Abstract
The invention discloses a novel WPC floor production forming process, which relates to the technical field of ground decoration material production, wherein foaming paste formed by a foaming device is extruded by a mould to form a foaming sheet-shaped soft base material, the base material is subjected to surface cooling forming by a plate-type cooling forming device and then is sequentially conveyed to a first group of compression roller devices for attaching L VT floor fabric and/or medium bottom material, a second group of compression roller devices for attaching a wear-resistant layer and a color film layer and a third group of compression roller devices for embossing by a roller tractor, and the base material is heated before entering each group of compression roller devices to keep the base material in a softened state.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of ground decoration materials, and particularly relates to a novel WPC floor production forming process.
Background
WPC flooring is also one of the PVC flooring. The main raw materials are polyvinyl chloride, calcium powder, foaming agent and the like. The WPC floor is light, thin, wear-resistant, good in elasticity, fireproof, flame-retardant, water-absorbing, moisture-proof, sound-absorbing and noise-preventing, and particularly simple, convenient and pollution-free in installation. The WPC floor is generally accepted in large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad after being developed for a few years, and is widely used.
The process of WPC floor production can be summarized as follows: the raw materials are fed into a cylinder of an extruder by a metering feeder to be heated, plasticized and dewatered, then are extruded by a die to be foamed and extruded into sheets under the condition of instantly releasing pressure under the condition of uniformly mixing through a metering section and an extruding section mixing section, and then are cooled and formed by a forming die cooled by a water cooler, and are drawn and cut into plates with different thicknesses of 2.5-8 mm, namely base materials. Then the dough cover is made by a press or a bonding line. Then the base material and the wrapper are bonded by glue and then put on a cold press to be statically placed for 6 to 8 hours to form a semi-finished floor product. And then the base material is subjected to sectional slotting treatment and mute pad fitting by a slotting machine, and finally a finished product is packaged.
The above is the conventional process for producing the WPC floor on the market at present. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of complex process and environmental pollution caused by the fact that a base material and a wrapper are separately processed and then are adhered by glue in the WPC floor production process in the prior art, and provides a novel WPC floor production forming process.

the novel WPC floor production forming process is characterized in that foaming paste formed by a foaming device is extruded by a die to form a foaming sheet-shaped soft base material, the base material is subjected to surface cooling forming by a plate-type cooling and shaping device and then sequentially conveyed to a first group of compression roller devices for attaching L VT floor fabric and/or middle bed bottom material, a second group of compression roller devices for attaching a wear-resistant layer and a color film layer and a third group of compression roller devices for embossing by a roller tractor, and the base material is heated before entering each group of compression roller devices to keep the base material in a softened state, is in a softened state and is convenient for the compression roller devices to perform online film covering and embossing on the surface of the base material.
Preferably, the substrate heating temperature is 50 to 200 ℃.
Preferably, the pulling speed of the roller type pulling machine to the base material is 0-10 m/min. The base material can not be torn off in the traction process.
Preferably, the L VT floor fabric is attached to the upper surface of the base material, and the middle base material is attached to the lower surface of the base material.
