As is well known, a speed bump is a traffic facility installed on a highway to decelerate passing vehicles, and is generally set on highway crossings, industrial and mining enterprises, schools, residential community population and other road sections requiring vehicle deceleration and slow traveling and road sections easily causing traffic accidents, and is a novel special traffic safety setting for reducing the traveling speed of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, and particularly more speed bumps are set at school gates of kindergartens and primary schools, but when an out-of-control vehicle occurs, the safety of children cannot be guaranteed by the general speed bump, so that the problem needs to be solved by designing a road surface protection deceleration belt for children.
