Abstract
本发明提供一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶及燃料箱,包括:内置在燃料箱内部的中空储油模块和油泵固定模块;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插槽;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插袋;所述中空储油模块底部布置有单向阀;所述油泵固定模块连接在中空储油模块上方,所述油泵固定模块布置有安装孔,所述安装孔边缘对称布置有装配台阶,该技术方案解除了燃料箱开口对底桶造型和容量的限制,扩大了油泵底桶储存容量,提升汽车在低液位坡道行驶情况下的行驶里程以及大功率发动机运行的供油稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料箱,具体来说涉及一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶及燃料箱。
背景技术
燃料箱使用油泵将箱体内的燃料输送到发动机,维持发动机的工作。为保持有稳定的供油环境,通常燃料箱会装配油泵底桶,油泵在工作时,不断的将燃料汲取至油泵底桶内,保持油泵底桶充盈,保证油泵可以稳定的为发动机输送燃料。
在汽车上坡或下坡等情况下,燃料箱内燃料会倾斜在燃料箱一端,当燃料箱内燃料较少且坡道行驶时间较长时,消耗完油泵底桶内的燃料后,油泵难以汲取到箱体内的燃料会导致供油不畅,发动机熄火等故障。
传统油泵底桶与油泵集成在一起,通过在燃料箱上开口安装固定在燃料箱内部,由于在燃料箱上开口会涉及箱体密封以及渗透排放等问题,通常将开口尺寸尽量减小并固定为φ95.5mm、φ115.5mm及φ130.5mm等标准尺寸的圆形,为使油泵底桶顺利通过开口放入燃料箱内部,油泵底桶的造型和容量设计受限,导致油泵底桶储油量有限从而限制汽车低液位时坡道的行驶里程。
同时,大型SUV、越野车、皮卡等车型由于工况和使用环境的需求,发动机功率较大,需要较大的油泵底桶保证油泵供油的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决汽车低液位下,长距离坡道行驶时供油不畅的问题以及大功率发动机供油稳定性问题,提供一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶及燃料箱,该技术方案实现了油泵底桶储存较多燃料,持续输出给发动机,提升汽车低液位时坡道行驶里程,为大功率发动机提供足够的油泵实时燃料存储空间。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,包括:内置在燃料箱内部的中空储油模块和油泵固定模块;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插槽,用于中空储油模块和固定在燃料箱内部的插接杆连接以及安装防浪板等零件;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插袋,用于安装液位传感器等零件;所述中空储油模块底部布置有单向阀,用于燃料箱内的燃料进入并存储在中空储油模块中;所述油泵固定模块连接在中空储油模块上方,所述油泵固定模块布置有安装孔,所述安装孔边缘对称布置有装配台阶,用于安装固定油泵组件。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述中空储油模块为方形结构,插槽和插袋布置在中空储油模块的四周对称位置,可以通用于多个燃料箱以及在多个位置安装防浪板和液位传感器等零件。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述中空储油模块底部在单向阀的外围布置有过滤结构,用于燃料进入中空储油模块前的过滤。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述过滤结构设置为T型凸起与十字型凸起交错排列构成的圆形。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述中空储油模块顶部四周布置有翻边,所述油泵固定模块对应位置布置有卡钩,用于中空储油模块与油泵固定模块的装配连接。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述油泵固定模块上表面布置有安装结构,用于周边零件的安装固定。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述安装结构设置为管卡和线束接口造型,用于固定管路以及线束。
作为本发明的一种优选:所述中空储油模块和油泵固定模块由耐燃料老化的POM材料注塑成型。
本发明还提供了一种燃料箱,所述燃料箱内置有本发明提供的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,所述油泵底桶通过插槽装配在燃料箱内部。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得了以下有益效果:提供了一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,使得油泵底桶与油泵分开并预先装配在燃料箱内部,解除了燃料箱开口对底桶造型和容量的限制,扩大了油泵底桶储存容量,提升汽车在低液位坡道行驶情况下的行驶里程以及大功率发动机运行的供油稳定性。

具体实施方式
【实施例1】
如图1至4所示,本发明提供一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶及燃料箱,包括:内置在燃料箱700内部的中空储油模块100和油泵固定模块200;所述中空储油模块100侧面布置有插槽110,用于中空储油模块100和固定在燃料箱700内部的插接杆600连接以及安装防浪板300等零件;所述中空储油模块100侧面布置有插袋120,用于安装液位传感器400等零件;所述中空储油模块100底部布置有单向阀130,用于燃料箱700内的燃料进入并存储在中空储油模块100中;所述油泵固定模块200连接在中空储油模块100上方,所述油泵固定模块200布置有安装孔210,所述安装孔210边缘对称布置有装配台阶211,用于安装固定油泵组件500。
【实施例2】
如图1和图2所示,所述中空储油模块100为方形结构,插槽110和插袋120布置在中空储油模块100的四周对称位置,可以通用于多个燃料箱700以及在多个位置安装防浪板300和液位传感器400等零件。
【实施例3】
如图3所示,所述中空储油模块100底部在单向阀130的外围布置有过滤结构140,用于燃料进入中空储油模块100前的过滤。
进一步的,所述过滤结构140可以设置为T型凸起与十字型凸起交错排列构成的圆形,使得燃料内的较大杂质被阻挡在外侧。
【实施例4】
如图1所示,所述中空储油模块100顶部四周布置有翻边150,所述油泵固定模块200对应位置布置有卡钩220,用于中空储油模块100与油泵固定模块200的装配连接。
【实施例5】
如图1和4所示,所述油泵固定模块200上表面布置有安装结构230,用于周边零件的安装固定。
进一步的,所述安装结构230可以设置为管卡和线束接口造型,用于固定管路以及线束。
【实施例6】
如图1所示,所述中空储油模块100和油泵固定模块200由耐燃料老化的POM材料注塑成型。
本发明还可以将以上实施例2-6中所述技术特征选取两个及两个以上与实施例1组合形成新的实施方式。

1.一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,包括:内置在燃料箱内部的中空储油模块和油泵固定模块;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插槽;所述中空储油模块侧面布置有插袋;所述中空储油模块底部布置有单向阀;所述油泵固定模块连接在中空储油模块上方,所述油泵固定模块布置有安装孔,所述安装孔边缘对称布置有装配台阶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述中空储油模块为方形结构,插槽和插袋布置在中空储油模块的四周对称位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述中空储油模块底部在单向阀的外围布置有过滤结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述过滤结构设置为T型凸起与十字型凸起交错排列构成的圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述中空储油模块顶部四周布置有翻边,所述油泵固定模块对应位置布置有卡钩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述油泵固定模块上表面布置有安装结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述安装结构设置为管卡和线束接口造型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,其特征在于,所述中空储油模块和油泵固定模块由耐燃料老化的POM材料注塑成型。
9.一种燃料箱,其特征在于,所述燃料箱内置有本发明提供的一种燃料箱内置油泵底桶,所述油泵底桶通过插槽装配在燃料箱内部。
