Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for pouring a concrete column by adopting an inflatable template fixed with a floor slab, which are constructed according to the following steps: binding column reinforcing steel bars and leaving a range → positioning and fixing a water stop plate by using fixed reinforcing steel bars through spot welding → installing a special air inflation template with a customized shape → inflating the air inflation template → pouring column concrete → dismantling the template. The invention has strong universality, reasonable splicing of various sizes, high repeated utilization rate, environmental protection and no pollution. Fill full scope after, elegant appearance can prevent inside building rubbish gets into, and the building rubbish is cleared up easily in the later stage, practices thrift the cost of labor, and easy operation is convenient, and the time limit for a project is fast, and the concrete shaping is of high quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a structure for pouring a concrete column by adopting an inflatable template fixed with a floor slab, belonging to the technical field of building construction.
Background
In the building construction process, when a shear wall or a column is poured, the phenomena of root rot, slurry leakage and honeycomb pitted surface frequently occur due to the fact that the bottom of a wall column template is not tightly sealed with a floor slab. In order to overcome the above problems, the prior art generally adopts a method of nailing and pressing battens when cement mortar is used for plugging seams or formwork erection at the root of a wall column formwork. However, in the mode of the prior art, mortar needs to be chiseled at the later stage, which not only wastes materials and increases construction waste, but also wastes labor, has low construction efficiency and increases construction cost. Therefore, the prior art still has the defects and needs to be further improved.

a. binding reinforcing steel bars in the concrete columns on the top surface of the floor slab;
b. erecting a column template, and padding a cushion block at the bottom of the column template;
c. taking out the cushion blocks edge by edge, plugging the cushion blocks into the inflatable template, inflating the inflatable template, and replacing the cushion blocks with the inflatable template;
d. fixing the fixed edge of the inflatable template with the floor slab by using screws;
e. pouring a concrete column;
f. and after the concrete of the concrete column is completely solidified, removing the concrete column template and the inflatable template to complete the pouring of the concrete column.
The structure for pouring the concrete column by adopting the inflatable template fixed with the floor slab comprises the floor slab arranged beside the concrete column to be poured, column inner steel bars for pouring the concrete column are bound on the top surface of the floor slab, and a column template for pouring the concrete column is erected around the column inner steel bars; an inflatable template is filled between the column template and the floor slab, an entity fixing edge is arranged on one side of the inflatable template, the entity fixing edge and the inflatable template are connected into a whole, a screw hole is arranged on the entity fixing edge, a pressing plate covers the entity fixing edge, and the entity fixing edge of the inflatable template is fixed on the floor slab after the screw penetrates through the screw hole on the pressing plate and the entity fixing edge.
In the structure, the inflatable template is a hollow airbag type structure which is made of wear-resistant rubber and can be inflated and expanded.
In the structure, the hollow part of the inflatable template is of a right-angled trapezoid hollow structure, and an inflating nozzle is arranged at the hollow part of the inflatable template.
In the structure, the inflating nozzle is an air nozzle for an automobile tire.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the mode that the inflatable template replaces the cement mortar crack plugging or the batten pressing during the formwork erecting in the prior art, the inflatable template can fill the whole column range after being inflated, and is matched and connected with the floor slab and the column template in a tight thread joint, thereby effectively solving the technical problem that concrete slurry flows out from the bottom gap of the column template during the concrete pouring in the prior art, and further improving the pouring quality. The inflatable formwork has good sealing performance and certain strength, reduces slurry leakage, has good concrete forming quality, reduces cost, is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and basically does not need to be cleaned after pouring is finished. The novel LED lamp has the advantages of strong universality, reasonable splicing of various sizes, high repeated utilization rate, environmental friendliness and no pollution. The labor cost is saved, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction period is short, and the concrete forming quality is good.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The invention discloses a method for pouring a concrete column by adopting an inflatable template fixed with a floor slab, which comprises the following steps of:
a. binding a steel bar 2 in a concrete column on the top surface of the floor slab 1;
b. erecting a column template 3, and padding blocks 4 on the bottom of the column template 3;
c. taking out the cushion blocks 4 edge by edge and plugging the cushion blocks into the inflatable template 5, inflating the inflatable template, and replacing the cushion blocks 4 with the inflatable template 5;
d. fixing the solid fixing edge 8 of the inflatable template 5 with the floor slab 1 by adopting a pressing plate 10 and a screw 6;
e. pouring a concrete column 7;
f. and after the concrete of the concrete column 7 is completely solidified, removing the concrete column template 3 and the inflatable template 5 to complete the pouring of the concrete column 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the inflatable template 5 is made of wear-resistant rubber, the inflatable template 5 is in a right-angled trapezoid hollow 12 structure, and an inflating nozzle 9 is arranged at the hollow 12; one side of the inflatable template 5 is provided with an entity fixing edge 8, and the entity fixing edge 8 is provided with a screw hole 10. The inflating nozzle 9 adopts an air nozzle for an automobile tire, and is automatically sealed after being inflated.
The structure for pouring the concrete column by adopting the inflatable template fixed with the floor slab comprises the floor slab 1 arranged beside the concrete column 7 to be poured, column inner steel bars 2 for pouring the concrete column 7 are bound on the top surface of the floor slab 1, and a column template 3 for pouring the concrete column 7 is supported around the column inner steel bars 2, as shown in figures 1 to 3; an inflatable template 5 is filled between the column template 3 and the floor slab 1, one side of the inflatable template 5 is provided with an entity fixing edge 8, the entity fixing edge 8 and the inflatable template 5 are connected into a whole, the entity fixing edge 8 is provided with a screw hole 10, the entity fixing edge 8 is covered with a pressure plate 11, and the entity fixing edge 8 of the inflatable template 5 is fixed on the floor slab 1 after a screw 6 passes through the pressure plate 11 and the screw hole 10 on the entity fixing edge 8; the inflatable template 5 is a hollow airbag type structure which is made of wear-resistant rubber and can be inflated and expanded; during manufacturing, the hollow of the inflatable template 5 is preferably made into a right-angled trapezoid hollow 12 structure (as shown in fig. 2), and an inflation nozzle 9 is installed at the hollow 12 on the inflatable template 5; the inflating valve 9 can be an existing air valve for an automobile tire.
The invention has the advantages of convenient construction, high construction efficiency, effectively shortened construction period and the like. The inflatable template has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, good sealing performance and certain strength. The invention can reduce slurry leakage during pouring, ensure good concrete forming quality, reduce cost, protect environment and cause no pollution. The invention can effectively solve the quality problems of root rot, slurry leakage, honeycomb pitted surface and the like between the concrete column and the floor slab.
Claims (5)
1. A method for pouring a concrete column by adopting an inflatable template fixed with a floor slab is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
binding reinforcing steel bars in the concrete columns on the top surface of the floor slab;
erecting a column template, and padding a cushion block at the bottom of the column template;
taking out the cushion blocks edge by edge, plugging the cushion blocks into the inflatable template, inflating the inflatable template, and replacing the cushion blocks with the inflatable template;
fixing the fixed edge of the inflatable template with the floor slab by using screws;
pouring a concrete column;
and after the concrete of the concrete column is completely solidified, removing the concrete column template and the inflatable template to complete the pouring of the concrete column.
2. A structure for adopting an inflatable template fixed with a floor slab to pour a concrete column comprises the floor slab (1) arranged beside the concrete column (7) to be poured, column internal steel bars (2) used for pouring the concrete column (7) are bound on the top surface of the floor slab (1), and a column template (3) used for pouring the concrete column (7) is arranged around the column internal steel bars (2); the method is characterized in that: an inflatable template (5) is filled between a column template (3) and a floor slab (1), an entity fixing edge (8) is arranged on one side of the inflatable template (5), the entity fixing edge (8) and the inflatable template (5) are connected into a whole, a screw hole (10) is arranged on the entity fixing edge (8), a pressing plate (11) is covered on the entity fixing edge (8), and a screw (6) penetrates through the pressing plate (11) and the screw hole (10) on the entity fixing edge (8) to fix the entity fixing edge (8) of the inflatable template (5) on the floor slab (1).

The structure of the concrete column cast by the inflatable formwork fixed with the floor slab as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the hollow part of the inflatable template (5) is in a right-angle trapezoid hollow (12) structure, and an inflating nozzle (9) is arranged at the hollow part (12) on the inflatable template (5).
5. The structure of the concrete column cast by the inflatable formwork fixed with the floor slab as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the charging connector (9) is an air nozzle for an automobile tire.
