars; a side template for pouring a concrete beam is arranged on the bottom template; an inflatable template is placed in a cavity defined by the fixed steel bars and the beam stirrups, and the inflatable template is arranged on two sides of the position of the post-cast strip; and the inflating template is provided with an air nozzle used for inflating through an air compressor.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the inflatable template to replace the wooden template at the butt joint of the post-cast strip, the inflatable template can fill the whole range of the post-cast strip of the beam after being inflated and is connected with the wooden template in a tight joint, and the technical problem that concrete slurry flows into the post-cast strip of the beam from the gap of the template when the post-cast strip is cast in the prior art is effectively solved. The method has the advantages of good sealing performance, certain strength, reduced slurry leakage, good concrete forming quality, reduced cost, environmental protection, no pollution, easy cleaning of joint rubbish and capability of better solving the common quality problems of cracking, leakage and the like. The novel LED lamp has the advantages of strong universality, reasonable splicing of various sizes, high repeated utilization rate, environmental friendliness and no pollution. After the post-cast strip is filled fully, the structure is attractive and elegant, the construction waste can be prevented from entering the interior of the post-cast strip, the construction waste can be cleaned easily in the later period, the labor cost is saved, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction period is short, and the concrete forming quality is good.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The invention discloses a method for pouring a post-cast strip of a concrete beam by adopting an inflatable template, which comprises the following steps of:
a. erecting a bottom template 1 of a concrete beam, binding beam reinforcements 2 on the top surface of the bottom template 1, and reserving a post-cast strip 3 position when binding the beam reinforcements 2;
b. spot welding some fixed steel bars 4 on the beam steel bars 2 and binding beam stirrups 5 on the fixed steel bars 4;
c. a side template 6 of the concrete beam is supported on the bottom template 1;
d. placing an inflatable template 7 in a cavity defined by the fixed steel bar 4 and the beam stirrup 5, and inflating the inflatable template 7 by using an air compressor 8;
e. after the concrete is inflated to a certain air pressure, closing an air nozzle 9 of the inflatable template 7, removing the air compressor 8, and pouring the concrete beam 10;
f. and after the concrete of the concrete beam 10 is completely solidified, removing the side templates 6 and the bottom template 1, and reserving a post-pouring belt 3 on the concrete beam 10.
In the method, after the inflatable template 7 is inflated, the deformation of the inflatable template 7 is rechecked and adjusted, and then the concrete beam 10 is poured. The shape of the air-filled formworks 7 is customized according to the sectional shape of the concrete beam 10. The inflatable formwork 7 can be retained after the side formworks 6 and the bottom formwork 1 are removed, and the inflatable formwork 7 is removed until the post-cast strip needs to be filled. So as to prevent building rubbish from falling into the post-cast strip in the construction process and further influence the construction quality.
The structure for casting the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by using the inflatable template, which is formed according to the method, comprises a bottom template 1 for casting the concrete beam, beam steel bars 2 are arranged on the top surface of the bottom template 1, and the post-cast strip 3 is arranged on the beam steel bars 2, as shown in figures 1 and 2; the beam reinforcing steel bars 2 are welded with fixed reinforcing steel bars 4, and beam stirrups 5 are bound on the fixed reinforcing steel bars 4; a side template 6 for pouring a concrete beam 10 is arranged on the bottom template 1; an inflatable template 7 is placed in a cavity defined by the fixed steel bar 4 and the beam stirrup 5, and the inflatable template 7 is arranged on two sides of the post-cast strip 3; an air nozzle 9 for inflating through an air compressor 8 is arranged on the inflating template 7.
The invention has the advantages of convenient construction, high construction efficiency, effectively shortened construction period and the like. The used inflatable template has simple structure, convenient use, good sealing performance and certain strength. The mortar can be reduced during pouring, the concrete forming quality is good, the cost is reduced, the environment is protected, no pollution is caused, the joint garbage is easy to clean, and the common quality problems of cracking, leakage and the like can be better solved.
Claims (5)
1. A method for pouring a post-cast strip of a concrete beam by adopting an inflatable template is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
erecting a bottom template of the concrete beam, binding beam steel bars on the top surface of the bottom template, and reserving a post-cast strip position when binding the beam steel bars;
spot welding some fixed steel bars on the beam steel bars and binding beam stirrups on the fixed steel bars;
a side template of the concrete beam is supported on the bottom template;
placing an inflatable template in a cavity defined by the fixed steel bars and the beam stirrups, and inflating the inflatable template by using an air compressor;
after the concrete beam is inflated to a certain air pressure, closing an air nozzle of the inflatable template, removing the air compressor, and pouring the concrete beam;
and after the concrete of the concrete beam is completely solidified, removing the side templates and the bottom template and reserving a post-cast strip on the concrete beam.
2. The method of casting the post-cast strip of the concrete beam by using the inflatable formwork according to claim 1, wherein: and after the inflatable template is inflated, the deformation of the inflatable template is rechecked and adjusted, and then the concrete beam is poured.
3. The method of casting the post-cast strip of the concrete beam using the inflatable form as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the shape of the inflatable template is customized according to the cross-sectional shape of the concrete beam.
